Room is ok. Building is Dated. Peeling wallpaper, loose faucets, water stained ceiling etc. front desk area reeked of urine and BO when we arrived … all the guests trying to check in were covering their noses in the morning it smelt better. Wouldn’t stay here unless I had to

There was a snow storm a few days before but the snow was not clean in the parking lot The room I stayed at was 112 Horrendous, I paid full price for a room that the pillows were. Flat!!! They will not even fold The room has a mini fridge that sound like a ghost house and noice neighbors Normally is a pleasant experience Plus the morning front desk guy treats you like you are a criminal

Dirty rooms blankets we just stay there for 3 hours and our skin started reaction rushes we left then motel 2 am morning it was very bed experience waste of money waste of time

Property is old small rooms needs new beds price was a little costly for this location. Industrial buildings in the back and busy main street at your door step. No water in room 1 small soap / 1 shampoo 2 packs of something called coffee? Over all a 2 star rating is possible there...!

Everything was fine, but they put $200 on my credit card in case of damages & at check out they told me it will take 3-5 banking days for me to get it back. Not ok. I have bills to pay.

I booked a suite with a jacuzzi and the jets hardly worked -frankly, it is old and out of date. A front desk staff on night shift went out to his car and blasted his stereo. The base woke me up several times during the night, each night I was there. He refused to supply a receipt when I checked out. I had stayed there a few times before for work, but this time it was a horrible experience and I will never be back.

It would be nice to have a desk lamp-room was a bit dark without to overhead light on. Bathtub faucet was fixed once but temp knob kept coming loose.

The room was disgusting. After walking around in the room for 15 minutes my partners feet were black. There were stains all over the bed and cookies left under the bed. I will never be returning to this hotel nor would I recommend it to anyone. InFact I will encourage people not to stay there and feel like your company ripped me off with having this hotel listed in your site for me stay at. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I should be refunded money for staying there

Wouldn’t recommend it. Got a night here as apposed sleeping in my car. And I regret not just sleeping in my car. Severely overpriced. The place is a dump. Room was obviously not cleaned before we checked in. Floor was sticky with visible spill spots, smell was exactly what you’d expect. Just sleep in the car if ya can.

There was a lot of wine on the ceiling of the bathroom still. I wasn’t sure if it was mold at first, but looked more like wine. Shower worked great with a good shower head. Carpet is old and worn. Lots of grime and dirt, hasn’t been a deep clean in a very long time. The bedding was clean but old and could see some old stains. It was one of the less expensive options by the airport, so if you’re just looking for a quick bed, maybe it works. The lady at the desk was very nice. There were a few steak houses near by and a gas station right next door.

It was a great experience.

In pictures, looks decent. When you enter, no. Cold front desk girl, dressed like she is going to an underground club. Stains on walls in room, bad tv picture. Nobody thanks you. I get it, lower cost. Only saying this so that you aren't fooled by reviews. For the price though, there are much better.

Honest staff

This place wasn’t too bad. The bed was comfortable. The jetted tub was a nice bonus. I was very happy with the honesty of the staff, I forgot a valuable in the room and they called me to let me know.

Location was good. Room was clean and had standard amenities (with the exception of only one tv channel), but the furnishings and overall condition pf hotel was run sown.

For a simple night, clean conditions and friendly staff, our room gave us exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price for the fringe of Toronto.

Run down cheap hotel , the whole place stinks. Stains on the furniture and walls , floor was sticky. Would never stay there again.

We were told we could check in early (10-11). Then when we called to confirm if we had a room they said we had to pay early check in after we were told 3 times we wouldn’t have to. The floors made our feet and socks extremely dirty unlike I’ve ever seen and overall cleaning could have been 100x better. Though we checked in early they already had it cleaned so it should have been way cleaner than it was as we didn’t rush them. The stay was ok the airconditioning didn’t work:(

I wouldn't recommend. Unexpected security fee. I felt unsafe. It wasn't clean. There was hair in my towel. The floor was dirty. The bedsheets were stained. Looked like a rent-by-the-hour motel. Sketchy neighbourhood.

