Really enjoy staying here anytime we're in town, the rooms are kept clean and the staff is always friendly, we had an issue with the fridge in our room and they were really quick to take care of it. Will definitely stay here again for all that, plus the price makes it even a better deal!

Room was comfortable but the entire hall of our floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast was NOT included or available. I was told "oh well; they changed that". Coffee was available but awful. No elevator in a 3 story hotel with indoor entrances. AND, the back door tat should be accessible by key only, had a plate over the latch so it didn't lock at all. The rating that led me to pick this was misleading at best.

Bed bugs, beds are uncomfortable and dirty place. Stayed about 3 hours and checked out immediately to find another hotel. Never again will I stay here.

Nice oudoor pool but no shade until late afternoon. Definitely prefer real coffee instead of the instant coffee in breakfast room, and need to have some fruit and/or yogurt available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a terrible experience! First the room was a mess! Wall had boogers and bed sheets were stained! Seem like the sheets weren’t changed as there was hair all over the bed. Now they are declining a refund for not staying! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very friendly. Our room was pretty descent and clean. The outside of the hotel looked a little rough due to the building right next door being condemned and the roadway construction in the front of the hotel. The vending machine did not work and the drinks inside of the machine was warm. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it closed at 10pm.

For a budget hotel it was very good, cleaned room daily , nice staff. Has breakfast, but small, coffee and a bite to eat.

Not a good place. Smoke and weed odor all over the place. People running up and down the stairs all night long. Hard to sleep and breakfast was just cereal. Coffee no good. Hindu own, so all is chip quality.

Hallways and rooms smelled heavily of old smoke. Other residents , children and their pets good super noisy as the sun went down ALL NIGHT until 6am. People were drunk and fighting outside as well.

As soon as we walked in to the room we saw a couple of cockroaches walking by the tv Facility looks old, restroom door wouldn’t lock amd looked really old

Our room was very clean :). Even though we asked for a non-smoking room, there was a smoky smell in the hallway outside our room. Also, the blow dryer in the room didn’t work. Overall, it was adequate.

It would be nice if there was more detail to some of the cleanliness of the room, dust balls around the bed and some of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced and perhaps some maintenance on the appearance of the air condition unit. More than anything it’s just fine-tuning on things that can be done to upkeep the property.

As we arrived it was easy check in and check out.. clean..quite..great breakfast might need a bit more breakfast muffins but perfect thank you all for a great evening.. and bless night sleep.. blesssings

It’s was just good to sleep and then leave room are not great at all. Then there is deposit you have to leave when it’s not mentioned on hotel.com.

Very sketchy

When you first walk into the building there is an overwhelming smell of smoke. It seems the guests smoke right in front of the front door and the smell goes in that way. I had booked a room for a family of 5 which was clearly stated in the search and was provided a room that fit 4, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The pool was very dirty. the hotel seems to be in a bad area, Which isn’t the hotels fault but I wouldn’t walk out in the area alone or with my children. It’s very difficult to sleep at night aside from the lack of room it’s very noisy in the surrounding area. Again not the hotels fault but just a heads up. The staff was very nice and helpful as much as they could be but there wasn’t much that could be done during my stay aside from leaving.

only needed the room for a night it was a average experience..but was noisy and even if your in a non smoking room the out side still smells like smoking

The property was fine over all for being somewhere cheap to stay. Could have been better but you get what you pay for. Would stay again if money was tight though.

The staff was always professional and courteous. I've stayed 4 times now. Very convenient to I35.

Check in was fast, everything was explained, hotel had a deposit of $40 with option of card or cash. Clerks when checking in and out were profesional and polite. Continental breakfast from 6am-9am. It offers non smoking rooms.

loose floor tile in bathroom, cracked flooring in bed area, hot water took way to long to reach the room, no facial tissue in the room, ect.ect.ect. wyndham should be ashamed to offer this property in thier chain!!!!!!

Let people know of rooms that people had pets.

The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere didn’t realize it until my pants were soaked leaning up against the sink. I started feeling itch and getting asthma so the room was used last with someone who had pets and I am allergic to pet hair and dander. I was tired and just took allergy medicine.

The front desk staff is rude, bitter and above all so disrespectful! I stayed in the same room from Friday- Monday AND HAD TO PAY EARLY CHECK IN FEE OF 25-35 DOLLARS AND ON 2 DAYS AFTER CHICK IN THEY KEPT TRYIN TO CHARGE ME SEPSIS!

Was a great start... minor set back was gnats were in the room heavily. The early Mornin staff, amazin. Then the young lady that took over afternoon/ evenin was rude and actually is over charging me an extra 10 dollars 35 for early check in while i origami paid 25... treated me like extending my stay would not be ideal. Wanted to charge me 167.98 for 2 nights plus 35 dollars because now is Saturday and that's what she charges. I was so impressed but not happy at

Abandoned building right next door to hotel & a strip club which are not pictured when the location is pulled up on Maps. I did not feel comfortable to stay there let alone have my child there. Lobby smelled funky. I did not stay & when trying to get a refund, Expedia declined to refund even due to the lack of information, & photos provided to customers!

