It’s okay for the price

Great customer service. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good location.

The stay was very nice and quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t get room service everyday.

Location and quietness.

It was very quiet and the staff was very helpful. Very minor thing but the tub wasen't draining when I took a shower so I pulled the plug out. It had hair on it.

Mini-vacation

We were on a trip during off-season so no breakfast available but that wasn’t an issue for us. The heater in the room had a hard time keeping up due to the extreme cold and snow on ground.

Reservations and check in were easy. RC was very friendly and made sure we new exactly were are room was located and that juices and coffee were available 24/7. Upon entering the room we discovered it was clean but the jacuzzi tub was a lot smaller then expected.

Room was great. They didnt have breakfast because "its off season". Which one of the reasons i picked this hotel was for breakfast...

Check-in was a nightmare.

Room was very clean. Beds were great! Check in was a nightmare! The guy was very rude.i called on the way there to ask a question he was very rude on the phone and also rude to us upon arrival. When we would ask a question he was hateful like we were a big bother to him. Due to the check in process we will not go back. The lady who checked us out at 6:30 a.m. the following morning was very pleasant.

Great place!!

The service was hreat and very friendly. Our rm eas clean and had plenty of rm. Frig and microwave was included. The bed was a little too firm for me and the pillows were too hard. But that was the only negative. The breakfast was amazing!!

The 2 staff members who worked the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The only other staff we saw was 1 housekeeper and she never said anything. The breakfast was ok but I missed not having any fresh fruit or muffins. The room was very small and had no grab bars or any holds at all to use to help getting in/out of the shower. It made it feel very unsafe.

Check in was ran by a teenage kid. We was placed on the top floor with a group of High School kids who was all over the halls, late at night kids running up and down the halls and in and out the stair doors, called management and nothing was done, usually we don't mind but we was there on business and needed the sleep. Man over looking the breakfast kept rushing everyone and shut down the drinks before everyone was done using them. Tried to keep an open mind but the rudeness over powered it.

Said it slept 5. Most definitely did not.

Breakfast was good. Beds were clean. Need to work on AC and cooling down the entire building. Made it hard to sleep with the room not cooling down.

Though the hotel is in a great location, staff was friendly, and the hotel was quiet, the room was dirty. It seemed the bedding hadn’t been changed after the last guests left. Which was disappointing, I found hairs between the blankets and the sheet when I pulled them back to go bed on our first night. I chose to sleep on top of the blankets with the throw I brought for our long drive. There was also a musty smell to the room that aggravated my asthma and I had to ise my inhaler more than normal (which is usually emergency based) The light sockets in the room were broken, I did my best to keep them blocked from my 1.5 year old. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room on Saturday, I was hoping they would and change everything out. On Sunday they knocked on the door at 8am to come through. We did choose to check out on Sunday even though we were booked through Monday, mostly due to having breathing issues. Our stay wasn’t bad, as I said above everyone was kind and friendly and the location is great. Very close to everything we wanted to do which was awesome.

Breakfast should open at 6:00 rather than 7:00. Staff at front desk was very welcoming. Good place for a decent price.

Property is not as pictured. Outdated and nasty. Checked the beds upon arrival and found dark colored specks in both and a scab in 1. Smell of the room was terrible.

Basic room at a good price & location

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Nothing high end. The breakfast was a disappointment. Gravy and OJ was like water.

For the price I did not expect excellence. The room had potential but when entering the smell was awful like a dirty wet moldy mop. I should have asked for a different room which is my fault. I only stayed for 2 nights so I thought I could handle it with room spray. Upon seeing the nasty smears from the dirty cloths used to wipe walls and floor I went and got bleach wipes and proceeded to clean whole room, sprayed disinfectant spray and even bought a cheap oil diffuser to make it bearable. The bed was decent and the room would have been nice had the smell not over rode all that. Doors to rooms are loud so you can hear every time the rooms near you enter/leave the room. The little interaction I had with staff was decent. I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but I hope the owner takes note and does a better job at ensuring clean mops are used to clean rooms.

Advertised as remodeled but the hotel still looks run down

Staff was great and overall cleanliness was good. Great location in town. Only real complaint was just the noise. Thin walls and could hear the people on all sides.

Bed was comfortable pillows were great room was very clean nice air conditioning when we got in the room overall great stay. Quiet. Also full breakfast was good. Would stay again. Pool looked clean and inviting but no time to swim this trip.

The staff was very helpful when my car fob would not work. My room was clean, quiet and temperature comfortable. The staff was friendly. There were a good number of items for breakfast.

The hotel was in a good location, room was nice and clean, breakfast was provided, and checkin and out went smoothly. There was no elevator for upper floors.

Great room for the price!

Room had new luxury vinyl flooring. Much better than carpeting. While the room was dated, it was extremely clean and the beds and pillows were comfy after a long day out.