You get what you pay for. I needed a cheap, night long stay that was easy to reach from the highway, and I got it! No complaints.

It is necessary to improve the cleanliness in the common areas and also make better the staff's attendance.

It was a fine place to stay

It took me a while to gain the courage to make a review because I am truly traumatized. But during my stay here, I was stalked by some man. He found out I was in room 222 and even called the desk to ask to speak to me on the phone and they put him through. Then proceeded to bang on my door in the morning, thankfully I was with somebody. I wish I had called the cops, but unfortunately I did not. Do not go here alone, especially if you’re a woman. I’m highly disappointed

Hell night in Toronto

Went out for the evening and when we returned the hotel informed us that the air conditioner in our room was leaking and they had to turn off the air conditioner- in August! When we requested a change of room, we were informed that there were no more rooms. We requested a full refund which was granted. We were forced to sleep in our car until we could secure a room at another hotel

I like the location. Once i checked in. i take picures of damaged around the room and report the already damaged to the front desk right away. i have the pictures. I hope they don't keep my $200.00 deposit.

It was one of those cheap and cheerful Motels which was decent enough. It seemed to attract drug users who I saw taking hardcore drugs outside the hotel in the middle of the night. People seemed to think it was okay to have a loud conversation outside my room at 3 in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for

At my request, I received a 2nd floor room away from the numerous smokers that had rooms beside the parking lot. My queen size room was basic. The shower pressure was great, but there was no tub stopper. There was black marks (mould?) around the tub too.

Checked in with no issues, even switched my room with no issues after I ran into a problem in my original room. The rooms are outdated, I thought I was going to either rip my shower head or knob off the wall considering how loose they were. The TV was stuck on 1 channel and the remote doesn’t work. The hallways have zero AC so makes it unbearable during a heatwave. Also the walls must lack either insulation or the ventilation system is lacking as my entire hallway reeked of gas from the adjacent Shell station getting its tanks replenished.

It was a dingy room and so hot when we entered. We left the room after 2 hours , even we planned the whole night ,as we didnt like it. And for 140 for that room is totally wortless.

Not worth for the money, $200 plus $200 security deposit

It was perfect for what I needed, a clean and secure place to stay after a night out in a club. The only problem I had was that another guest decided to lean on my car while she smoked or waiting for something. Of course not anything to do with the hotel maybe more so the people who stay there. Other than that maybe a little bit of a renovation but all in all I enjoyed my stay.

It was hard to decide on this review as some things were good, but others were very much no so. The important things such as the bed, toilet, shower, sink and linnens were nice and clean. You can tell these are high importance items from the staff and that's great. The issues come from the overlooked things. The curtains were disgusting, smelled heavily of smoke and febreeze which made the whole room smell. They were gross to touch. Light fixtures and vents were neglected being grimy and covered in dust. Other details like the cute Llama art on the wall were neglected and you could see streaks of liquid on them. Overall, I don't think they're far from being a positive stay. Like I said, you can tell what they focus on when they clean and they do a good job on those things. Seems like they could use use a deep clean schedule for other areas and they should either deep clean, or just throw out and replace those curtains. They're really that bad.

Nice place to stay

Property is dated and needs a refurb however for the price, it met expectations. Room was clean. Parking was plentiful.

I think it’s a nice place. Staff is cooperative. No smell though the hotel looks old requires some renovations. Still it is a clean hotel. The only thing is the cost of the hotel should be around 110 Canadian dollars after taxes but it was higher which is quite higher with the present hotel structure and needs to lower down to get more business. I would select again if price is under 120 Canadian dollars.

The overall cleanliness was okay, but the floor was not in good conditions though. Walking only with socks of bare foot you could see that was not proper cleaned

The wifi was really slow, this should be improved. Other than that it was a good stay
