The room was dirty, wash cloth had brown stains, sheets were dirty, bathroom light flickered continuously. Reminded me of every slasher movie….. not like the online photos at all.

I understand they are doing some remodeling but there was hair in the bathtub. An ironing board but no iron, the curtains were shredded. The exterior was dirty. Just not what i expected for the money.

I paid $90 for cigarette burn holes in every piece of furniture including bed sheets and pillows and I asked for non smoking room. Didn’t look like had ever been cleaned, gunk and funk on the walls and furniture and the coffee pot still had a used coffee filter in it. I took a shower and left.

This was the second Super 8 in two nights. Both were not great but this one needs updates. Thebed sunk in the middle causing us to be uncomfortable. The shower had bad and moldy caulk. The room smelled bad.

Weather wasn’t the best rained all the way from start to destination but when I got to the motel the crew did what they could do to get me in before check in great group of people

Only thing I can issue with was that the tub part didn't work ...I have a toddler and she could take a full bath due to this issue, but other than that it was a good stay

Trashiest hotel ever

This stay was horrific. My kids and I have had nightmares since this stay and not slept good yet. We didn’t bring a piece of luggage in, use the bathroom, touch anything. We sanitized the sheets and left that morning. The pictures don’t do justice as to how nasty this room was. If we didn’t check in at 1am because we were over tired and couldn’t travel anymore, I would have left before we got started there… we were drained and had no ‘go’ in us anymore. There was no top security lock, a few bugs in the room, bed bug residue, mold covering the microwave, old food from not sure how long prior to us coming… everything was just nasty.

Convenient and close to airport

The man at the front desk was extremely polite, nice, and very helpful. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.

Very surprised it was decently good and not bad. It’s on the edge or 1 step of away from becoming out of date. My room was clean. My bed was bouncy. It needs and upgrade on the bed. Overall was good.

Not so updated- facilitywise

We need a room for a night. The room was in good conditions, the temperature in the room was perfect when we walk in into the room. It was a nice staying.

People next to us were very loud. Notified the front desk and they did nothing about it. The people next to us continued to stay loud all night/morning. Got woken up multiple times from doors slamming, yelling, running down the hallway. Even asked if we could get switched to a different room due to the disturbances and they tried to say that all other rooms were booked up which was not true.

This was pretty good but under renovation. The day management did not speak good english. Otherwise was ok.

The motel room was dirty, it hardly was vacuumed for a while as you can see all kind of things on carpet, I am not sure if linens were clean as we found some hair, check in as well was not pleasant, we came around 11pm and receptionist did not find our booking it took 30min to check us in, I guess you get what you paid for.

In great disrepair

The gentleman that checked us in couldnt wait for us to be checked in. The shower bar was broken, the under curtains were shredded, the king bed had a BIG divet, and the toilet barely flushed. The breakfast was none existant - fruit loops and raisin bran (waffle maker didnt heat up). But the regular coffee was hot - decaf had a weird smell.

Friendly front desk clerk whom checked me . Very polite and professional.

Parking lot was spacious, well lit. Building was well maintained, clean and smelled nice. Staff was very professional & friendly.

This hotel stay was a terrible experience. I requested a Non Smoking room. When I arrived to the hotel the front lobby smelled like Cigarette Smoke! My room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was extremely Tired. I turned on the Air conditioning unit. A hour later I got up Sneezing and coughing because the AC was blowing out Dirt and Contamination. My eyes was red. I went out and sat in my car during the middle of the night. The was a horrible experience. I want a full refund.

Scary night

One night here was one night too many. Room was clean but run down. Broken toilet seat, shower faucet handle spun in circles, torn window curtains. By 9pm we were tired and watching tv, when someone was knocking on our door. The hotel clerk was at another door down the hall and he said no one knocked on our door. Really? I called the office, said it was scary, and was told “I’m sorry. We’ll watch your room.” At 3am, 3 gunshots and a woman’s screams outside woke us up. That might be normal for the area but not for us! The morning clerk was such a nice lady. She actually paid attention and took notes when we showed her the problems with the room.

The customer service was horrible. They didn’t have any towels.

