The property looked better online than in person. Room was small and bathroom was extremely small. Noise in the hallway all night kept us awake all night. The breakfast was as mentioned in the reviews fairly bad. we just at toast and peanut butter. swimming pool and hot tub were good. We wouldn’t recommended and will not stay again.

For the price the room was good, however it was cold. The hallway carpets were dirty. The dining room was dim with a projected that did not work optimally. The furnishings in the dining room were old.

Clean and a good facility. Security at night was very poor! Very loud at night especially near smoking pit A very loud annoying guest that was not very considerate to people sleeping at night was not dealt with properly by staff!!

Hotel rooms are ok but TV’s are outdated, Bathrooms must need renovations. Rugs needs to be replace. Pool need some renovation.

I liked that it was near many restaurants and our room had two chairs to sit and eat at. And it was fairly clean.

Bad neighborhood and lots of unhoused

We were arriving an hour or two early, so i called and asked if that was ok. Because the room hadnt been cleaned they said we could if we paid 25.00 extra. We agreed. The room had been done when we arrived but the floor had not been washed. My wifes socks were quite filthy from walking on it. The next day our room was not done. Bed not made, no clean towwls or shampoo etc. All thry would say was they were short of housekeeping staff. The hallways had not been vacuumed the 2 days we were there.

Hot water lacking. No anti slip mats in the shower. TV barely worked as it needed new cords. Bed wasnt the most comfortable to us. Floors were laminate so cold and slippery.

We had a very pleasant stay with our pet on Christmas Eve. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly.

I stayed at super 8 wyndham for two night ls on 6th and 7th december. I really liked the room and cleanliness of the room, housekeeping did care of my room during stayover. Its value for money, definitely c

The beds were comfortable. The pool looked nice but didnt grt to use it. We liked that there were only 2 floors and the front desk staff were nice.

There was hair in my bed, disgusting. I had left a $100 item behind and called right away, they said it wasn't turned in....the housekeeper stole it. No honesty left anymore. The hallway was noisy as heck, doors slamming and staff talking loudly outside our door at 5am - 8am Breakfast was trash except for the waffles you made yourself. Pool and hottub was the only decent thing but didn't even have towels that weren't hand towel size. Disappointed as hell.

Excellent price for a decent room. Small bathroom but it suited us just fine. Check in was a breeze! Breakfast was good with toast, bagels croissants, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee tea. We would definitely stay here again!

Inexpensive stay

Ok place to stay. Well located for my purpose. Nothing fancy. Relatively clean.

Located centrally for the event we were attending, parking was very tight. Pet friendly but no place to potty your pets , lots of dog poop in parking lot. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast was good but selection never changed from one day to the next . Would stay again

Room was Updated nicely, hall inside felt dirty, hottub had too much chlorine left skin extremely itchy. Staff was friendly initially had wrong room but was corrected quickly and easily, very nice. Location is nice, close to lots of good places including Chinook mall. Said rooms are non smoking but hall inside smelled like smoke.

Did not enjoy my experience at Super 8

My room was clean, but the hotel in general is very dirty. Carpets look like they’ve never been cleaned. The study chair in my room cylinder is leaking as it kept sagging down. Very irritating. For the price one should not expect too much. I have experienced worse.

This is an older property that I would consider good for an emergency only. If you have breathing issues or really dislike cigarette smell, I'd avoid this property. Rooms could be cleaner & I'm pretty sure our sheets were not clean due to the pen marks and other stains we found on both beds. We were glad we had brought a couple of blankets. Staff that we encountered were friendly & that was the best part of the stay.

It’s an older building but has some upgrades. Has a pool and sauna, breakfast served was adequate and pricing was great.

Everything was clean and the room was relatively quiet. There was a bit of a funky smell from the bathroom. Not bad, but noticeable as you enter the room. Room 112 Parking was tight.

I liked the price point for the night and location. Staff was friendly. I do wish there was a common area to get water (water fountain). Minor yes :) But overall was great for what I needed.

Had a quick one night stay that required an early check in. The staff were friendly and very accommodating for the early check in. Room was cozy and comfortable. Continental breakfast had a good assortment of food and we left full and happy! The price point was perfect for what I needed and I would happily stay again here.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay was. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and quiet. Lots of options for dining out or take out in the immediate area.

