It was great that’s why I stayed so many times

It’s always great, always quiet and reasonable staff and even breakfast

Property was a little dated the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, however, none of the juices were available and staff did not seem eager to replace them.

It was clean and comfortable. Water pressure was a little low. Although pet friendly, no real place to walk my dog. Ambient noise from roadway was horrible.

The staff was amazing. The room's cleanliness was questionable. Cobwebs around the ceilings & bathroom floor was dirty. The safety latch was missing & lock didn’t seem very secure.

Blinds were broken, sheets had stains, toilet kept running, a lot of traffic plus emergency vehicle sirens kept me up at night.

The place was Filthy, unkempt, and had mold in the bathroom. This place is dangerous. It also smelled like mold and mildew. They should condemn the building.

Plenty restaurants near by

Hotel is a pretty modest remodeled older hotel motel. The staff is excellent and very responsive. The owner/management tries to cut corners, stale breakfast items is my example. The rooms are large and have everything you need. The shower liner was on the side of needing to be washed but I could say the same about mine at home. The difference is mine is my dirt. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Needed later check out due to surgery.

Oh it’s dirty

Visible stains on the curtains and lamp shades. Musky, moldy smell. Moisture stains/damaged drywall and restroom door. Half the electrical outlets weren’t functional. Just totally did not feel clean. lol

The room appeared to be clean, but on closer inspection, the bathroom floor and hotel room floor was dirty. The tub was not clean and there were visible stains on both chairs.

The stay was nice. Many rooms under renovation. So there was a little inconvenience, nothing major. Would have preferred to be on ground level. Staff was fantastic, breakfast was very nice. Would stay there again.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was adequate in what we needed. Good shower, nice sink area. There was a musty smell in the room and the floor was very dirty, along with the vent in the bathroom.

The rooms are clean and newly renovated. Work is being done on other rooms so there is construction currently being done. The parking lot and sidewalks are dirty. It wouldn't take much to pick up trash and other debris left by construction.

The staff is wonderful!! They keep everything nuce and clean. They make sure you have everything you need. There are some fun places around the hotel. It very quiet. The beds are great! And dont skip the breakfast!! The staff provides a delicious breakfast!!

We booked a room with a sitting room, the tv wasn't working properly. The front desk woman was very helpful but unable to resolve the problem. The telephone didn't work in our room either. The breakfast was very nice.

Waist of money

My stay was horrible. I purchased a q room suite they trues to cancel my reservation the day before i arrived to my sister wedding. Telling me i have to find somewhere else to stay. When there system made the mistake. The pool was close the whole time i was there although front desk avd us a pool pass to go to another hotel. So inconvenient extra money spent. Toliet over flooding ans the bed has metal pieces sticking our thst can cyt your leg. It cut me and my mother leg at the bottom. The only reason why i stayed was because it was convenient to where my sister was having her wedding. Do not go to this hotel short staff dirty pool /room rude front desk

Very bad service and room

It was horrible room. Not cleaning when I checked in. I have to wait couple hours for clean rooms. No clean guy at motel.bathroom handles is broken.

Wear shoes and watch your back

Day 1 check in- We had pet hair all over our bed upon arrival. The unit was right next to the office so we believe someone brings their pet to work and stores them in that room. What also made us think this was housekeeping or someone opening our door an hour after we checked in with no purpose. Also the floor looked clean but upon wiping it with a wipe it was not. On day 2 someone from housekeeping came by and asked if we were smoking marijuana in the room. Which was strange because she smelled it up and down the walk way that was outside mind you. Kinda felt like we were being watched. Made us take anything of value with us each time we left. Hubby had his expensive Jordan collection on this trip. We asked for housekeeping and did not receive it on day 3- so we just exchanged our towels out. Our key kept being deactivated. Was told if housekeeping came into our room it would deactivate the room key or going through any theft detection door at like Walmart. We only went to Walmart 1 time the whole trip. So not sure why the key stopped working everyday. Office staff was nice, bed comfortable, ac worked. They did allow late check out.

This is an older hotel with a renovation. The renovation has been done very cheaply. Air conditioner unit was super loud and didn't cool the room well. This reno is 2 rooms made into one. The other side of the room was real cool. The area it js in is super super loud. Wouldn't stay again.

