Great location for staying just outside Montreal and heading to airport…..an easy 15 minute drive between the two. Awesome pool with a REAL waterslide (our 8 year old loved it). Clean, newish hotel. Excellent rooms and a good breakfast. Very reasonable price.

Hotel very well located. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores around. Rooms are a little bit old and need renovation but the rest of the hotel is pretty and I like that the breakfast is included.

A super family hotel! The only downside is the people above us were pretty noisy. I guess that comes with the family hotel environment though !

Chambre bien, mais j’ai réservé pour 3 et n’y avait que 2 serviettes. Une tache sur les draps mais rien d’extraordinaire. Toilettes défectueuse (déclaré à l’accueil). Piscine partiellement fonctionnel(jeux d’eau hors service) et l’eau avait une drôle de couleur..

I had a quiet and peaceful stay. The property and surroundings are clean. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. I don't have any complains.

The pool was clean, and there was a slide and a hottub open unit 10pm. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.

The beds were amazing. We drove from Nova Scotia, so 13 hours, and those beds made the drive worth it. We slept very comfortably.

The shower tap wasn’t running properly. The bath towels are too small. The reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I would recommend staying here.

Location is cinvenient

It was a comfortable stay and a good nights rest. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I believe this location would benefit greatly from a member of staff or external service provider (with good attention to detail) to regularly inspect the rooms condition, and improve the quality of the turnover, and aesthetic details of the property.

Nice, comfortable room in a modern building. Enjoyed the pool with waterslide, hot tub, and exercise room. Everything we needed and more at a reasonable price.

Convenient, easy to get to, although There was some sort of a youth gathering, so hotel was packed with kids, very noisy all night. In the morning we couldn’t access the breakfast because of this. Wish we had known prior to this. I would have booked elsewhere.

We had requested a quiet room in a quiet part of the hotel. They initially placed us in the noisiest part of the hotel and then moved us. The spa tub that is advertised did not work and the front desk attendant did not explain when it would be fixed. The bathtub in our room did not have a working stop drain to fill up the bathtub with water. The exercise room was initially very hot and the fan in the exercise room did not work until we told a maintenance person who eventually replaced it. The breakfast area is small and crowded. When we brought many of these complaints to the manager, she was defensive and unable to provide a refund or price reduction due to a technical issue with Expedia. She did offer a free upgrade next time, Needless to say, there won’t be a next time.

This is a really nice hotel in a very convenient location. The property is very well kept and the staff is amazing. Felix was very pleasant and helful providing us with useful information about the hotel's amenities and the area. It was a great stay an I would definitely stay here again

The heated swimming pool is not too deep for younger children, and it has a giant slide for endless fun.

It is a relatively new property. It is very far from downtown Montreal. What we dislike most was that the hotel had no wifi during our two days stay there. The breakfast area is small and the food is so so.

Small washroom, but very clean

Refrigerator is placed closer to washroom which seems to be bit awkward.

This was our first stop on our road trip to Newfoundland we enjoyed our stay and breakfast was pretty decent with some foods available for me. I have celiac disease so that's always difficult with hotel breakfast.

A bit disappointing

Hotel was understaffed, in our four days there was only one cleaning visit and replenishing of coffee and toiletries. We booked a queen bed but were given a double- at the same price! Breakfast needs more options e.g. fresh bread, croissants, bananas for cereal, etc. Expensive for what was delivered.

Great hotel. We didn’t have opportunity to use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Only disappointment was the room had one outlet at the bedside table, not on both sides. Also, there was a variety to eat at breakfast, however, the room was too crowded. Too many tables for the small space and not enough room to move around. A secondary room to eat was opened which was great but still crowded where the food was displayed.

In good condition, however some of the staff seems unmotivated and seem indifferent. I don't like any hotel that doesn't clean room every day. Have replaced bar soap with mini containers of body wash.

Bel hôtel pour un court séjour. Les installations sont intéressantes pour les familles: piscine, magasinage, déjeuner inclus. Il était toutefois impossible de dormir car l’air climatisé de la chambre faisait un bruit infernal et causait même des vibrations d’un des lits. Il était impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre et de fermer l’AC. Considérablement que le but premier était de dormir pour la nuit, je en recommanderais pas cet hôtel à moins de savoir que ceci est réparé. J’ai informé la réception afin qu’ils puissent procédé à la réparation. Ils m’ont remercier de mon commentaire, sans plus.

We chose this hotel for its location outside of the city core. We were greeted by very pleasant staff. Our room was perfect and cozy. He location was close to many stores and restaurants which made it very convenient for us.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very spacious and well decorated. It was also very clean.

I did not like the fact that I had a jacuzzi in my room. I only asked for a king size bed, did not cross my mind that I will get a jacuzzi too. At first,it felt like I was sleeping in the bathroom. 😁 Then I got used to it. Anyway, other than that,I gave full stars, because everything was very good. This is my second visit to this hotel.

Très bien. Le service est excellent, courtois et rapide. Tout est comme décrit et c'est très apprécié. On trouve tout ce qui est décrit. C'est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec ce site.

Average stay!

The room was good. Staff was frienly but the telephone in the room was not working at all. I have told them but no one looked into it. The room didn't have aby disposable glasses too. If you're staying for more than 1 night, do remember you will be served the same breakfast.

This was a great place to stop. It is pet friendly so it was great to spend a weekend in Montreal with my puppy.

Really nice hotel north of Montreal island. Very nice and secure neighbourhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and was included in our rate.

Excellent prize for the period we booked (during the GP of Montreal). The staff was friendly and provided an excellent service. Several restaurants close to the hotel. The swimming pool was clean and the space nice.

Nice place, kid friendly but needs to be updated. Room smells of humidity and old cheep perfume.

Staff is kind and excellent.

Average hotel. The hot water was scalding. We happen to be there when there Hockey teams so lots of kids running around.