Guests were calling the other guests rooms late at night.

Not clean and not enough breakfast

The rooms were not completely clean and the iron board had a stains looking like blood. The front desk lady told us that they don't keep extra towels! I had to convince her and show her that the towels are right in the back and I can see them - then she gave me the towels! They said the manager went to get more milk and breakfast stuff but he never came back! The containers were empty when we went for a breakfast and not clean. Gym is broken and hardly functioning!

1 night was enough for us

We came early per conversion with the hotel to check in before we went to baseball games. Our rooms were not the ones we requested but they did fix it. After the games when we went to our two room, one smelt of week so bad we couldn't stay in it. Front office service was great. They moved us. Pros: appeared clean Beds were super clean and comfortable Breakfast- waffles and cereal Cons: Lots of messy work (remodeled i guess) Mold in the frezzer of the fridge Mold and nasty stuff on the ice maker Hotel has a smell of chemical- not like cleaning smell. I cant even tell you what the smell was. 2 huge bags of trash by the front door. It was there at 1 pm when we first got there on saturday and still there with an added bag when we left at 10 am sunday It was fine for a 1 night stay, if you dont have super high expectations. Front desk was extremely helpful and nice. Wouldnt book as a business trip, but it was fine for a 1 night drop in.

Our room was very dirty. An empty water bottle was under the bed, mold in the bathroom, a dirty wash cloth was hanging on the shower, fingernail polish was on the walls and curtain, the door knob broke off

The entire hotel Smelled of marijuana. There was no smoke detector in the room. It had been taken off the wall. The lights over the sink in the bathroom did not work. Seemed very sketchy and unsafe!

Need just a little bit more hot water that's all.

Do Not Run Your Card If You Booked Online!

After booking online through Hotels.com, check in seemed to be going smoothly...until I went to pay the $10 pet fee with my card. I was charged $65. She knew it happened, told me to check my account to confirm and assured me she had issed a refund. A month later, no refund. They tell me to call corporate, corporate saysbto contact the hotel. I want my $65 back!

Staff was very friendly, pool was very dirty. Would have been nice to take a swim on a hot day. Simple, easy and off the highway.

First, there was mold on the shower curtain lining at the bottom which needs changing, the water in the tub sits and takes a long time to go out, the bed was extremely soft; like you soaked in the bed. The air worked well and the price was decent.

Upon arrival stairway was very dirty, room AC not working, asked to be moved to another and same AC problem, after moving me to a 3rd room same issue. Asked for a refund and receptionist told us she could not do a refund, so we had to spend a night without AC in a dirty room with broken outlets and moldy bathrooms.

The outside of the property was ok. When I went inside to check in, I had to wait on the lady to get off her cell phone and go back behind the counter. Then the phone rang and she answered it while checking me in. There was a bad connection, so she continued to try to understand the person on the other end rather than putting them on hold. It probably took 15 minutes for me to get checked in. The carpeting looked worn and dirty, the room looked as if it had been recently painted, however the bedding had stains on it. The shower was not cleaned, and there was not inside shower curtain liner. We stayed because it was dark when I arrived, and as two ladies traveling alone we didn't want to try to find another room after dark.

Unpleasent Smell

The entire Hotel had and odd smell thru and thru not a clean smell. Sign outside said newly renovated however that didnt seem to be the case for our room outlets about falling out of the wall and cover plate on switches and outlet either busted or missing not enough outlet available with out unpluging other items Talked with other guests at breakfast and they as well were not very pleased with their stay

Disappointing

Mid-remodel. New floor in our room was beautiful but unswept. New paint felt clean, but the room lacked necessities. We had to visit front desk to ask for towels, toilet paper and shampoo. Pool was closed. Breakfast room was horrifically under stocked and smelled like old carpet that was rolled up alongside the tables. The noise level escalated greatly at midnight when the woman next-door started doing business. Her screams woke me from a dead sleep and hotel staff had to be asked three times to address the issue. Night staff’s suggestion? We could leave early if we wanted to!

The walls must be made out of tissue paper. We heard a tv blaring all night, got front row seats for a drunken argument, and could hear the family across the hall any time their kids were scolded.

