The worst Hotel in the world! Horrible service, disgusting, really disgusting food! At any time, breakfast, lunch, dinner! Everything is horrible about this hotel! They are 3 hotels together and each one is do bad. Was my worst experience ever! I paid for all inclusive, but the food at the 3 hotels ( you can each in any of them) was disgusting! The quality, the taste, the look, everything was rigorously bad! Theses hotels Sunny days should be closed! Do a favor for yourself: DONT stay at any of SUNNy DAYS hotels! You will regret deeply! Trash, absolutely TRASH!

Very old hotel, needs to be done up. Unable to use bathroom bad condition. Room not to standards, very unhygienic for my baby and us. AC fridge problems, number of complaints no change. no wifi have to pay $17 for 5 days. food terrible. lack of choice and quality. every one got food poising and bacterial infection. good thing was the pool and outdoor facilities. sale men on site was annoying, forcing to book and being angry if we booked with someone self. bad quality experience compared to other countries. I would never visit Egypt again due to my hotel experience. my worse holiday so far specially due to hotel condition. very baad.

I have stayed at the other Sunny days Hotel adjacent and I think I prefer the Mirette because it is quieter and when it’s windy, which it can be even in the summer, the other hotel shelters it. The water is fairly shallow so if you want to snorkel you have to go to the other hotel’s beach. Both hotels offer the same standard of food but if drinks are your priority then the larger one is best.

Good time

We enjoyed our family stay at Palma. The benefit is that you can move within three hotels of Sunny Days. Good pools for kids and enough space for everyone. Food was fine for our child. Overall atmosphere is fine here. We also took snorkeling trip directly from marina of the hotel - there is Crazy Dolphin Diving Center. Their team will make your holiday uncomfortable through the sea trips they offer. I made with them OWD course

Wonderful vacation

Amazing trip at an amazing hotel. It's not my first or last visit to sunny days . But this time it was different because of corona, they really take all the precautions to avoid corona virus. I like sunny days and like everybody there, very nice animation team and very nice activities. Food and rooms were very good. Thanks for everybody there . Can't wait to visit again

the Description of the property on this website is incorrect. There is no free WiFi, it’s only available in the lobby. Room service is not included in the all inclusive deal which was stated in the description. The food was terrible.. shall I go on ? The only saving grace of this place were the employees who were friendly and helpful.

Room booked not available. Offered dirty apartment next door. Refused. After half hour wait given a better quality apartment but still dusty and dirt n places.as now 4am accepted. Gave late check out free as some compensation. Ion

Nice ambiance great location but worst food drinks

Excellent ambiance great location but worst food (no taste and less hygiene) and drinks especially for all inclusive. Snooker tables were present but they were in bad condition and not available to play. Another disadvantage was no indoor pool especially when the weather is windy and cold. Wify is free only in the lobby and that too very very very slow and pathetic.

Hotel 3* not 4. Reception Team very good. All other staff helpful based on size of tip. Food.. varied and generally edible. Room.. average. Never cleaned but bed made.. bed very comfy. Mound in shower and generally very grubby. Outside.. great pools And a well maintained beach. Credit to outside staff. For the price... good value.

Worst hotel ever (extremely dirty)

Extremely dirty, filthy, run-down, and smelly. Carpeting is stained and dirty. Towels are old, stained, & dirty. Beds are old, dirty, and stained. Walls are old, dirty, and stained. Corridors & room floor are sticky and extremely dirty. Big bags of garbage everywhere in the corridors. Bed spread full of hair. We could not even force ourselves to stay in this disgusting hotel another day. They changed our reservation from the first dirty hotel "Sunny days palm de merit" to another disgusting and less grade hotel (called Palacio) because they gave all the Palm rooms to another customers with higher price. When we reached the Palacio hotel, we found too much people are fighting with the impolite and rude reception guys to have their reserved rooms without any actions for at least 7 hours, then they cancelled most of the old reservations and gave it to another customers with higher price (without giving them their money)!! Then I asked Expedia 3 times to cancel my reservation, but their policy have to contact the hotel and get their confirmation, then Expedia informed me that they will refund 3 days from the reserved 5 days (I don't know if they will). Most of the pictures are fake and misleading the customers; if Expedia respecting their customers, I suggest to remove this disgusting hotel from their list (it's not even 1 star). I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DIRTY HOTEL TO ANYBODY

SUNNY DAYS

The staff was very nice but the hotel was quite dated. They only issue one old fashion key with room and the walls were very thin. You could clearly hear most of your neighbors conversations and since the halls were stone everyone walking in the halls! It's obvious the facility was once a grand old dame but she needs some work to catch up with modern times. The shower would rountinely switch back and forth from hot to cold and give you an incredible thrill. The worst thinkg about the stay was the dinning room. There are birds all over the room and on several occaisons I had to chase a flock (5-8) off the bread section of the buffet. The employees witness this but never changed out the bread (I stopped eating the uncovered bread after seeing this). They (birds) frequented the dinning room so often that the top of almost every chair has a significant amount of bird poo on it! This is also the place everyone would grab the chairs to move them to sit down. NOT A GOOD SANITARY SITUATION!

