Hot bath was a good experience. Breakfast didn't have much options.

Great location, price and service.

Very close to the restaurants and many shops. When you get out the hotel turn right, go over a small bridge and continue walking for about 5 minutes. There are lots of shops, restaurants, Pizza Hut, McDonald's etc I recommend this place. Laundry is 100 JPY for washer and 100 JPY for the dryer. They provide soap.

Very lovely and helpful staff, very clean room and facilities and love the buffet breakfast. Definitely highly recommended.

You got everything you need in this hotel. The food, facility, service, and amenities are all great. The only problem is the size of the room. It would be better if there have option for bigger room.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was in a convenient location and had exactly what we needed. Free breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

Very good budget hotel

Well located to Simbamba Stn but need a few minutes walk which can be tiring with luggages in hot summertime. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean and good facilities with the onsen as a plus for a small hotel in Tokyo. Room is small as expected of Japanese room but double bed is sufficient for a couple. Pillows are however a bit hard for me. Complimentary drinks are great! Good hotel for 1-2 nights stay.

It was conveniently located by walkable train lines. Any train we took was maximum a 15 minute walk alway. The room was small but cozy.

Super disappointed with our second stay at this hotel. We checked in around 7:30pm. Check in was quick since we had been there before. We were told to grab pillows for our room but there was only 1 pillow available (about an inch think) at the area for 4 of us checking in. We alerted the check in person who gave us a shrug and basically said there’s nothing they can do. What hotel doesn’t have enough pillows for their customers? We all slept horribly, having to leave country the next day for 15 hours of travel. We went down for breakfast just before 8:30am, breakfast done at 9am. Most things were already being cleared out other than the breads. While we were eating, someone came by with a sign stating to be done by 9am around 8:55am. We would have never stayed here knowing we wouldn’t have pillows, kind of a basic item for a restful nights sleep. I gave this hotel a pretty good rating after our first stay, after this stay, never again.

Property staff were friendly. Rooms are small but budget friendly. The free breakfast was an added plus. There was free juice, coffee and soda in the lobby along with extra amenities available at no cost. We got the family room which was two rooms combined each with double beds.

The free breakfast has many selections. The staff is very friendly. I will stay at the super hotel next time I visit Tokyo.

overall, great stay. room was quite small and compact, but it was nice to have the amenities--the public bath was the real draw. the breakfast was ok and while the hotel is quite close to the train station, the lines do not frequently stop there, so we backtracked a lot.

料金もそれなに高い価格でしたが、ベッドが広くてグッスリ眠れました。お風呂も狭かったのですが混んで無かったので無駄がなくて丁度良いと思いました。厨房の女性スタッフさんが、何でも気持ちよく対応してくれました。

朝食の配膳スタッフの高齢女性がとてもテキパキと動き、とても親切で心地よかった。部屋は狭いけど、その他の設備サービス等は最高でした。また泊まりたいなと思える場所です

大浴場と言う割に狭いし、シャワーの数も３つで混んでくると身体も洗えず湯船にも入れず、裸のまま浴場で空くのを待つ程で、脱衣所も洗面とロッカーとの間が狭く、数人でもう身動き出来ません。

出張で1泊

出張で1泊、スーパーホテルはしばしば利用することがありますが今回利用させていただいたスーパーホテルは他のスーパーホテルと比較し古く清潔感は少なく感じました。また大浴場も狭いため、他のスーパーホテルのイメージとは異なります。交通も便利な場所ではないため出張や観光では難しいかなと思います。

品川までレンタル自転車(LUUP)を利用しました。ホテルの前に、ステーションがあり大変便利でした。

とても落ち着いた環境で過ごすことが出来ました。

今回は2人で宿泊させてもらいましたが、広くはなかったですが、悪くはなかったです。

睡眠不足です。

うるさいです！壁が薄いのか隣の騒ぎ声が夜中3時まで。温泉があるのはいいのですが、鉄製の玄関ドアの開閉がすごい音で、金属だからたまらない‼️それが温泉に入れる時間の間両隣から。さらに、トイレドアの閉まる音が追加される。ベッドマットは快適、朝食も十分、フロントの男性も、朝食時の女性スタッフさんも、とても良い。 でも、眠れないのは、ホテルの機能として問題。

値段に対して十分以上のホテルでした。

大浴場付きが満足なのですが外でもいいので喫煙所が欲しいです。

ディナーを楽しもうにもホテル周囲にはこれといった店がなく、仕方なく隣接している洋食屋さんに足を運んだものの今ひとつパッとせず。品川駅周辺で 済ませるべきだった。

施設内には特に不満はありません。 ただ、ホテルの設計上で難しいとはおもいますが、大浴場の脱衣場は狭く、洗い場はロッカー6個に対し3箇所で少ないかなという印象でした。 ロッカーも鍵がついているところと、ないところ、ついていてもかけられないところなどがあるので気にしない方はいいですが統一はしてほしいかなという感じです。 個人的には駅も近く、大浴場も満喫できているので満足です。また付近に行くことがあれば利用させていただこうかとは思ってます。

７４歳です。子供のマンションにすぐ近かったので利用させてもらいましたが　セミダブルベッド2コの部屋があるといい。2段ベッドの上で掛け布団が大きく重く寝苦しく一睡もできませんでした。階段も上りにくかったです。 お風呂、朝食特にパン良かったです。

炭酸泉のお風呂とか、無料の飲み物もコーヒーとソフトドリンク両方あり、とても良かった。シンプルな施設ですが、珪藻土を゙使った内装や置いてあるシャンプー等もオーガニックな物で気持ち良く宿泊出来ました。

建物も部屋も綺麗で、スタッフの方の対応も良く最高でした！温泉も部屋のテレビで混雑状況がわかるので、混雑時を避ければ快適でした。朝ごはんもおいしくて、お腹いっぱいになりましたなりました！

浴場があるのとフリーの朝食が嬉しい。浴場自体はそれほど大きくないので時間をずらす必要がある。脱衣所の床がビショビショだったのがマイナス。朝食は随時料理の補充がされプラスポイント。ただ朝食会場が狭く大人数をこなせないように思えた。

館内は清潔で丁寧な対応で好感が持てました。コスパいいと思います。

客室は極小だが、清潔感がある。寝泊まりとしては、清潔感があれば良い。大浴場は3人が同時に入れるコンパクト大浴場？だった。 朝食は、おかずが6〜8品程度あり、オレンジジュースが美味しかった！

駅から少し離れているため、コンビニなどが少し遠く感じる。室内はいつも清潔で素晴らしい。スタッフの方も親切で丁寧な対応。部屋の動画サイトが観れるとより良かったと思う。

テレビのリモコンが汚かった。 ドライヤーの袋が汚らしかった。 タオルの入った袋の底が破れかかっていて、不潔に感じた。 使い捨てのスリッパの提供にして欲しい。

コストパフォーマンスが良い。 人工炭酸泉も気持ち良かったです。
