I liked that it was away from the centre of the town. I didn't like the constant slamming of doors so early in the morning 5:00ish.

Breakfast not so good! Minimal food choices.

I didn’t like the fact that visitors were not allowed. We went there to visit family from other towns. That should be advertised on your advertisements. We were eventually allowed but it didn’t feel right after that.

While making the reservations via phone I was informed only one room was available but upon checking Expedia there were 2. To ensure I booked myself a room via Expedia then called back to reserve a room for a fellow coworker . I am the admin assistant for my company and is my job to book rooms for myself and other employees . Upon check in I was not given my employer discount rate but my coworker whom room I booked received the discount . The second night stay was horrendous and adding an extra guest to a room is nowhere on the site nor policy but considering it was a suite with a queen bed and an extra pullout couch an extra guest shouldn’t have been a problem considering the room was paid for in full upon check in . Customer service is awful and I I’ll not stay here again .

Front desk didn’t seem to care that the dead bolt on the door didn’t work but otherwise- the hotel was nice and quiet and clean.

Great place noisy people staying there

I set checkin time for "after midnight" but when I arrived they didnt have my reservation and had already listed me as a no-show. Was the longest checkin process of any hotel yet. But otherwise nice and clean, only minor complaint was- for the second night I asked for room service, which they said happily theyd do, but was never done. Overall would recommend, but if you can afford it, the Best Western may be slightly better.

Great place to stay in Thompson. Safe and quiet. Only thing id recommend is at least one flat pillow. The pillows are good but too fluffy. My neck was sore.

Quiet clean

Very clean, nice new rooms. Noisy neighbours but that's not their fault. Wish it was a warm continental breakfast but at least they had one offered in the price of the room so that was nice.

This is my go to place to stay when in Thompson, brand new facility that is always clean and has a room available. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. The only issue I’ve ever had staying at super 8 Thompson is that the front desk didn’t extend my stay for a 2nd night after I previously called to inform I needed a second night. This resulted in me having to pay full price for another night and have a totally different room. This was a small inconvenience that costed me a little bit but overall a great place.
