Was a decent and nice hotel
Inside the Hotel was nice and clean, staff were excellent. Outside property surroundings is awful.
Good overall
Terrible hotel I have ever stayed
Very good
I like it close to restaurants and shop. The place is 3 stars. The room is below average standard.
Not so bad
It qas overall good, but i have issues with the restaurant, as i was unable to get a menu easily, and when itl did most of items were not available.
Was a comfortable stay, serviceable, nice service, nice staff, well trained, friendly, hospitality. The staff is very nice, hospitable, quick service,
Staff friendly, very responsive, always smiling You feel at home
The location is the only advantage, however the staff are very nosey and not professional I would walk up every morning on the noise of the housekeeping staff and and when I go out of my room, they approach me hoping to get tips. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. There is no privacy at all.
THIS PROPERTY IS RENEWING THERE BUILDING , THERE BREACKFAST AND BUFFOT IS VERY POOR AND LOASY
My check in was a room with king size bed, but i took a room with 3 beds far away from each other.
One of the worst hotels I've been to in my life
Rooms very dirty, breakfast terrible and they didn't let me in to the bar on the 14 floor they just told me it's private and became very sick after returning home from this hotel
Hotel close to important places
Hotel entrance is great and staff are very helpful and welcoming but furniture and carpets are very old and breakfast was terrible.
It's very bad
It's very bad experience in this hotel from all item and my back it's have very pain from bad bade
Location good but hotel not so good
Hotel on upper floors of a tower block. The top floor is a night club with music until late. Breakfast poor. Staff mostly very helpful. Location near restaurants, shops and money exchange outlets. About 30 minutes by taxi into Cairo central - traffic willing!!
Location and staff hard to beat
I stayed for just on a month . Mix of business and exploration . From day one the staff could not have been more friendly and supportive of what I asked. This stood true for the staff who serviced the room to the door security and the reception and breakfast room staff as well as the manager . The location excellent ! The hotel itself needs a facelift etc but the walkin shower was an excellent size as was the bathroom . The bedroom was also a good size . Water pressure a bit low and a few cool showers. Staff could not do enough ! Ordered Uber and then I would call them and they would talk to the driver and explain what was required !
Confidatial
This hotel is the worst ever bad conditions and old the staff is not nice and they share your personal information with other parties no confidtiality shame on you
Buyer beware, low maintenance guests only
The hotel was not as advertised, by pictures online. It is an old building and the rooms are pretty worn down/dirty. The front desk staff was really helpful and accommodating. The wifi was very slow and often not available.