Rooms were very dirty, staff very unfriendly.

We checked in at 6pm, when check in time is 2pm, and our rooms were still not ready and had to wait an hour to have our room. The rooms were awfully dirty, dirt sticking to your feet, like they had never been cleaned. The food was just average. The staff were absolutely unfriendly, there was a power cut for the entire day, and they kept saying its an engineering issue and will be fixed in 5 mins. T

Plage privée et piscine. Bien utile quand il fait chaud. Le all inclusive est bien mais le restaurant est surpeuplé le midi et le soir. Il est préférable d’attendre les fin de service.

Huge hotel (3 in 1) , Sunny Days Las Palmas is clean and pleasant, even if some rooms seem a little bit old (electricity plugs, toilet, deco..).Anyway very functional, food is ok (breakfast, lunch...) No lift at all, but just 1 or 2 stairs, so manageable. Spa seems ok (at least massage are professional ) just do not forget to negociate prices, as usual in Egypt ;-)

Sunny day ligger bra till när det gäller Stadens gamla och nya stan, tar cirka 20-30 minuter att gå till beroende på vad man vill se. Det är billigare på gamla sidan av staden än den nya staden vid marinan. Hotellet har säkerhetspersonal av alla typer, badvakter, säkerhetsvakter, underrättelse personer från polisen och alla dessa är mycket lugna, ej påträngande och man känner sig inte övervakade eftersom de är där pga att gästernas ska kunna känna sig trygga och säkra. Det är en jättebra vistelse hotell för både unga och vuxna som vill både festa och koppla av. Barnpooler är varma och finns både för vuxna och barn. Man kan även simma i havsvatten som är vid sidan om. Personalen försöker göra allt för att gästerna ska trivas och känna sig välkomna etc.

I had a very old room, with a horrible bathroom. The food was not good as well - very less choice and a bad taste. Also the drinks out of single-use plastic glasses is very old fashioned and not nice for dinner. I really can not recommend that hotel if you want to have some vacation. Just spend some more money and get way better accommodation. The staff was more and less friendly and after many requests they cleaned the room, but you can not improve that old rooms and that horrible bathrooms. They need to renew it.

Das Essen hat uns leider garnicht geschmeckt ! Zudem gab es sehr wenig Auswahl da. Keine Animation! Ab 18 Uhr war alles Schluss im Hotel kein Pool, die Getränke gegen Gebühr. An der Snackbar gab es NUR Sandwichbrot. (Solange der Vorrat reicht) Die Badezimmer war sehr alt und irgendwie auch unhygienisch. Das WLAN müsste man gegen gebühr buchen. Über die Personal ist nicht viel zu sprechen Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Laut Hotel Fotos alles perfekt aber All inkl. war es NICHT! Zudem ganzen ist die Hotel leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Für den Preis habe ich nicht viel erwartet, ich bin auch kein kleinlicher Mensch, jedoch wurde hier schon lange nicht mehr renoviert. Essen war auch schrecklich. Alkool gibt es nur bis 17 Uhr, obwohhl All-inkl., danach wird Geld dafür verlangt. An einem Tag ist der Alkohol sogar ausgegangen... Klima im Zimmer ging nicht, ich wurde aber auf ein anderes Zimmer dann umgebucht. Wenn man hier ein Zimmer bucht, sollte man nicht viel erwarten.

Ficamos mais de uma hora e meia esperando e não encontravam a reserva, mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação. Hotel bem velho precisando de muitas reformas. Quartos com camas velhas e box do banheiro minúsculo. Tem que fazer manobras para tomar banho. Vaso do nosso quarto estava vazando. Sobre a comida poucas variedades. A bela a da praia é sensacional, o que compensou um pouco.

Die Bilder die auf der Webseite geworben wird entspricht nicht die Realität es sehr schmutzig und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig man kann nicht mal auf die Stühle Sitzen so klebrig und dreckig. Das Service Personen am Pool und Zimmer Service ist Sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommend alle Anderen Bereiche sind überheblich und teilweise beleidigend. Ich bin ein lange Kunde bei Expedia und bin immer sehr zufrieden mit der Leistungen. Aber dieses Hotel werde ich auf garkeinenfall wieder buchen. dieses Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne Verdient eher 1 Stern wenn überhaupt.

For me was not a nice experience I had some difficulties with the water first no hot and after only hot water. I was just for one night and I had to shower my self on the sink. Not a friendly staff.

Sämsta hotell någonsin. Smutsigt och ofräscht.

