Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beaches

Great location, clean room and the host was always available and hospitable

A beautiful room with a great view, and within a minute’s walking distance of the beach. The property owner is a lovely woman who is very helpful and kind. Definitely a perfect stay!

Kyriaki, the owner was very accommodating and lovely! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The beach was very close and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

This was the perfect spot. Right by the water and many restaurants / grocery stores near. We were able to walk everywhere and had a very enjoyable stay. They cleaned the rooms very well and supplied fresh towels.

This is an excellent spot as you have a balcony overlooking the beach that is one minute walk. Cllse to everything you neef. Spacioys room comfy bed air conditioning. The only issue we had is that there was an unpleasant smell coming from pipe in bathroom

This is the perfect place to stay on Naxos. The beach is about a 30-second walk, yet it's down a side-street, so you don't have the noise of traffic. You have easy access to everything downtown within minutes of walking. When we were planning day activities, they helped make arrangements. When we return to Naxos, we will definitely stay here again.

Very poor wifi/service from our room.

This area is perfect for Saint George's Beach and is minutes from Naxos Town. Good food, good vibe. An authentic area to stay.

Amazing location for easy access and steps to beach Aegio Georgios. Room was clean and quiet at night. AC worked very well. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay where beach is your main focus of stay.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect for beach, town, restaurants, and the port. The hotel owner was extremely welcoming and kind, she made our stay truly wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when back in Naxos!

Kiki & her family were wonderful hosts. Very helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay in Naxos. The property was in a great location - steps away from the beach, many delicious restaurants, close to town & walkable from the port. Very comfortable room, clean & the balcony is a wonderful plus!

Words cannot describe how happy I felt at this hotel. It felt like home, like a little studio. I had a comfy bed, ac was excellent, mini fridge, stovetop burner with cookware in case I wanted to cook and was received by owner with a tray containing water, juice, crackers, spread/honey. The owner was so kind, engaging, approachable, communicative, on the spot for any questions and made me feel like a person not $$$ for her rented space. On my future trip to Naxos I will ALWAYS stay only at Sun Beach!!!

We stayed at the Sun Beach Hotel for 7 nights and it was absolutely wonderful! Our room was so clean, bright and we had the cutest balcony that looked right out onto Agios Georgious Beach. We could see the sunrise amd the sunset every night! Our room was fully equipped with everything we needed to make a small meal although the hotel provides breakfast! Our room was cleaned daily by the most kind and lovely lady who greeted us each morning… she gave us clean towels every second day and changed our bedding. Our balcony had an awning that was perfect! The hotel supplied us with towels for the beach and the gorgeous beach is 30 second walk! Location is ideal and close to everything yet quiet. I cannot say enough about this hotel, the people and for making our stay so special! We hope to be back!

Perfect

This hotel is perfect, ideal location quiet with a sea view, beautiful, spotless room, towels and bedding changed every couple of days, kiki is the loveliest host we will be back.

Kiki and Demetra were very accommodating. The room was clean and had everything we needed including cooking hob, fridge & kettle. Beach was around 50 yards down the road and we also had a supermarket round the corner. The hotel was very quiet considering we were just round the corner from the action. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Hotel, great location and service

This is the place for families! The comfortable rooms allowed our family of 4 to spread out a bit and the kitchen made evening meals on the private balcony possible. The walk to St George Beach is less than 50 meters and the area was delightful.

Extremely well located. 1 minute from the beach. And a short walk to town. A small family owned property who puts a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome and cared for. Extremely low rates compared to many other properties. The price paid was definitely worth it!!

