The room was adequate, but even though the motel was not anywhere near full, they placed us on the highway side. The noise level made it difficult to sleep. At check in, the desk clerk was grumpy, telling us how sick she was:-(

The room we had (twice) had a plugged toilet!

Couldn’t watch tv, bad signal so it kept cutting out. Was not told the pool and hot tub were down prior to booking

I reserved a single bed for my son and I and was upgraded to a 2 bed room with no extra cost. The front desk attendants were very polite and friendly

Was woke up at 6:00am by a barking dog next to our room. Contacted staff 3 times. After 45 minutes other occupants finely showed up to quite there dog. I WANT A PARTIALL REFUND DUE TO THE INCOVIENCE OF BEING WOKE UP AT 6:00AM

My stay was absolutely relaxing

Convenient access to Bend and Prineville

Dog poop all around the grounds. An ABUNDANCE of dog poop! Broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Homeless people in the parking lot loitering and one in the lobby. It was very different from just last summer when we stayed. We will not be back. I will choose Hampton next time. A little more expensive but definitely will make me feel more secure.

As a senior woman traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel. The rooms seem very quiet. There is a shuttle to the airport. The only thing that I didn't like is that there is no alarm clock in the room.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and pleasant in atmosphere. Thankful for this time and support. Highly recommended.

Horribly small parking lot

There was a noticeable moldy odor in our room which made it difficult to sleep. An additional blanket would have been appreciative to have as well. There was a stick in the window, which felt unsafe, as it appeared to be keeping the window from being open. The front desk staff was great and very helpful.

Everything from the price, being pet friendly and our room was located with easy outside access for our dogs. Decent breakfast and checkin front desk guy was very chill. Great stay

Right next to the highway and heard truck noise all night long. Coffee in the morning was really not good. On the plus side, the bed was pretty comfortable and the room was apportioned well.

The room was small but the bed was super comfy and for the $ it was decent!

We were woken up early in the morning to water dripping thru the sprinklers in the ceiling. We called the front desk and were told the toilet in the room above us overflowed and maintenance wasn’t available so they brought 3 towels for us to soak up the toilet water from the room above us. So we got up and left no compensation made because we booked thru Orbitz.

Property was very nice. They were quick to let us know that we left a blanket behind in the room. Unfortunately we were already a couple of hours out of town before they called. If we’re in Redmond again the Super 8 will be where we’ll stay!!

Close to activities that interested me

Traffic outside was bad.

They provided parking for our car and the next morning arranged for transportation to the nearby Redmond airport. Extremely great service. Will definitely stay there again if I need to travel.

Unfortunately there are train tracks very near. Woke us up three times the first night. Then we only heard it one other night. Maybe due to the holiday it wasn’t running. Marijuana permeated the property. Outside was worse than inside. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

Excellent Service

I booked this hotel for our last night in Oregon travelling with my brother who lives in Bend. I booked two rooms one for my parents (who are in their 80's) and one for me and my adult son. I ended up contracting Covid during our travels so I was unable to both fly out and use the hotel room. My son decided to stay with my brother. So my parents arrived at the hotel without us. It turned out that I had booked the hotel for the wrong night! The people at the front desk stepped right up and helped us. I was on speaker phone so they could hear me talking to my parents when I realized my mistake and they laughed and told my parents and me not to worry that they had us covered. They cancelled my erroneous reservation, got my parents into a room and then helped them get their seats on their flight out and printed their boarding passes. I am so grateful that they took care of my parents and that they gave me a little grace. They will have my return business for sure!

This was my second stay in 2 years - they're very consistent in their performance. I do wish they had more covered parking; that Idaho sun gets hot! The breakfast is a real one with real choices, not like some other motels that just have bagels and instant oatmeal. Very happy staying here, will be back next year.

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Good location, convenient and a decent price. I would stay there again.

Needed a late checkout. They gave us permission to be there until 2. Then said never mind anything past noon will be $75.