Hotellet är slitet och gammalt. Duschen är fruktansvärt finns ingen slang utan dusch som sitter i taket som vattnet rinner dåligt ur. Vi hade all inclusive som inte var bra samma mat varje dag i 14 dagar som smakade inget. Det som var bra är efterrätt och kaffet ur maskinen. Poolområde och hotell område är fint och stort.

TRÈS MAUVAISE HÔTEL !!

Ce séjour a été catastrophique au sein de l’hôtel jusqu’au point de me faire limite raquetter lors du Check out. J’ai payer plusieurs fois la wifi de l’hôtel et on me disais tout le temps qu’il n’y avais pas de monnaie lorsque je payer. On a du demander 6 fois pour qu’on nous ramène des serviettes. Le personnel de l’hôtel ( surtout la réception y compris le manager de l’hôtel ) ne sont vraiment pas professionnel. L’hôtel est tout de même beau sauf dans les chambres, propreté zéro, les pommeaux de douches sont cassés j’ai fait la réflexion dès le premier jour mais personne ne jamais répondu. Le personnel égyptien au bord de la plage, piscine , spa Horas, excellent service. Restaurant à revoir mais quand même produits frais. Mohamed du personnel de la réception très très insolent quand on lui quémande quelques choses. Revoir la sécurité devant l’hôtel, trop de taxi man qui viennent accoster les gens et par la même occasion escroque les gens. Télévision uniquement chaîne russe ou arabe, Le frigo de la chambre ne marchait pas. Enfin de compte la description de l’annonce et l’hôtel non vraiment rien à voir et je suis clément.

4 stjernet luksus all-inklusive resort

Det er første gang at jeg har boet på et resort, men det var en god oplevelse. Personalet på resortet var meget serviceminded og meget hjælpsomme. De gjorde alt for at skabe det bedste rammer, uanset om det var poolpersonalet, rengøringen, i receptionen eller kokkene. Mit værelse var booket så det inlogerede mig på El palacio istedet for, så jeg fik kingsize seng og i stueplan så jeg fik havudsigt og en lille terasse. Jeg har kun rosende ord til dette resort (el palacio). Og er man en familie med børn, så er det et godt sted. Stor swimmingpool, legeområde til børnene og underholdningen for børnene om aftenen.

Je vous déconseille cet hôtel , avant tout il ne vous donne pas la chambre que vous payez , ensuite la chambre qu’on vous donne est vraiment sale , vétuste , j’ai retrouvé des cheveux dans ma salle de bain , la douche est degueulasse, les vitres sont blanches tellement elles ne sont pas nettoyé , le petit balcon n’a jamais été balayé , j’ai demandé vue mer ils m’ont donné vu piscine , ce sont de vrais menteur sur leur photos , faites attention ou vous prenez vos hôtels ils sont sans scrupules , et dernier jour celui qui fait sois disant le ménage des chambres a voulu voler mon sac à main !

Jeder sieht dich als eine Einnahmequelle und versucht zu ver*rschen. Egal, ob an der Reception oder Verleih. Nur die Jungs im Restaurant und Zimmerservice sind ok.

Très beau complexe hôtelier. Belles piscines dont une chauffée Dommage qu’on soit harcelé toute la journée par des vendeurs d’excursions et que la nourriture soit peu variée et assez mal cuisinée

Pas terrible

Chambre un peu vieillotte. Service de nettoyage à revoir ( un verre de café est resté toute la semaine sans parler du sol ). Au niveau des serviettes de toilettes au fur et à mesure des jours il y en avait plus . A la fin nous avions une serviette pour 2 😳😳. Les draps n’ont pas été changé de la semaine .

Aquapark ist gut. Macht Spaß. Aber nicht für die Dauer. Viele Restaurants auf dem Gelände. Der Strand ist sosolala. Gewöhnliches pressing von Anbietern aller Arten von Services. Animation ist auch sosolala. Bemüht. Essen ist ok. Aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Wenig Abwechslung. Aber wenn man etwas draufzahlt, dann sieht es anders aus. Konstenloses WLAN ist eher Witz. Nur an der Rezeption und ziemlich schlecht. Sonst wieder Zahlen. Ich würde sagen. All inklusive mit vielen aber.

Et bien arrivée à 4h du matin j’ai du attendre jusqu’à 9h du matin dans le hall et une fois que l’agent d’accueil s’est rendu compte de son erreur car supposé que j’avais réservé ma chambre veille il m’a mis dans une super chambre d’après ces propos sinon je pense que l’hôtel est un peu sûr côté il reste à mes yeux un 2 étoiles ceci dit les employés sont avenants polis

De har jätte dåligt mat,då hamnat min dotter tre dagar på sjukhuset med feber etc Jag har varit på hotellet kl 3: Am den 190726 och mun bokning gillar tom 190803 hela dagen Men de har tvingat mig att lämna nycklarna kl 3 pm då hade vi satt utanför hotellet ungefär 7 timmer tills att vår transfer komma och hämta oss kl 22:00 till flyg plan