The room had a smell that was not fresh and the shower didnt have hot water, but the bed was very comfortable.

It was not as clean as I expected and I laid across the bed only to see a large roach then the next day as I went to shower I saw a second one

The room was ok but the air conditioning was terrible it was so hot! And we was to tired to even go down and get another room! And even though I go this hotel every 2 to 3 months the customer services always suck! This one young lady that work the evening shift that been there for over year still have the same terrible attitude I remember a year ago she said she didn’t have my card I come back and give me card! I came in yesterday after I check out looking for my charger that she swear she don’t see but I know it’s in there!! She is unprofessional and rude and ugly!! And Super 8 don’t have to worry about getting my money no more! And I use to come to them every 2 months for the last 3 years to come check on my 2 oldest kids! But I’m sick of you guys service after all this time you guys service still SUCK!!

CTC 2021 trip

Room was okay for someplace to sleep but could use some better lighting. There was an overwhelming smell in the lobby and hallway - like a combination of marijuana and cleaning solution. The whole place could use a makeover. Definitely won’t be staying there again.

This place was horrible made a mistake and booked a smoking room front desk would not change my room me and my daughters was from New Orleans coming from hurricane ida my daughter has Asthma And got sick because of mold and smoke smell

Big rooms and clean. Only fast food nearby.

The toom was filthy killed 2 roaches crawling on the bed, floors had trash everywhere bed covers had stains galore, there was 10 people partying in the hallways and smoking weed in the open. It was me my wife and 2 kids, we left 10 minutes after checking in. They refused to make it better. And as far as now, no refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Not even my dog.

THIS PLACE WAS DISCUSSING! The bedding was nasty. Carpet looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a while. Ants in the bed. Smelt awful. This place was terrible. I normally do not stay at Super 8 and never again!

Amazing Staff And Support

The service i received at this location was top notch! I'd called the location directly due to possibly needing early check-in. The front desk rep Jurleesa went above and beyond to try to accommodate me. The bed was very flimsy and uncomfortable, but the property itself was very clean and inviting! Check out was a breeze with an equally friendly staff as I'd experienced during check-in. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very dated. Dirty looking. Lots of roaches. Bath/shower water would not get hot and handle was broke. Toilet seat was attached crooked. Beds were comfortable but cigarette burns in all blankets. Towels were dingy/ yellowish.

The pictures of this hotel are not accurate. The entire place was filthy! The carpet throughout the entire building was dirty. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The sheets and pillowcases were clean. Thank goodness. The comforter was full of stains and burn marks. A lot of people hanging out drinking alcohol in the parking lot. Trash left on the ground outside.

Bad Bouje Roach Motel

I arrived at the hotel about 1:00pm and the front enterance was locked, push door bell front desk clerk took about 15-20-mins to open, being late I was scared , I was about to leave and call hotel. Com, that-unable to enter , then checking in I ask was there a elevator , no elevator , my mother is 76 years old , had to climb the stars with luggage , thank God 2nd floor, room key didn’t work, had to get reprogram, and Bed covering were stained, room smelled old or molding , and I open the night stand drawer, and there were two roaches running , I didn’t want to bring out with me , and plus night clerk said the only way you could come back in the hotel was all the way at the end of the building , I had left some items in my car, and I refused to go all the way to the end of this hotel where it’s dark, and be mugged or killed , so I went back to the front enterance , and rang the bell , she open about 10-15, and she gave me a look that wasn’t pleasant . Because it late arrival , I thought getting a cheaper hotel wouldn’t be as bad, since it’s not a motel, and Operating by Wyndham . I was so wrong, it was about 3:30 am I decided to call hotel .com, when i found no outlet to charge my phone , either I let it go dead , or unplug the desk lap, or microwave , or go to the bathroom and leave it . Never again. I was satisfied with results hotel.com . I didn’t get any 😩photos

Safety first

Missing two light bulbs out of five lights. Most importantly, the grab bar in the shower/tub was only half secured. If a fall were to occur, it would not prevent it.

Dont expect a low carb breakfast or any selection of food. It had only cereal and milk or pastries, juice and coffee. No fruit either
