I love the please ,all the staff and food is great and pool is too good ,room have wooden floor and stairs that are uncomfortable for me,but may be others do not have problem with it, beach is aloso very aprochable but due to some canal links sea at the same point do not looks good,but if you walk little you will get a great beaches. Overall stay is best and new year party was also very nice and fire works

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. We also appreciate the vouchers provided by the hotel, so we enjoy the facilities more. The hotel is just right before Atlas Beach Club, so expect some noise until midnight.

Great place!

The property is beautiful, located near famous clubs(Finn's and Atlas)on the surfing side of the island. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff nice and helpful.

The room/beading smelled like mold I requested a new room and all they did was provide “cleaning service” just replaced the sheets but the mattress/ pillows had a pungent mold smell.

We had an ok stay and a three-star rating for the Swarga suites. Unfortunately, the property is a bit old and is in dire need of some renovations. We thought the property had more cons than pros so we’ll simply lay them out below. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff Cons: old property (furnishings and building needs to renovated), noisy (constant thumping and music coming from Atlas club next door), a bit out of the way from canggu main area, breakfast is edible but not good, we had the oceanfront suite (located on the ground floor/half basement) and it’s was dark, musty and humid in the room

Beautiful hotel have enjoyed my stay here, staff are amazing. If you like a quieter holiday this is the place to stay directly on the beach. If you want to go out to dinner there are a few options, along with a supermarket 10 mins walk away and it only costs AUD approximately $5 to go into Seminyak if you want a more vibrant atmosphere or a big night out. Highly recommend and loved being away from all the hype. Remember you’re only a taxi ride away, can’t wait to come back.

Staff and service exceptional

Service was great. Nice little extras like a replenishment of mini bar biscuits and crisps daily. Although there was a lot of food options for breakfast, it wasn't that nice, although the omelettes were good, so had one of those every day. The fresh cakes were nice. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd with only around 5 loungers by the pool, the rest in the front away from the pool, again, ok but not 5 star standard in my opinion. Overall a nice stay, but a tad disappointed after our 5 star accommodation on Lombok.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are very large with oversized balconies. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

The room and facilities were really nice and the staff readily available and helpful. However, there were a few things that made my stay not quite ideal considering the type of hotel. - I was served a half-cooked steak at the restaurant and when I asked for a new one they recooked the same steak. While they did not charge me for it I didn't feel I could trust the kitchen from this point. - The room was not provided with its own pool towels (available from elsewhere only), despite the room being linked to the pool directly; housekeeping kept taking the pool towel I collected each day, which was a bit annoying. - My laundry took an extra 12 hours to deliver than promised. While my stay was pleasant, there are some finer points the hotel could do better with so I couldn't give them an perfect rating. The hotel is also only easily accessible to the main Canngu strip if you walk across the beach; road access a a fair walk away.

This was our second stay at the property. The hotel rooms and the pool are very nice, the location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and we love the oceanfront views. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel went through a rebrand to swarga suites the weekend we stayed there which unfortunately was disruptive our last day there. We weren’t able to access our scooter in the carpark until the ceremony was over. There was limited pool loungers available for hotel guests as they were preparing for a celebratory dinner so we couldn’t enjoy the sun/sunset when we had already checked out of our room waiting for our evening flight. We prob would have stayed at a different hotel if we had known this rebrand was happening during our stay. FYI There is no longer a bridge connecting the hotel to the beach anymore. To get to the beach you have to walk along a very inconvenient path outside the property, not ideal for guests. We had some issues with our air con and tv during our stay but the hotel responded promptly by sending a technician. Our room door didn’t get closed properly after it was cleaned one day, luckily nothing was taken, housekeeping staff just need to be more careful. Overall we would recommend this hotel, it’s great for families.

Als Erstes bekamen wir ein Zimmer neben einem Funktionsraum - Abwasserleitungen, Lärm durch Gerätschaften - Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer. Die Sonne schien und es waren nur 5 SonnenSchirme vorhanden - Safe war nicht funktionsfähig - Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gereinigt und so weiter … Hotel nicht empfehlenswert …

Sehr zuvorkommendes und immer freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab von allem etwas, überwiegend warme nationale Speisen. Man konnte jeden Tag auch von einer wechselnden Menükarte wählen. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer top sauber. Parkplatz für den gemieteten Roller war kostenfrei nutzbar (Tiefgarage). WLAN überall verfügbar. Lage ist gut, man kommt in einigen Minuten in die umliegenden Städte. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles umliegende wie zB Einkaufsmärkte, Restaurants, Diskotheken. Empfehlen es definitiv weiter!

Nice hotel with some improvments.

Nice hotel with great staff. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. There is a smell but I can´t determine if it should be there or not. Pool nice. Breakfast has a lot of options but the Benedikte came without hollandaise and one of the other also missed a key component when ordered. Loud between the rooms, you hear the other guests in the room next to you and sometimes people walking in the room above. Wifi could be faster.

The room was very noisy, 3 days later and only for the last 2 nights, after problems with the AC and 7 am wake up because of the technical problems with the emergency speaker in the room tgey switches us to the better room but again, very humid and bad smells. Never again

Dejligt hotel med mange aktiviteter

Det er et dejligt hotel. Super god rooftop, med herlig udsigt til solnedgang og en fantastisk betjening. Rigtig lækkert mad på hotellet, både på a la carte menuen og til morgenbuffet. I værelsesprisen var inkluderet en daglig kold øl og afternoon tea med lidt godter til. Hver dag blev der på værelset fyldt op med vand, Coca Cola, kaffe og chips. Det er lidt svært at komme rundt på hotellet bagagen; der er mange trapper, det skal bæres omkring. Vi boede på en værelse med ocean view - mega lækkert værelse, men det var også ud til fælles område, hvor der foregik diverse aktiviteter - barnedåb, skraldegrupper med "kampråb" m.v. Der var også daglige aktiviteter, yoga, håndklæde-figur-lavning, maling m.v.
