Top notch stay! Quiet location. Great friendly staff (being english speaking ourselves did not prove to be of any problem for the staff). Clean comfy quiet rooms. The pool and water slide was a hit with the kids. Home away from home (except our house does NOT have a pool and water slide!). The ONLY thing to comment on is the hot tub was basically the same temperature as the pool, warm.. not hot at all. Not a game changer but worth noting. However, next time we head to the area our first choice will still be for sure be Super 8 Saint-Agathe!

We stayed 2 nights. It was clean and convenient. The only thing is that room service is only every 3 nights I wished they would have at least empty garbage and change towels

Staff was friendly and was able to provide useful information. The room was mostly clean except for a bit of dust on the side lamps. The view is beautiful

We really enjoyed this hotel. Beautiful and convenient location between ski hills. My kids had a great time on the waterslide and I enjoyed supervising them from the relaxing hot tub!

Everything was good except the only ice machine they had in lobby was broken so there was no ice available we had to go out to buy ice plus I tried two times to contact receptionist from room there was no answer .

Why is no cleaning room between de two days stay? No change towel. No refill coffee. No empty basket. 2 of the attraction water système was not working in the pool. Sad for the kids. But good price. Excellent employes services.

Stayed two nights while biking the local trails. Quick check in and out. The room was very good . Clean , comfortable with a fridge & microwave . Also appreciated the included buffet breakfast and free coffee/tea at all times. The bed was a little low for me (I understand that this is because the room is accessible) and the two chairs provided are plastic and not very comfortable but overall our experience was excellent and very affordable for the area.

The room was small, had to move over to close the door of the bathroom, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view on the parking lot could’ve been better.

Under the water of swimming pool, at the bottom of pool, has rough floor. And it can cause an injury, as my daughter has skin tear on her toe. Something they need to fix. However, most of the facilities were good and convenient. Breakfast area is small, you can eat in the room. Weak menu (not many options) of breakfast also.

Best part was the pool!

This is definitely a family oriented hotel. The kids loved the pool but note that the water features are permanently closed (they say to improve air quality)but the big water slide is still on which is the main attraction all the kids were going up and down ! My kids definitely had a blast. The room was clean and comfortable, and definitely was nice to have a hot tub in our room. Continental breakfast was a little dull but did the job. 24/hr coffee and tea station was great. Housekeeping wouldnt give us extra towels....that i found an inconvinience to go down to the front desk...were a family of 5 we only had 2 towels in the room and had to exchange towels to get more. But overall it was a good time. Staff was griendly otherwise.

Good quality/price ratio. Clean, great staff. Includes limited version of breakfast (like no pancakes, omelet, hot porridge etc).

A place to sleep while on route but that's it. It would be great if they could repaint their parking lines further apart to fit vehicles larger than a Smart car.

Recent stay July 2024

Cleanliness was not a priority as there was a note in room that stated housekeeping was done only after 3 nights of stay. Even in shortage of employees I think this should be a priority as I don’t go to hotels expecting to do my own bed, change my own sheets, vacuum the floor or clean the sink. Breakfast was fairly simple with not much variety. I remember going a few years back and they offered hot foods such as sausage patties, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissants, etc. Only thing we found this time was hard boiled eggs. On a final note, there are some amenities that are stated on their site that simply do not exist. E.g. gym in the facility (does not have one) daily housekeeping (only after 3 days)

Room had a musky smell and I could hear the people above me walking as well as the next room's television.

Very nice stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool!! Breakfast was a problem for us. A big hotel with many rooms should have more table to take the breakfast. We had to take the kids back in our room to eat, and no tray to carry our food. There was not a lot of choice and they did not do the refill.

A great hotel if you have kids. My 8 and 10 year old had a blast in the pool with the giant slide! Nice hot tub too! Breakfast was satisfactory although no hot items.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel, the staff is very helpfull and nice. Rooms are clean and kids have so much fun at the pool!

The swrvice was fantastic. Very useful and concience of cleanliness both at the pool and in the breakfast area.

Upgraded Suite was excellent. Spa was good, not really hot, but suitable for kids. Sprinklers did not work. Friendly service. Breakfast was very simple, no hot dishes and no waffle maker (unlike in some others Super 8). Overall good, just Breakfast needs improvement.

Friendly staff and relatively clean. Pool facilities seem to be great for young kids, but we did not use it. Breakfast is very basic, but at least it’s there. There are hot beverages available all day in the lobby.

It was ok breakfast could have been much better. Strange our car alarm went off. Beds were pretty hard a bit expensive for what we got.

The area is very good lots of options for eating and groceries walking distance The pool is great! Kids have a blast with the water slide and warm water as well as hot tub for parents. Unfortunately the heater in our room was leaking and had some noise during the night apart from that experience was very nice specially kids can really enjoy the pool.

The room was not cleaned during my stay

We got up to an hotel without water because of city water main that was broken... no water no juices at breakfast. We had to cary our own water buckets in ordef to flush the toilet.

This was a standard hotel. We did not use all of the facilities. There was a water main break so we woke up to no water the second morning. All of the staff were kind and water was supplied as necessary for all. Easy location for convenience & getting to the village. Many amenities walkable.

We biked in but alas the hot tub was not working. We picked this hotel became it had a hot tub. Also a huge security deposit was quite a surprise.

Nothing wrong with this place. We were there for one night only and it was perfect. Quiet and confortable. Staff very nice.

Kind of gross, not recommended

We had to change the room 3 times upon our arrival before getting a room with clean, changed bed sheets. There were bread crumbs and body hair in the bed!! It was 10pm by the time we arrived to hotel, so changing rooms so many times with tired kids was not the best experience In some of the rooms the air conditioning was leaking making the carpet near the window area where AC is located was soaked. In some rooms the carpet was so dirty that it would literally feel sticky Just not a pleasant clean place to stay at, we wanted to spend the night somewhere that would bring us closer to an activity we had in the morning, but for the money , honestly I would have preferred to stay home and just have a longer drive, or stay somewhere else
