Staff make up for any shortcomings. All places are the same except for treatment. Really good people. Room is too tight to walk in. Ocean view with galata tower was nice!

It was good overall

Really nice place amazing location.

Great budget hotel near Taksim square in central Istanbul. We booked it last minute after our flight got cancelled (during Covid in Spring 2021) for a 2 night stay and it was very comfy for a budget hotel (en the higher end of this category perhaps). Rooms are nice, clean and well decorated albeit very small. The area is super central but VERY busy and noisy, and not so nice looking (not terrible either)

Lovely staff

Lovely little hotel. The staff were really nice and friendly. Great location. The only downer was the breakfast, not great at all.

Instead of booking 5 terrible nights at this hotel I should have stayed and Grand Bazar Hotel for the whole 11 days. First of all noone speaks english in here. Or if they do. Is very basic. After check in we went to our room. The room is very very small. A real tuna can. The pictures online is for the suite on the last floor. When you open the door, you don’t event have space to enter the room and place your luggage. From the doorway you jump straight into the bed. Anyways, fridge was broken, safe not working and tv couldnt turn on. Batteries in all controls leaked ages ago. And from the WC you constantly smell the sewers. They spray a parfum when they clean and when you come back to the room it stincks horibly. We asked for a different room and everyday the answer was that they are overbooked to avoid changing rooms. The worst of it was the bed. The mattress is so hard, couldn’t realy rest during the night. Sleeping on mattress or on the floor wouldnt make any difference in confort. All in all, not recommended for your stay in istanbul.

Üç kişilik oda almıştık ama geldiğimizde bir kişinin koltukta yatması gerektiğini söylediler.zamanımız olmadığı için ayrı odalara geçmek zorunda kaldık.sonra tuvalet aşırı derecede koktuğu için tekrar başka bir odaya geçmek zorunda kaldık.

Sehr gute Lage. Zum schlafen perfekt aber man darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Zimmer Größe ist für 2 Personen schon sehr grenzwertig. Aber sonst top für so einen Preis.

Für lange Aufenthalte ungeeignet! Und beim einchecken Kassenbon mitnehmen sonst wird man verarscht.

Inmitten von Taksim/İstanbul trotzdem ruhig, klein aber fein. Nicht so viele Gäste wie in großen Hotel Ressorts. Sauber und empfehle ich auf alle Fälle weiter.

İstiklal caddesine çok yakın olmasına rağmen gece rahat uyuyabileceğiniz, temiz, konforlu, güzel bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Under all criticism

The hotel wasn’t at all look like the pictures on Hotels.com! Very old property, very small and dirty room, very low water pressure in the shower that We couldn’t take a proper shower! The only good thing about is was friendly staff. I’m very disappointed. Such a waste of money!

Schreckliches Hotel

Das Hotel ist leider total schrecklich! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein sowie auch sehr Schmutzig, was ich wirklich sehr schade finde. Beim nächsten Besuch dringend Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, da man sonst kein Auge zu bekommt in der Nacht. Die Zimmer sind überhaupt nicht Isoliert somit hört man den Nachbarn selbst beim Duschen! Das einzige Positive an dem Hotel war die Lage 2 Minuten zum Taksim. Mein Motto zu diesem Hotel Außen Woui und Innen Pfui. Bitte überlegen ob man dieses Hotel wirklich bucht.

İstanbul seyahatlerimi taksim civarında geçireceksem eğer tek tercih ettiğim otel. İstiklal caddesi yaklaşık 70-80 metre uzaklıkta. Temiz, sakin, sessiz bir otel. Çalışanlar son derece saygılı ve özverili güler yüzlü insanlar. Odalar temiz.Odaların günlük temizlik ve bakımı yapılıyor. Yataklar rahat. Çarşaf, yorgan ve havlular temiz. Taksim ve istiklal caddesinde konaklama arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca, başta Kadir bey olmak üzere tüm çalışan arkadaşlara ilgi alaka ve güler yüzlü hizmetlerinden dolayı teşekkür ediyorum.

Not very clean. Leftovers in the closet, leftovers on the floor. Never removed. Staff may be very intrusive regarding who you invite to your room.

Für Leute die keine Ansprüche haben aber dennoch gerne viel Geld zahlen ist dieses Hotel eine Empfehlung wert. Fernbedienung für TV sowie WLan funktionierten nicht. Die Klimaanlage ebenso. Auch ist das Wasser immer wieder für mehrere Stunden ausgefallen. Die Reinigungskräfte waren jedoch sehr gut. Das Zimmer wurde von Ihnen immer tip top sauber gemacht. Auch am letzten Tag wurde die Bitte ein Taxi zu rufen/zu bestellen verneint. Für mich der größte Saftladen. Zu schade für das Geld und für die Zeit. Nie wieder!

Great experience

I stayed just one night, but it was very good experience, guys at reception were both very helpful, I came early and left my luggage until my room was ready, also next day they were very helpful and let me check out at around 13:00 because my Bosporus swim competition finished at 12:00 and I needed to take shower, also after that I left my luggage until evening. Room was nice and thanks to the double window there was not noise during the night, great location also….

Temiz, bulunduğu bölgeye göre sessiz, ulaşımı kolay bir otel. Odalar konforlu ve temiz. Tek sorun duş başlığından gelen suyun çok az olması ve sıcaklık ayarının yapılamaması. Acil çözüm bulunması gereken bir sorun.

Merkezi konumu nedeniyle tercih siramdaki otellerin ilk beşinde. Sakin,temiz bir otel. Çalışanlar saygılı sempatik aynı zamanda seviyeli. Ailelerin rahatlıkla kalabileceğini ayrıca belirtmek istiyorum. Olumsuz söyleyeceğim tek şey perdelerin kirli olması. Bence bu sorun otelin cadde üzerinde olmasından kaynaklanıyor. Zeer slechte ervaring

Tijdens mijn verblijf was er een jonge man ( +/- 30 jaar) werkzaam bij de receptie. Ik kwam vroeg in de ochtend in mijn kamer aan. Ik wilde gaan slapen totdat de telefoon afging. Ik heb niet opgenomen vervolgens werd er geklopt aan de deur. Ik heb niet opengedaan. Na een half uur ging mijn kamerdeur ineens open, terwijl ik het op slot had gedaan! Dit is de medewerker geweest en hij hield me urenlang in de gaten en had zelfs mijn deur op een kiertje gezet zodat hij makkelijk erin en eruit kon gaan!! Ik heb de medewerker op zijn gedrag gewezen en hij ontkende alles. Ik ben naar de politie geweest en heb met de hoteleigenaar gesproken. Conclusie: er is niets mee gedaan. Ik heb me geen seconde veilig gevoeld in het hotel en ik werd letterlijk gestalkt in mijn Privacy zone!! Ik raad dit hotel aan niemand aan vooral als je er alleen verblijft.

Hotel befindet sich in gute Lage und ruhig gelege.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotelzimmer, und Preis Verhältnis. Wir kommen wider wenn wir in Istanbul sind. 😀👍👍👍

gute Location und das war´s auch

Im ersten Zimmer konnte man keine sekunde schlafen, wegen dem Geruch im Bad. Auf Anfrage hat man uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben , was nicht viel besser war. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, die Lage ist gut und das ist das einzig positive am Hotel.
