We had 2 suites for 3 nights. All of the staff in the hotel were excellent (especially house keeping, who ensured that we had all the right amenities). While the rooms were spacious, some things just didn't work. The shower drain didn't work well, and would spill if left to run. The towels always had a smoky smell, and the giant curtains for the floor-to-ceiling windows were dusty. The food in the local restaurant was OK. Breakfast orders were slow, but generally delicious (especially the chai). For dinner the food was not bad, not great. Locations wise, the property was conveniently located, on top of a mall and right next to another. However if we were to go to Jaipur again, we'd likely stay at the Hilton
Awesome 👍
What a lovely hotel, we booked into this last minute due to issues with one we previously booked and everything was perfect. Staff were really friendly, great service in the bar and restaurant couldn't have asked for more. Great room, great shower and a lovely breakfast. Please continue going what you do 10/10.
Nice hotel, decent staff.
Excellent service was provided, especially the cleaning staff deserve special mention. At the reception Mr. Jabar , Mr. Jeetu and Mr. Nitesh were helpful and prompt with their service. The hotel facilites were remarkable , the only improvement could be the addition of toiletries viz. toothpaste and toothbrush. The location of the hotel is in city flanked by 2 malls. Ola and uber facilities are available from the hotel location all the time.
This is really nice centrally located , clean , friendly staff.
The stay was totally worth it. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very polite and professional. Jeethu at the front was really professional and well spoken, helping me with any concerns i had and was quick about it too. The stay overall was a 5 out of 5.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful namely Jabbar, Jethu and Devendra.
Excellent
Very nice
Great location but poor senior staff
place is great and centrally located but the senior staff is extremely rude and uncooperative. They charged us so much extra than what was mentioned on the room menu bar and after we noticed and asked, the manager started fighting like a dog!!
可もなく不可もなく。 ジャンクション駅から遠いの注意。
A really nice Hotel
The best hotel i’ve been since my trip is started. Very clean and very friendly staff 😊
Great hotel but let down by F&B.
Suite rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. Beds are firm though. Hotel is located in a start district with nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are excellent value for money. Sadly the Barman tried to rip us off by serving a high class wine when we ordered house wine. We had 12 glasses between a group of friends so the price difference was huge so beware. Breakfast was dreadful. Pastries were stale and eggs were full of salt. You’re be better having the Indian curry buffet.