Clean and quiet.

There was no elevator which only posed a problem at check in but found out there was a better place to park for access to a room they switched us to for accommodation purposes. They were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is newly renovated. Everything is very nice. Would stay here again. Pool was clean.

This was the best hotel that we've stayed in over many years. The rooms are soundproof, clean, and located a block off of 76. The staff was friendly and so nice. It was great!

We were in town for one night and just wanted a place to stay that was clean, comfortable and affordable. This check all our boxes. We got in a little later and check in was super quick and easy. And they had a nice continental breakfast that had more variety than was advertised, a plus. No complaints. Plan on staying again.

The staff were awesome very helpful, the area was nice and quiet, location was easy access to everything. They had a nice hot breakfast which was nice. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing rooms but beware of bathrooms

Shower is really small and had holes that were patched up. Also hair behind the bathroom door on the wall with dirt. Had to move the microwave to plug it in to use. No issues with the room otherwise. Great service for housekeeping and breakfast. Check in/out simple. Friendly staff

Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No breakfast offered due to low occupancy. Which brought my rating down a bit since my husband was expecting it. Only stayed one night but would stay again.

It's ok for what it easy. It's cheap and convenient. The shower had no water pressure and the front desk associate didn't help rectify the situation. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised so it can get pretty noisy when busy. Doubt I'll stay again.

The rooms are in desperate need of renovation! The picture on the website does not depict the room that I stayed in. The bed was absolutely horrible. When I flipped over the pillow, there was long brown hair all over it. That is so gross! Towels and washcloths need replaced, they were rough and worn out. A constant drip in the shower… Like Chinese torture! The location was very convenient and the property felt safe. Just super worn out and need some TLC!!!

Not bad but needs more improvements

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel appeared to be older inside as it could use more updating. It was very close to the entertainment but not right on the noisy strip. My biggest complaint would be the bed was not comfortable and the walls were super thin. We could hear every conversation, water running and tv from the rooms around us.

There was not anyone on staff for my check in. I waited over 10 min. Called the number and the manager or owner said he could be there in 10 min. I asked him why there wasn’t someone on staff 24hrs and he said maybe his son fell asleep I told him as a single woman I wasn’t comfortable staying there and he should refund my room charge . I’ll be contacting my credit card and hotels.com

Had a problem with the TV but he tried very hard to fix it. No biggie! Also the small coffee pot in the room was broken.

This venue was rather unimpressive. It was a little hard to get into the parking lot. It has a weird shaped entrance and not easily identifiable. Although it was very convenient to all of Branson, I most likely will not return.

Wow, this was a top notch Super 8. The man behind the desk was super friendly & the lady helping with breakfast was too. The room was cleaned perfectly. I stated at a Super 8 in another state that wasn’t that great. This one was really good.

Bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Floors were very dirty. Was an ok stay, don't think we would stay again.

The people at the front desk were very nice and friendly . However, the room was clean but the bathroom floor looked as though it had not been swept very good. No conditioner was left in the bathroom or on the counter by the sink. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking.

The property owners were very nice, the hot breakfast was good, quiet rooms never heard anyone.

Room wasn’t ready, employees and owner were rude and threatened to make us leave when we complained the room wasn’t ready at 3:00. He moved us to another room instead.. when I opened the door to the room there were already people in it. The couple we were traveling with were not able to get the room they reserved either. Will never go back to this hotel

Poor customer service. No available room at check in. No elevator to accommodate handicapped. Did not stay after long drive & unable to get a room upon arrival. Had afternoon show tickets. Messed up our schedule. Unpleasant experience for senior citizens. Won’t recommend.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice. The only issue was only half of the air register was working. The staff took care of the problem immediately. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was friendly, room and common areas were all very clean. Breakfast was hot but overall selection was not as great as other stays. However, the shower was the smallest I have ever seen and there was not a light above it. We were just going to Branson for two days and had other sites and shows to see. The hotel did not have extended hours coffee bar and snacks as a lot in the area do. If you want to save a little on lodging, but do not want to compromise "cleanliness" then this could be your place.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Only bad thing I can say is that the first morning after we arrived, we went to get breakfast. Having younger children, we normally get breakfast and take back to the room to eat so we do not bother other guests. Was told by one of the staff they did not want food taken to the rooms. If this is the case, why put a refrigerator and microwave in the room? This is very inconvenient for many who travel with children, especially ones who have special needs.

The room smelled like smoke and I had a no smoking room the bed was hard my lap didn’t work the carpet on the staircase need to be removed

Hotel was just ok. We would not stay here again. There was mold on the vent in the bathroom. The sink needed to be replaced. They attempted to just slap some paint on the area that had corroded. The breakfast was just basic.

The owner was very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay with our extended family. The place was clean. They were upfront about not having the continental breakfast during the slow time. We plan on staying again soon..