The checkin was very easy even though the staff that was doing the checkin was in training. We forgot our keys in the room and didn’t have a problem getting another key from the staff. They accommodated us by picking us up at the airport when we dropped off our rental car. They also arranged to take us back to the airport by 4:00am as we had a 5:25am departure.

Underwhelmed

It was below average. The room looked nothing like the photos, which was the reason why I picked this place because it "looked" a little better than decent--I was wrong. The table was missing and the chairs. The hotel is next to industrial activities and the railroad, which can be loud. It's good a gas station is next door.

Such kind and helpful staff!

Air conditioning smelled. Run down. Outside lots of folks smoking and loud. Not in a good area. Would not recommend it. Would give it onkyb1 star. Old TV ,no written instructions. The cab came 15 minutes early we were not ready.. the driver said they didn’t ever take 6:00?am reservations to go to the Airport. Old dirty taxi.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was clean and quiet and felt safe. However, when I went to gather the rest of my belongings, they were all sitting out in the hallway unattended. I still had plenty of time before checkout and had already removed most of my belongings, so it was really frustrating to see that I was essentially being pushed out before I was ready.

EZ to get to, walkable to food choices, great parking, nice staff

We were in town for a festival. For a budget hotel it was clean and felt safe. I was surprised by how quiet it was. We were at the end of the first floor right next to a door going to the parking lot. Our window faced the main lot and we didn’t hear much. Definitely a budget roadside motel, but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff.

No wi-fi service. Poor costumer service!

We found a few hairs in the bath tube. Also outside the back hedge against the main highway, lots of pet owners left fecal matter. It was a disgusting place to walk your dog.

SUPER CLEAN! Most other things are secondary to cleanliness and this one shined! Comfortable rooms, wirkong fridhe and an acceptable breakfast made fir an excellent stay.

Our stay was great! The desk clerk was so nice and helpful! The room was clean and it was a pet room. My Jack Russell did great and wasn't picking up any prior dog scents. He slept well and so did my husband and I. It was quiet too!

Stayed here on our way home from vacation just to break up the 10 hour drive. It was very inviting. Nice rooms. Clean and quiet. There is an Applebee’s across the street which was convenient. Staff was friendly and professional. We would stay here again.

Convenient to go to the Deschutes county fairgrounds for an event.

The staff where super nice and accommodating. The hotel needs updating and the Continental breakfast could be better. The rooms could smell better too...they were musky.

Requested a 1st floor room. My wife and I are both 59 and we have a dog . Was put on the 3rd floor at the very end of the floor. Room was clean , bed was to hard and needed another pillow and a couple more towels. Seemed to be set up for a single person

Lovely stay

Love that the property is pet friendly and has a pool so I can get my sons energy out before bed.

The reception staff were great. Smiling and helpful. While this property was older and a bit threadbare, because of the staff, cleanliness, and ease of bringing our service dog, i would stay again.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Carpets and some doors should be redone but appliances, lights and faucets worked correctly. It is next to highway so there is traffic noise but didn’t hear too much from neighbors. Fruit for complementary breakfast was in poor condition. Only convenience places are gas station nextdoor and coffee shop across the street.

Convenient location with clean rooms.

They removed me from flight due to a 45 min bag check rule they have. Only to have to wait 8-1/2 hours for another flight. Way too late for emergency with family to get me to were I need to be. Nobody here and no reason for me not to be on that flight.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Super 8 in Redmond. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Our room was clean and in good condition. The only drawback was the freeway noise, but we managed by keeping the fan on. This was a quality stay for a good value. We will be back!

We had a very early flight out of Redmond and needed a ride to the airport. We stayed at the Super8, got a good night's rest and caught the shuttle to the airport. It was all very convenient.

Good for the price

This was a nice hotel with very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend it if you are needing an airport hotel, or even a good hotel between Bend and Redmond. Applebees, a sushi restaurant and good Mexican restaurant are all across the street. I stayed because I had a 5am flight and they took me to the airport at 3:30 am

Room was NOT Handicap accessible with a chair you had to lift into a tub. Insane.