One of the AC units was not working. It felt like you were in a bouncy house when you walked on the floor. The restroom door wouldn’t close properly. The beds weren’t made. There was still trash in the cans. The sofa bed was partially made and half folded out.

Acceptable but not great

Older property transitioning to extended stays. Room had some maintenance needs and guest areas are small. Bed and other furniture was worn and not super comfortable. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Low value for the price— will stay somewhere different next time.

Beds were comfortable

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice. The floor was clean. The air conditioner was pretty quite but really needs to be cleaned. In fact, replaced would be best. The water for the shower was warm but never very hot. Our room did not have a TV remote. Not a huge deal, but had we wanted to watch TV we would have had to ask front desk for one. Was not worth it to us.

The pool had a tarp over it but it was partial submerged and it was so gross

Just needed a one night stay. No ice machine available, tiny shampoo and conditioner - not enough for one person, dated interior, worn out office chair just sitting randomly in the room. No where to eat or get something to eat nearby.

Our stay was canceled by the hotel because we were past the check in end time, which Expedia says is 3AM. However, we had arrived by 1:30AM. Our room for 6 people was downgraded to a single bed room. The (hard) floor was soaking wet. The mirrors were fogged up and the room smelled mildewy.

AC felts like a fan, no cooling at all. Couldn’t sleep.

Somewhere to sleep, bed was comfortably. Hotel needs some work but bedding and towels nice and clean. Rooms was clean and working a/c. Would stay again.

Arrived and had to wait an hour. Bathtub was stained with dirt, coffeemaker wouldn’t work. The little she we had in he room the freezer didn’t work. Hair dryer was hanging off he wall. The room phone didn’t work. The light between the beds was broken. And the fan in he. Bathroom was clogged with dirt/dust. N roll of tp for backup. We were so tired from traveling we just stayed.

Wonderful staff

Staff gets an A+

The hotel does not look like the picture. Once in my room, there was no way to prevent staff from entering as the internal locks were missing. Usually I don’t think about this but latter that same day I had a staff member use their room key and they let themselves in while I was laying in bed. The room was very clean, the staff was nice, and the price was right. Over all if my room hadn’t have been walked in it would have made for a better experience.

The floors made my husbands brand new white socks BLACK! When I mentioned it at checkout to the front desk clerk she said that lots of people had complained about that. So why is it still an issue? The hot breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable but the rooms were really humid and moisture was on all surfaces

Very clean. Check in girl helpful. Feel secure in my room location. Pool a disappointment. I should have looked more closely to see it wasnt an indoor pool.

Keys didn’t work when we arrived

Clean, quiet

Room was clean. Air conditioner was very noisy throughout the whole night. Woke everyone up each time it kicked on.

Our stay was nice, beds were comfy, room was clean, staff was friendly and well mannered. Breakfast was good. The only negative thing there was very little toilet paper was in our room and we got in late after a long day of driving. We ended up using tissues to hold us over.

Room seemed adequately clean until... The floor! Decided to leave my shoes on because the floor looked and felt grimey, but took them off as I was getting ready to shower. By the time I stepped into the shower my feet were black and rivers of dirt washed down the drain. Management, pay attention!! Your room cleaners need training and the rooms should be checked to be sure they're doing their jobs!

Room had a major leak on day 2 of a two day stay. No other room was available, and front desk was unwilling to help me find other accomodations. As of this time I have not been refunded for night 2 either. Avoid this one like the plague.

We stayed here because they are pet friendly. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and for that it was just fine. The room could have been a little cleaner and there was a terrible draft around the door frame but overall it served the purpose.

Terrible bed and customer service.

My bad for expecting decent from a hotel with the name Best Western attached to it. Check in service was just ok. The room was dated. The bed was absolutely terrible…a queen size bed that has a sunken middle. Husband and I had to cling to the edge to keep from rolling in on each other. The bath had a crack in it(picture attached) and the ceiling had holes in the plaster. Went to the breakfast area just before 6am and had to wake the clerk up off the couch and was rudely told that there is coffee in my room.

Everything was great except that the floors on our room were so dirty that our feet were black from walking on them.

The fridge didn't work, there was a huge puddle of water in it room, the floors and bathroom were filthy.

