Non-existent wifi accomodation in JB

I’ve been there for two days. The wifi speed was terrible. In fact, it’s virtually non-existent. Problem even loading webpages, let alone streaming. Staff said due to full occupancy which I’m skeptical as I tried and validated in the evening, night and late morning. Having said, location is superb and close walking to amenities.

The place is like a run down motel instead of a hotel. Room cleanliness is very disappointing, bed sheet and pillow case all stained.

Dirty room and toilet

terrible stay, do not recommend anyone to stay. Not worth 30 sgd for that kind of quality. Lobby was dirty, room was dirty and had a bad stench. Toilet, room wall floor and door is dirty with stain. Absolutely horrendous.

I booked online and then when i arrived they said they were overbooked. Nothing was conveyed till i tried to check in and then no alternative was given. Poor service

1 or 2 days to sleep ok

Very very dirty hotel. Never experienced this before. Bedsheet very dirty and toilet not fundtion well and dirty. How can stay???? Stressed. Will not choose or atay this hotel.

Bedsheet, towel, pillow got many yellow color stains,They are still need to use it for hotel biz. Got bedbug bite me. So terrible experience.

Make your money worth

Reception is friendly. The reception is just at the doorstep looking at whoever walk into the hotel. So security is tight. No amenties except a tiny little tube of soap and shampoo. No worry becos 7-11 store is next door the hotel. Bed linen seems clean. For the price I paid worth it's worth my stay.

Price paid. Nothing to complain. Just that many hooker below hotel.

Check in and check out process took really long, despite having only a short queue.

The room given to us and replacement room were in terrible state! Bedsheets are filled with yellow stain marks, towels are dirty. Rooms were supposed to be non smoking, yet there are cigarettes smoke smell in both rooms. Not just that, toilets were dirty, rooms have mosquitoes. Receptionist denied it and refused to let us cancel the whole booking. The entire experience is terrible.

Absolutely horrible. This will be the last time I book a hotel without reading reviews. :( Getting to the hotel entails walking by 2 pimps and a grp of woman next to the hotel. A few seconds after we stepped into the room, we saw baby cockroach nbr 1 up on the wall. Nbr 2 appeared on the floor at the foot of the bed, nbr 3 in the shower area, nbr 4 at the sink. Nbr 5 was peeking down frm the bathroom door frame mocking us for being terrified, while nbr 6 was scurrying across the emergency info panel at the room door, taunting us to leave the room, and so we did. A woman was in the lift when we boarded, and nearing the ground floor, she suddenly gave us a side glance and said cheekily "how's everything guys". Our hairs stood on ends. Reception wanted to change room for us but we refused and wanted a refund. They claim they can't give it to us as we booked through here. And yet hotels.com, when I wrote in, says they can't give a refund as the hotel dont want to (to hotels.com's credit, they gave me a small voucher as compensation). Absolutely harrowing experience. Please spend your money somewhere else.

Toothpaste and toothpaste is not included in the 1 night stay. Generally, the room is clean but could see cobweb at the corners of the ceiling. The wifi is a bit slow, for those watching video or playing games, it will stall for moments.

Great location is the advantage.

Stayed here again. Check in was hassle free. The room assigned this time was good. However, the kettle was filthy. It was a good stay over all.

NOT so standard room

After door open, room found with cockroaches roaming on the floor. Bedsheet are dirty with stains all over. No toothbrush and insufficient liquid soap

Hotel with Cockroaches

Freaked out! Killed many cockroaches crawling out one by one. Think I have seen almost 20 in 1 night. They are tiny ones but still freaking scary. Location and price is very good but hope hotel will resolve the cockroaches issue before I will book this again. Bring your own toothbrush and drinking water.

The worst hotel among this price range.

The room is very dirty, bed is dirty, water heater is dusty, toilet is dirty. the room is very very tiny, other than the bed, i don't have much space to walk. for this price, can find nice hotel around this area.

Unpleasant stay

Room was very rundown, stains on bathroom walls & floor, cowebs dangling from ceiling, small cockroaches inside room & bathroom. I wont recommend anyone to stay here

a short stay at JB T-hotel

location of the hotel is very good and convenient the staff are friendly and helpful, room conditions are windows curtains turn black colour so bed and blanket when sleep on it feel icihy this are the 2 problems hope the management can do some cleanings work would be great hope to see improvement soon

Cramp room, dangerous location

Walking to the hotel for checking in at around 8P.M to the hotel with my family. Horroring experince since there are a lot vice activities and suspicious characters loitering around the main road especially near to the hotel entrance. It is not safe at all and others need to be warn. Room is too small and not really worth even the promo rate.

The place is strategic

Around hotel is so terrible, so many ppl outside hotel and noisy, but the hotel staf is nice and helpull, behine hotel so many local food and market, close to city squere

The staff is okay, the rate is cheap. However theres a lot of room for improvement.

Good enough for a night stay or low on budget

If you are traveling on a tight budget or just looking for a night stay then this place maybe right for you. Very basic room with shower, only body and hair shampoo is provided, towel is free. Hotel is very run down and stain is every where. At least toilet bowl is clean. Only pro side is that the location is very near to the JB custom and there is large scale shopping malls nearby.

Towels handled to us were greyish (seems like previous patrons used the towels to wipe the floor?). Bedsheet and pillow is old. Seems like it is located at a red light district.

Not recommendable!! Wasting money on poor facilities hotel and unfriendly staff.

Convenient location, but....

The room condition is below average, not clean, smelly. The TV remote and phone was unable to function. No window room, ventilation was poor, in order to eliminate the smell due to smoking, hotel gave us air freshener instead of changing our room.

Wifi and staff just didn't care

When we first arrived a young lady was helpful. After receiving my key. They gave me the wrong room and once returning to the lobby. They realize the mistake they had made before I had the chance to address the issue. Once I reached my new room. The room was extremely hot. Took awhile for the AC to kick in. Later on that night. The late night guys were terrible. They just sat on the computer and their phones. I told them I was having issues with the internet. They claimed that it was a troubleshoot and just needed to be restarted. I said okay and asked for towels. A guy came from behind the counter as if he was going to get new ones. But never came to the room. So the next day I asked again and told them about the bet problem again. The guys facial expressions seemed to look as if I was distributing his job. Finally got my towels and the net restarted. The net was so slow. I swear I think they use dial up connection. So I end up just using data on my phone the whole time I stayed on my trip. But if I had a free day I wouldn't stay at this hotel. Very bad experience.

Public Service Announcement: Do not stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is location but there are many others to choose from. Room was bad, dirty, smelly, run down with almost everything broken down, cupboards, bathroom, aircon, fan, TV everything. It's also a love hotel with lots of sex trade going on at the entrance. Security is a big issue. Keys to your room are left at the cleaner's push cart unattended which means anyone can enter any room. Staff were dishonest when I asked for room change they told me none without even checking but when I insisted they found one. Don't stay, just don't. If you really want to, pay no more than RM 10.

Poor services

I'm changed 3 time of room due of cleaning, tv can't use, bedsheets didn't tidy up. I don't think will stay this hotel again, really disappointed compare few year ago.

The service is not very friendly the surround is a red light district not recomended for family

1점도 아까워요 사진과 딴판이고 허물어져가는 담배냄새 방에 그냥 스며들어있는 인디안호텔입니다. 여기서는 도저히 못지내겠어서 그냥 바로 체크아웃하고 다른 호텔 잡았어요!

エアコンの効きが良くなくちょっとかび臭い 浴室の床が濡れていたのは残念 場所はジョホールバルセントラルに近く 飲食店もある場所なので便利