Ok hotel for the price

Your staff is very friendly, every single person was helpful. The hotel is overall clean however there is a mildew smell that smacks you in the face when you walk into the rooms. I also question the cleanliness of your bedding…. I was concerned after Day 2 when I found my bedding had “Honduras” burned into the blanket. See picture below. The blanket was replaced right away but it made me question how well the room is inspected for cleanliness. I wouldn’t mind staying again but my room would need air freshener. Also one other small complaint, the coffee in the lobby looked like dirty water so I opted to make coffee in my room (you should consider switching to k-cups) and my coffee maker acted like it was going to brew my coffee but after 10 minutes of waiting…. NO COFFEE ☹️.

We asked for a room in the lower floor because my husband has really bad knees, I have really bad arthritis on my hips .making it hart to go up stair . It painfull for both of us . Moving suitcases up and down stairs.

Check in was quick and efficient. The young lady at the desk was friendly. The room was inviting.

Decent pricing, double beds aren't queens but very comfortable, clean, the A/C was phenomenal compared to other I've stayed in!

The cleaning was horrible the first room I found a hair in my bed so then I was moved from room 217 to 214 and then 214 no wasn’t here my bad but there was stuff all over the walls that I personally claim took pictures and went down and show them to the attendance at the front desk. She didn’t seem as if it mattered or she cared. To be honest I actually think that everyone who works there actually is part of their family so it doesn’t matter was whether they clean well or not pictures enclosed

Beware do not stay

When you arrive to the hotel the carpet the smells awful like old musty people slam the door all night long down the hallway you have to go up the stairs and they just stink like cigarettes and piss it was awful don't stay there spend the extra 40 bucks and stay somewhere else the guy at the front desk was nice enough but stay somewhere else thank you have a great day.

Very dirty. Not clean enough for the price. Germs can make you sick. Did not use the shower or bathrooms. The value of the room is about $30 or $35 a night tops. Any higher price is simple not worth it

The room was dirty. There was long black hair all over the room from in the bathroom to the bed to inside the mini fridge.

Don't Stay Here

Upon arrival at check in the service was great and the clerk was very friendly. We left to a sporting event and returned that evening.. walked into the lobby to a very strong smell marijuana, in the lobby and in the hallway leading to our room. Did not feel safe in this hotel, and to make matters worse the AC stopped cooling at one point in the night.

Not sure what I was expecting

It served it's purpose but it smelled and was humid and sticky in the room and just not cleaned well lots of mold.

I choose this motel because they advertise providing a free breakfast, but there was no breakfast which they blamed on Covid.

For being a non-Smoking hotel, it sure smelled like smoke up and down the hallways. Room was smaller than expected but clean.

All of the rooms say no smoking however the entire building absolutely smells like nothing but cigarettes most disgusting thing ever also our lamp has a metal thing around it that had what looked like the Inside of a cigarette or cigar floors felt sticky not clean at all meds smelled like cigarettes too im glad I took my own pillows and blanket I won’t ever stay here again DO NOT RECOMMEND also when checking in the man would say things like “Give me ur ID” “hey sign this” “Give me your card to put on file” never said please or thank you handed me a room key and said room number never bye have a nice stay nothing

Not Good

Service was fine but the first room i went into was disgusting. There was hair on the bed and around the corners and lining if the box spring and mattress and the room smelled horrible. The second room had a roach on the toilet and smelled like mildew. I ended up cleaning the room myself because i didnt want to move again. Also toiletries from the previous guest were not removed from the first room.

Needs a mop

Pro tip, turn your socks inside out because they will turn black. Furniture was sticky. Bathroom was clean.

The refrigerator had food in it from who knows when. The floor in my room made my white sox black. The toilet leaked when flushed. They did not have the continental breakfast. The area between the parking and the back entrance door is a trip hazard and not well lighted.

Try somewhere else.

Sketchy area. Very ran down condition. Floor was not swept in room. Tub/shower would not drain. I let the front desk know and he told me to prop up the drain with a bar of soap so it can drain. He said he was the only one working and couldn’t switch my room. The hotel and room smelled like stale cigarettes and old wet towels.

I was charged an additional $210 to stay with my pet. A $150 pet deposit (which has still not been refunded) and another $20 per night for my pet. None of which was detailed in the description of the property. Desk personnel was extremely rude & followed me to my room to get a look at my dog. The day after check-in, I woke to find ants crawling on my pillow & in my dog’s food dish.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in room, there was hair in the tub. Used soap bar on top of the shower. Hair in the sink. The bed was fixed but had hair under the covers. When entering room smelled like mildew, and half of the outlets didn’t work. The toilet ran on amd off during the night very loud!

Was too disgusted to stay

Disgusting….first of all I paid for a king room and get there and gives me two twin beds so i asked to switch and said there was no kings available so we were given a queen bed. The room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like mildew. Dust everywhere. The floors were falling apart. Hair on the towels. And the worst was that there was some sort of stain on the mattress that looked liked throw up. We left immediately. Only non compliant I had was we got our refund back without question.

We chose this location based on the fact it claimed to offer breakfast. When we arrived, they had a sign saying they weren’t offering breakfast due to COVID. I feel like this should’ve been advertised correctly. The room was ok but it was a little run down. The service was good.