A bit dated

Pros: Affordable Convenient location Pool, hot tub, and small gym Front desk staff mostly very nice. Breakfast is not bad. Cons: Terrible parking lot. Walls are paper thin and guests seem to think it's okay to blast music at all hours of the evening. I could even hear every word of of my neighbours' quiet conversations. Heating system and water system made it sound like it was raining all day every day. The pipes were always gushing water and it was insanely loud. The event that freaked me out was that I discovered a watch on the floor of my room after returning to the motel after being at work all day. I do not wear watches so this belonged to a staff member who had a key to my room. I had left the DND sign on the door because I didn't need anything tidied as housekeeping was in the day before. Some staff member ignored the DND sign and went into my room - nothing was tidied/replenished so I actually have no idea why they entered my room in the first place and what they even did in there. I felt extremely unsafe after this event and decided to check out a day early. The manager "decided not to charge me for late cancellation" as if they were doing me a favour. The front desk staff said the manager would check the CCTV and figure out what happened, but they have yet to contact me. If staff are going into rooms where they are not requested, who knows what they are getting up to when you're not there. I am not impressed and do not recommend this motel.

The dog friendly rooms violated all fire codes. The windows were bolted shut, not that it matters all it did was face a hallway anyway. The rooms STUNK like a zoo. We booked a different room but apparently they didn't allow dogs in that room so they gave us a lesser room right by tge stairwell and right under the smokers pit. The hallway our room faced had opening windiws so the cigarettes wafted in through the door. The didn't give us a lesser rate for the lesser room. They charged us for the suite but said they'd omit the pet fees, which they absolutely did not. When they told us they would omit 1 pet fee our fee would be $170 but they still charged the card $185. Clientelle had many visitor's dressed in lingerie coming and going all hours of the night. We had our home unavailable for the night last minute and needed a pet friendly place. This place had decent reviews but obviously they have gone very much downhill since then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It's a 2 start motel that is advertised as a 3 star hotel. No elevator. Small room, small bathroom, really low quality renovations.

It's not a five star resort or luxury. But its safe and quite and everything is clean. I booked a room because I needed a quite place to study for my final exam and it was very quite.

The photos on the web site are very misleading. This hotel is actually very run down and the rooms are worn out. The area feels unsafe and I was worried my car would be broken into. The door didn’t close or seal properly. The card keys wouldn’t work, we would need to reset them at the front office numerous times. They told us our cell phones removed the magnetization of the cards but this isn’t true because we didn’t have the cards anywhere near our phones. This felt like a lie, either they wanted us to come to the office for new cards for a check up or the cards just simply do not last more than 1 day. The 200 dollar deposit amount wasn’t communicated well. I did the pre check in online to save time but it didn’t matter I had to check like normal anyway. They asked questions that I had already answered so it was redundant and a waste of time.

The hotel was clean and quiet. There is a nice pool and free breakfast was included. It is located in an area where there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, two big queen and comfy beds. Renovated room and bathroom. Good variety of food for breakfast.

Don't expect Marriott-level hotel and you will be happy. The rooms were very small and dated (need updating); the bed was sagging; fridge froze our water; no elevator; Large Super8 sign was not lit (very hard to find at night); and they charged us an additional $25 for being an hour early - even though the room was available. A disappointment for Wyndum Hotels.

Very, very disappointed that the pool was not available. We chose this hotel specifically because it has a swimming pool, and we had to leave the hotel to find a swimming pool wlsewhere.

Sink in room was not draining, room smelt of cigarette smoke, hallway carpets on ground floor dirty.

The staff were friendly. The entrance looks welcoming. As soon as you start walking down the halls you will smell cigarette smoke and see how filthy the carpet is. It was extremely noisy from both guests and the sirens going by. The room was “alright” but at one point my daughter said “we have no running water”. I called down to the front desk and it was if this was a normal thing and he “got it back on” for us. The hotel finishings are well worn. It seems as if there is no care for this hotel by the staff. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this MOTEL! After we arrived and found our room, I went back down to the lobby to cancel our second night. We stayed somewhere much nicer for not that much more.
