Insufficient hanging hooks in the room. No hair dryer in the room

Room ok...tv signal need to improve... only 1 channel was available at my room on that time...bed cleanliness was ok...staff ok..room furniture arrangement need to improve because space too limited...

Nice Hotel, Have a lot restaurant and cafe around this hotel.

Generally the hotel is nice and convenient. The only problem is there was not a refrigerator.

Bad smell for superior room

Second times stayed at this hotel.. but first time staying was good for second time the room was very smelly once enter. And it was very uncomfortably

Impressive lobby

Lobby looks impressive. Ample parking with 24hrs security. The walkway was a bit too warm. I think they are having ventilation issue as portable cooler can be seen at the lift lobbies on every floor. The room also took a while to cool down after switching the aircond on

Dissatisfied disappointed

Very disappointed...chosen the wrong hotel.What I expected looking at the photos are not the reality.Just can say very disappointing.

Not too bad.

Overall the hotel is in good and clean condition. However the bathroom has stains on the floor and toilet. Staffs were friendly. Wi-Fi didn't seem to work. Strategic location and parking doesn't seem to be a problem. Several cafes and eateries nearby as well.

Good and quiet location. Went to nearby Restoran Mr Joo steamboat buffet (not halal) for dinner......excellent place to eat with families.

Good location

It is very near to the down town, and the room is spacious (with a living room!), clean and comfort. By the way, their Wifi was not working at all, and doesn't have much TV channels although the room is facilitated with two televisions.

Its very strategic place coz near to bandar melaka and klebang.. its very easy to find parking at hotel.. the services overall is very excellent.. the importance is a staff/guard care our car when i back at hotel on midnight. They know their customer car. It so safety.

Budget hotel

Ppl who’s don’t expecting a lot can stay for overnight. Lobb looks good. And white town coffee shop besides is a plus.

Nice decor and design hotel

Pros: I got the 2 extra pillows and a high floor room as per my request. Parking lots are ample outside the hotel. There are a lot of options for food around the hotel. There is a nice male staff who always open the door for guests going in/out of the hotel. The 4 storey hotel building is modern and looks quite new, with a lighted signage of the hotel’s name at the top of the roof which makes it easy to spot when you are driving/walking. Cons: One other thing I requested for was a corner/quiet room, and I got the first room from the lift at the corridor? The WiFi was ‘down’, but the hotel staff did not inform us. The toilet floor was still wet when we checked at about 4 pm, which proved that housekeeping was just done not long ago, but the fixtures were still dusty and toilet countertop dirty with stains. Aircon is constantly at room temperature despite the fact that we have set it at 16 degrees, with max fan speed plus turbo. Overall, the staffs and hotel condition are value for money, so only need to work on the room cleanliness and comfort.

Clean hotel

On our 3D2N stay : 1st day, air-conditioner was not functioning well. Secondly, safe box can't be used (no battery). 2nd day, room was not clean up though had made known of housekeeping request.

The room is big. Bed is comfy. Shower pressure is strong. Staff are friendly. Walking distance to jonker street (15-20 mins). Stain on bedsheet. Soundproof weak.

Overall is good

stay was confortable, the pay was worth the price, overall is fine.

Nice hotel close to town

Everything is fine, but the sound proofing have to improve.

Quiet place with food options nearby but need to walk for about 20 mins before reaching Jonker street.

Second Visit, and Many More to come

It's our second time staying in Supreme Hotel and so far, it's one of the best experiences we had. The rooms are clean and tidy, bright with big windows. It's super convenient to go any where from here, and without driving, you have many eateries in the whole area. Overall, best of the best :)

Supreme Stay at melaka

Booked a family room ,loc was good 1-2km to jonker area. many restorant nearby too. The room was big with 2 king bed . Is good for short stay if not spend much time in hotel.

Good stay.

Room size is average but there is no place to put 4 person's baggage. it has to be all placed on the floor. Power point is extremely limited (only 2), and not enough for 4 person considering 4 mobile device minimum. we stayed on the 3rd floor and the 3rd floor lobby is warm unlike the first floor lobby. Hotel's furniture looks abit old but still acceptable. Surrounding has some good food but lack convenience store.

Simple and comfortable

Good simple no frills. Comfortable stay especially if out sight seeing most of day no need hotel extras eg Swimming pool etc. TV reception was no so clear though but who needs TV w wifi nowadays..

Nice hotel. Near to bandar hilir.

Parking was easy and near to the hotel. It is very peacefull place to take a rest. The room also just nice for me.

Standard Hotel that need lots of improvement

The hotel cleanliness need to be improved significantly, when i checked in i saw the tea, cofee, sugar in 4 cups, and one of them is wet / spoiled. I had to call to get replacement, in which the staff solved in 30 mins. The check in was fast, but weird that they have to give a remote for the air con and tv to bring, and only 1 card for the whole family. The room itself is pretty basic, for a family room that can cater 4 members. We can hear all kinds of sound from the room, from people who are going around the alley, and some couple fighting & screaming at night. The TV channels are only local, with very boring titles to watch. The internet is not stable, sometime disconnect with no reason. The carpark is difficult to get when you return at night, as it was full of patrons from the restaurants. I had to wait for about 15-20 mins to get a good spot.

This is a new hotel ,everything look ok and quite comfortable. My family enjoyed it.

New hotel nearby

Very helpful employee, quite and peaceful area. Besides, convenience to go places nearby such as jonker walk etc. 5min drive.

IDEAL FOR BUDGET STAY

CHEAP AND GOOD! The room is clean and comfortable. Those who drive can park their car in front of the hotel (public carpark) with hotel stall taking care for you.

Nice hotel near shopping mall

It quite convenient because it near the shopping malls and there have many parking space

the hotel is good and comfortable , but no breakfast provided. troublesome to find coffee shop esp. during chinese new year. free drink only when we are leaving.

Not so good as it was noisy, no safe and bathroom was not very clean. Staff did not seem ready to provide a service.

Location is good but the smell in the room is weird.

Short Getaway with family

We received a warm welcome by the front desk staff at the reception. The check-in process was smooth. We booked an Executive Suite room and it was spacious. We able to put our air bed for our kids in the room. The hotel has adequate parking space for the guest. The location is a bit far from the town (estimate around 1.5km) but we managed to walk to the town. It is easier to walk rather than drive in the traffic jam in Melaka. A credit to the staff, I left my car cabin light on and the staff call me to notify. A small thing but it saved me. Thank you for their hospitality.
