It was wonderful cable tv and all hot water was great.

Other than occasional knock on the door in the early morning hours till 3:00 a.m. other than that going on. It was a nice place. I would get a hotel room here again in the future. And tell others that it's a good place. Thank you

We are on a long road trip

The old housekeeper is really rude. U have to beg for towels and the manager was trying to make me get my room clean. They constantly watching u. I asked another guest did they make him get his room clean and he said No. we came there to get rest and not be disturbed. Then they charge 20 a day pet fee. Ridiculous

Business trip two night stay. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Comfortable for the price.

Always enjoy staying at this Super 8. Staff is super friendly and the room & bathroom are exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this no frills motel.

We enjoyed our trip actually loved the set up of the room only complaint I have is that the water did not get hot ,taking a warm cold shower was not fun when the water did get hot it was after 1am

They will steal your money should your plans change. My truck was also burglarized in the parking lot

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little dated but priced right. The location was great for needs.

The hotel was really clean and nice. The only problem with had was wouldn’t could not watch tv but call front desk and they came right away to fix the problem. After that was excellent!

Super 8 Motel

A very nice and affordable motel located on West road and the Same Houston Tollway. The motel is fairly new and the rooms and restrooms and breakfast areas are very clean. I highly recommend this Super 8 location.

I booked a property then when I get there to to get the key they tell me there’s $1**deposit on cleanliness after I leave the room what the hell I’m not paying $1**to stay anywhere. These people are rip offs don’t stay there.

Our AC died and we live in Houston, Texas. We had to find a hotel that accepted our small dog, because it was too hot to stay in our home. We were able to get a room that night and for a good price. We were greatful and liked that the pet fee wasn’t crazy expensive.

The breakfast was a joke. The coffee machine was broken for days. The staff charged my credit card for the entire 7 day stay the first day. I told the front desk that I may have to leave early. I was told that the hotel gave no refunds even though I did not have a nonrefundable reservation. Extremely rude.

The owners of the property are very kind and do a great job maintaining the property. The property is new and very clean. I stay here a few days every week when I am Houston for work.

I had a truck with a 5 x 8 trailer and were able to accommodate me parking for my trailer. I would like to Thank the Kanu and Staff. were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

While the property itself is decent, the staff is not. What isn’t listed is the fact they require a $100 CASH deposit. I tried to use a card, but they wouldn’t let me. The attendant was pretty rude about this. I won’t be going back there.

Awesome stay

Stay was great. Rooms were surprisingly modern compared to other super8 facilities as facility was new. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast though did not have all the frills like hot scrambled eggs etc... but ok to have some breakfast for kids.

The front desk person was too slow ( night time) the building is new . Need some through cleaning. Otherwise it is good. We stayed two different rooms one is big the other is small. They don’t have elevator.

Motel is very clean, quiet and safe. Wish the front desk staff will be more friendly. Wish the breakfast will be more friendly too.

Good Hotel.

Was overall pleased with the hotel. A bit of a humidity issue inside the room probably due to the door seal, but not anything horrible. All of the staff was excellent. Very accommodating to our needs. I would likely stay again.

They asked for deposit

The only thing I’m complaining about is that the guy at check in told me I needed to give them a $100 deposit by card or $50 cash and that I would get it back once I checked out. Nowhere did it mention a deposit they need to include that to not catch people off guard. It almost made me wanna cancel the whole thing

New Hotel updated rooms

The hotel is new so it is very clean.

The staff was pleasant and helpful! The room was okay but, it was stains on the floor that had dried up so not mopped, The mini fridge leaked! The tub/shower had to be rinsed out before getting in; and my biggest complaint was the so called breakfast! It was only Honey Buns, Oatmeal cream pies and bananas, Coffee, orange/apple juice!

You get what you pay for

While checking in, I had to pay a $100 deposit fee. Parking was very limited (hardly in space enough not to get a scratch on your vehicle: very small parking spots). The chair next to the bed was dirty- had to clean it up, the stove didn’t work (put in a order for it: never got fixed), and the stinks in the kitchenette area did not have working hot water (reported this to the guy on staff, and never fixed).

Clean but sterile.

Easy check in with a nice room. Clean, updated comfortable. We were told there would be breakfast in the morning. "Breakfast" consisted of a processed, wrapped cinnamon roll and a banana or apple. Pretty poor offering.

Without notice on the website or time of reservation app, a 100.00 deposit is required. Room deitdeductedadded separately

Don't waste your time. Staff was extremely rude. Loud and poorly kept property. Dirty stained towels and sheet.
