The hotel is very nice. The staffs are wonderful. Food is excellent for the money. Hotel is far from city center so we have to take Uber. It is very convenient to get Uber here and it is very cheap so it is not a deal breaker for us.

when the hotel says luxury hotel, it is for real luxury, great location, very comfortable beds and much more. Recommend.

We had an amazing stay, staffvwere fantastic, breakfast was great with lots of options and location was perfect. A few issues with water pressure and some maintenance required in the bathroom, but staff werr quick to attenf

I felt like a guest in the true sense of the word (as opposed to the marketing gimmick). The front desk staff were incredibly warm and hospitable. The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

One Night Stay

After a long day and a half of traveling, we were happy to find our choice of Sulaf to be amazingly comfortable with a simple and affordable elegance. The staff was kind and attentive. The area had good food for dinner and shops. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. We would absolutely choose Sulaf again

I liked most of the amenities provided at this hotel but the central air-conditioning was very disappointing as we couldn't control the temperature inside the room using the panel. It got very uncomfortable in the night and we had hard time sleeping.

An amazing property that exceeded my expectations. The staffs were amazing and knew me by my name. 5 start service by the front desk attendants, valet, parking attendants, and restaurant staffs. There's every kind of restaurants, fast food chains, and stores around. Staffs were precise in guiding to tour companies. I was very happy with my stay. The room was amazing.. better than Hilton.

This was my 2nd time to staying in this hotel. I have stayed for 2 nights. Everything is perfect! Especially breakfast is amazing!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was the air conditioning system wasn't running. We had to keep the windows open.

Excellent Stay like always

I think this is our 4th Stay in the hotel. We keep coming back. It is a excellent hotel, with excellent location between a lot of restaurants. Close to airport and City Mall and Amman Mall. Only thing, we had King size bed, and we have 2 children, so we had to get one of the kids to share bed with us, maybe it was our mistake in the booking, I am not sure, I will pay more attention to the booking next time, because we will always come back to Sulaf.

Bery clean and comfortable rooms.

Location is great, near lots of restaurant. Rooms are very nice , hall ways always smell good. Local taxes and service charges are extreme.

Good hotel - value for money, However breakfast room was quite crowded Also the room was noisy with the street traffic.

The hotel was great and super clean. Breakfast was really good. The place is super safe and there's an amazing bakery close by.

1. The mattress that I was sleeping on basically had a sinkhole in the middle. Super uncomfortable. 2. The washroom was dirty, mould, hair, water everywhere. I requested both the mattress changed and washroom cleaned, but none were cleaned after a couple of hours of being outside. Absolutely terrible service

the staff were very friendly and helpful, I had a delightful time, but one drawback for me was the breakfast it didn't meet my expectation as most of the food were dry and kind of old.

The beds were very small not even close to what they proposed. They gave us a twin size bed instead of queen. The receptionist was very arguing without solving this issue

Close to a five star hotel

Close to a five star hotel with its friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, parking and condition. If the hotel had big lobbies, swimming pool, multi-restaurants, bars, spa, and other facilities etc. it would have been rated as a 5 star hotel. But who needs that. Only one thing that should be mentioned here, the hotel is in one of the busiest streets of Amman, so you should expect traffic jams and noisy street during certain hours.

Avoid this hotel. Customer service from all staff is very poor. Asked hotel kitchen staff to keep a bithday cake in their fridge until next day. Cake went missing and reception staff had no explanation. Very poor service

Unbelievable attempts to collect extra money. Staff disappointing in trying to help find needed amenities or locations and always trying to connect with drivers that charge more so the staff get a kickback

Flight disruption caused us to fly in a day later. There is a way to communicate directly with the hotel, however, no one responded back and we ended up losing an entire night. Staff was absolutely disappointing in working with us to accommodate our Missed night

I was staying on level 3 which had a lot of traffic noise in the evening but starts to disappear by 10 and doesn't start until mid day. Breakfast could do with some more options. Hotel is very clean and beautiful decorations. Parking nearby for free and fairly close to Nice shopping and restaurants

Nash is one of the receptionists. He has impeccable customer service skills. His attention to detail to ensure our stay was magnificent. Living in Kuwait, it is such a different world to experience the level of service and friendliness he provided. Bassel is one of the concierge members that will surely go ABOVE and BEYOND to provide good service, but explanations for everything he does. I count be happier. Overall, these two made my stay in Amman more than why I could ask for. Hamdulillah for Nash and Bassel. They MAKE the Sulaf GREAT!

Comfortable stay in Amman

Attractive contemporary hotel with comfortably furnished rooms. The only challenge I experienced there was that the shower went from hot to cold and never maintained a consistent temperature. This was surprising for such a new hotel. Breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent!

Overall a good place to stay!

It’s a perfect spot for just about everything you need. Breakfast/Wi-Fi were both pretty descent. If you can’t deal with road noise, make sure to inform the hotel staff from the beginning of your stay to place you in a room facing away from the main street. Other then that I’ve enjoyed my stay.

Not a 4 star hotel as you announced.

I booked in the hotel as rated 4 star on yourwebsite. It is 3 star in building, furniture and service. Considered pricy even with the 40% discount I got. I paid 174 us dollars for two nights. The hotel tries to cover the sewage smell by a strong air freshener that caused me allergy and I had to get medicine as a result. I left the room for one hour so they can deal with the strong smell. It was better when i came back. But the reception and corridors still had that smell. Reception staff need more training. Conceirge were cordial and helpful.

Only great help was from Bell man, In this hotel they dont allow you to set you our AC(cold-hot) as you wish, all the thermostates are blocked and they dont provide to guest the desire setting on thermostat, last two night there I was oven roasted!! Also do not get a room facing Street, the traficc all night long wont let you sleep

Nice hotel with very big rooms

The rooms were very big and even though we arrived late there was someone at check-in to help us with our bags. Definitely recommended place to stay in Amman