Great night stay

It was a little hard to find because on the Google maps said we passed it but we just asked some locals and they helped us find it . Overall stay, it was a very nice room. Great location next to the beach . The beach is very family friendly and nice sand too. The hotel was very clean , updated bathroom. A nice size refrigerator and countertop for kitchen area. The owners were very friendly . Very close to restaurants and a store . We bought some food to eat back at the room .Also very quiet too :)

Great Location and Comfortable Room

This is a great location right across the road from St. George's beach and a few minutes walk to the downtown area, with a nice little balcony facing the beach (though you're overlooking a parking lot). The wind will blow dirt/dust into your room during the day if you leave the balcony doors and curtain open, but there's a handy screen door that you can close to help prevent this. Our room smelled a strongly of smoke when we first arrived (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room), but the host helped us remove the couch cushions which seem to have absorbed most of the smell, and by the second day we didn't notice any odor. Bear in mind that this is a two-star hotel, so as long as you're not expecting white-glove service and don't need a pool, you'll be comfortable here: the room is nice enough to relax in during the evening, and otherwise the location makes it super comfortable just go back and forth between the beach and the town. I'd stay here again and recommend it to any budget travelers coming to Naxos.

Attentive owner and great location

When we arrived the room smelled a bit smokey, the owner took extra effort to remove the cushions that seemed to have absorbed the smell, and after that, everything was great. The wind will bring a bit of dust into room, but at night you can hear the waves crashing and the balcony view of the was wonderful. The location is perfect for both beach and town. Overall, great place.

Quiet lovely location

Lovely small cozy hotel very close to agios George beach. 10 minute walk to Port. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a small grocery store. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean place. I was upgraded to a room with large balcony facing the beach. Only problem was the shower. No hook to hang up the hand shower so a bit difficult to wash my hair, and the floor gets wet when you shower even though there is a curtain. They say the bathroom will be renovated and it certainly needs doing. Other than that it was a delightful stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Sun Beach for five nights. It’s location is perfect as it is directly on St George Beach and only a 5 minute walk to the outskirts of Naxos Chora where you will find many restaurants. As for the room, it was a nice size and the addition of a small kitchen area was a bonus. The only thing that I wish would have been different would be the intensity of the air con unit. At least in our room, it didn’t ever really cool it. I guess that’s the risk you take traveling during the hottest time of the year. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and I miss Naxos already.

This is a family owned and managed small hotel. Our rental was a 2 bedroom housekeeping unit with a balcony ocean view as shown in photo of unit. Our unit was recently renovated and upgraded with new doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, appliances, etc. While it does not have a pool, it is across the street from the beach. A very good value!!

Very quaint, family owned hotel, and extremely close to the beach! Rooms were very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the A/C was cold. We slept late and were not disturbed, but room was cleaned and towels were changed once we stepped out- very nice surprise upon return. Would very much recommend!

Excellent hotel for budget travelers and families

We absolutely loved our stay at Sun Beach Hotel. Our room was newly renovated, the beach (St. George Beach) is literally steps away, and the family that runs the hotel is sweet and helpful. We stayed there in the middle of a 2-week trip and it was our favorite hotel stay by far! The area was safe, and close to all of Naxos Town (Chora)'s touristy sights. Plus, you really can't beat a hotel that's close enough to stay on the beach all day while still being able to duck back to your room for a drink or a snack. :)

Excellent and extremely clean hotel

The staff were amazing and keep the entire place so clean! We had daily cleaning, soap was always refilled, sheets changed when required and fresh towels daily. We stayed in the one bedroom with 3 adults and one toddler and the space was great! They were able to provide a travel cot for our son and the beds were pretty comfortable. There was also a balcony with a view of the ocean which was nice. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the property which is why we chose it. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to town. Restaurants are very close and laundry is also close by. It's a simple hotel but you can tell it is maintained with love. We would return here in a heartbeat!

Fantastic hotel and location

The hotel is located almost on St George's Beach and a short walk into town with local bars and supermarkets very close. But it was in a very quiet road away from the noise of town. Our room had a wonderful view to the beach and for 2 people was more than spacious with plenty of room for clothes. The safe deposit box was free as was the Internet (faster than mine at home!) and the a/c was very efficient. We never needed the Greek TV. The room was cleaned very well each day with fresh towels and linen. The owners are very helpful and friendly. In fact we couldn't ask for more.

Lovely clean room, minutes away from the beach.

We had a lovely experience in Naxos and will definitely be coming back. The accommodation great and had everything you needed. It was right on the beach and there were bars and Tavernas in easy walking distance. It was a short walk into the marina/port where it was bustling and vibrant in the evening, a lovely place to go and get dinner. Overall a excellent experience in Naxos.