Breakfast offerings were very skimpy. No milk for cereal even after requesting and waiting. No fruit either. Requested receipt and was told there was a computer problem and it would be sent to my email which was read back to me and confirmed. Never received the email. Parking quite a ways from the room and not well lighted. We arrived after dark. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone either.

Breakfast was excellent, the bed was great, but the real problem with the room was the floor. The wood panels were offset and when I got up in the night, I stubbed my right, big toe and took it a chunk out of my toe. It still hurts the next day. Also, the surface was not even close to flat. When I walk on it, they be huge drops, like stepping into a pothole.

This was our third stay here. Nice place to stay while traveling with pets.

Older property that has been sold and remodeled.

Booking did not say it was a motel. Area is sketchy. TVs didn't work in 1st room. Still dont work in 2nd room. Front desk said she cant refund so we can go somewhere else. Ill never book this way again.

Very disappointed!

Not up to the standards we have expected from Best Western. Phones didn’t work, ice machine was broken, no carts for luggage to take to the room and no parking to accommodate my small utility trailer. We were very disappointed.

The price is good

This budget hotel fell short of expectations. The outdated rooms had a lingering smoke odor, a broken phone, and a burnt-out bulb. Additionally, disturbances from what looked to be local kids engaged in illegal activities outside in the parking lot that persisted until 2 am, making for an uncomfortable stay. And the first floor guests (that’s where I was despite asking for a second floor) also have to deal with lights of every car shining into the windows as they are as low as the cars lights. I think worst part about everything was the smoke odor and the horrific mattresses…. I ended up using my yoga mat and sleeping on that instead

The location near I 40 - friendly and informative staff both in the evening and morning.

There was no complimentary breakfast as listed on site. Checkout was not until 11am and we did not get in until 1am to check in as we were traveling and had someone literally KICKING the door and continuously beating on the door at 8:30am. Not worth the money. 2/10

Restful sleep

Quick efficient service for late night check in! The desk ladies name was Savanah. Bathroom had some hair. And looked severely redone but beds were clean and super comfy. We slept good!

Hotel was in a very inconvenient location to get to. Every time i tried using the door key it wouldn't work and I'd have to go to the office to get it fixed. Apparently if you put them by your phone or go to Walmart they'll demagnitize. If only i knew that before the 4th or 5th time i had to go back to the office. We got a bigger room that had a living room area to it. Air didn't work on that side and wall around outlets were soft.

The first room they gave us was not even cleaned up after the previous clients. They had to change our room. The second room was good. It was just the inconvenience of having to move around.

Air-conditioner and shower great! Room clean! Bed super soft, was leary, but did sleep good. Four most important points-great overall! Could use some update maintenance in rooms. Ice machine didn't work. Staff very friendly.

Only one staff working. She was doing the best she could, but she needed help. Wrong room first time, running water, 80 degrees in room. Correct room, fire alarm kept going off, floor unlevel/unsafe, all lights didn’t work, tv non working, tiny black bugs in each layer of bedding, along with strands of black hair in sheets. Refused to stay. Found another hotel. Still fighting for refund.

Not a great experience...not even a good one, really. Clerk was super friendly at check-in. Upon getting into the 2-room "suite" - there was only 1 tv. The "living area" lights were lamps and only worked when plugged in; I had to unplug them to turn them off. There were two air conditioners in this unit. Only one worked (and it was not working great), so I had to go buy a fan. They didn't have any other rooms to move us to (which was weird b/c there were only a handful of other cars in the parking lot and I only saw a handful of other guests). My stay was more than two nights and each day I'd have to have my key card reset because it didn't work. Also, the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet and was barely hanging on the hinges...you have to pick up and lift up on the handle to get it to shut. The water pressure in the shower was amazing though, I will have to say, like car-wash type pressure, it was great....and hot hot hot too. Beds were okay and pillows weren't flat as pancakes, so that was a plus. The fridge looked fairly new and it was clean, but it didn't work well, cool enough to throw some drinks in, but I wouldn't trust it to keep any food cold enough. They had the typical breakfast variety. The girls at the front desk were all super friendly. The location was perfect for me, right off the highway and pretty close to my job assignment. Lots of food and shopping options within a few minutes drive. All in all, I can't say that I'd stay there again.

To be a pet friendly hotel there is nowhere to take them and the only place you can find there are homeless people sitting there!

Good night stay

Looks a little older, but rooms are updated and pool was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Convenient and clean

Staff was great, despite Expedia failing to send my reservation to the hotel. Bathroom was below standards, bathtub was taped in one spot as a temporary repair. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Otherwise, room was decent.

Outside including pool we’re clean. The room was clean.

Clean room, comfortable bed. decent breakfast. The staff were very friendly. We had a concern about the bed frame. The metal prongs that hold the mattress in place were sticking out on both sides of the bed anywhere from 1 inch to 3 inches. Someone could possibly knock their foot or leg on them.

Mixed feelings

No frills, clean room. Desk clerk was reclining on sofa when we entered at 10:15 pm. She did not get up. She called out to ask if we had a reservation. The tv didn’t work and the lamp didn’t work. Breakfast was good.

Nice and clean place to stay and visit.

Unhappy! Not what I thought.

So we were driving overnight on 40east and needed a place to stop for a rest. Looking at the listing on Hotels.com, it looked clean and safe. When we arrived it felt anything but that. I didn’t see from the pics that the doors opened to the outside. I hate those kinds of hotels. Needless to say, we didn’t stay and I lost $148. Not happy.

Keys would not work in the door. The manager had to use a probe box to open it. Several hours later, we woke to someone accessing our room with their key. Scary moment for two women and 2 children.

Happy with our stay!

I would recommend this location for weary tired travelers! The bed was excellent, shower hot and great shower head! The staff was nice and when requested certain things, they obliged immediately and were very professional even at 10:30 at night! We were very pleased with our stay!

The biggest disappointment was we paid for a king suit with a couch double bed too but when we got there they only had a regular King. We booked 5 months earlier and paid for it. We were 3 nights. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very kind. Except for the messed up room size the stay was very nice.

Not enough towels

We had five people in the room. There were towels for two guests. I had to get towels the first night. We never got room service the next day so when we went to get more towels , they would not do so until I went up to the room and retrieved the dirty towels myself.

Nice location

Definitely not what I expected. If you need any towels, blankets, etc. you have to go to the “lobby” and pick them up. The room seemed clean at least.

The room had a smell to it and needed upgrades. Our housekeeper was awesome. Two of the front desk people were great. The other one, made you feel like you were bothering him.

The staff were all very nice and hospitable. I didn’t expect a mini apartment! The continental breakfast was pleasant and filling. Only complaint was a dirty tub, a few different areas with small but noticeable stain on the wall, and one male staff who made me uncomfortable while enjoying the pool with my children.

Bad experience, I want my money back

So I was a little worried about this hotel when we first pulled up as it seems like it's not in the best part of town (not worried about getting shot, just not super nice either). However, it is really close to a lot of stuff, so kind of a trade off there. It's obvious from the pics, but I guess I didn't look closely enough at them, but this is a motel, not a hotel. Once I got into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and well kept. throughout the rest of the stay I was pleased, given the price range of the property that they seem to be on top of things and take care of their maintenance. The only things I would say in regards to that is that the hard floor in the room felt slippery/sticky. Which I believe is probably just the cleaner that they used because it was uniform accross the floor. Also the breakfast was fine but the lobby to eat it in is tiny. With these things I had been planning on giving four stars up until an interaction with a guy I presumed to be the owner or manager. I was looking to get some ice for my ice chest. The ice machine near my room wasn't working, which wasn't a big deal but this gentleman happened to be right there and I asked him about it. He affirmed that it wasn't working and said I could get some from the front office. I went and got my ice chest (medium size about a 35 qt.). When I walked in the office with the ice chest the gentleman's demeanor changed and he said, "Your not trying to fill that whole thing up are you?"

Excellent job in every way

So so area. This hotel is just average. It is an older hotel. The location is across the street from Casey Jones. There are several restaurants within a mile or so drive. Its a pretty congested area. There are about 4 or 5 hotels in that area. Breakfast consists of waffels, omlets, cereal, biscuits, sausage.... Overall it is a decent place. It seemed a little pricey but we stayed on a Saturday night.

It was fine for the night and about what I expected for being a cheaper option in the area. The staff were super nice!!

It was good. Older properly needs some TLC but beds comfy needs a little improvement to the shower area. Floors could have been cleaner. I would stay there again

The property was ran down, but most of all just need a good cleaning and shades on lamps replaced etc. Expedia let me down on this one.
