Some of the staff were quite rude and kept asking if it was our last day despite just getting there, one of the staff rolled their eyes and head at my fiancee when she didnt understand what the staff member said. The cleaners kept ignoring empty bottles and mess for the first few days despite house keeping going in the room to put clean sheets on the bed

Everything was great about our stay, however, the wifi was weak. It made using the internet difficult at times.

We booked four nights here but ended up not staying a single night. We upgraded our room and the distance from the bed to the shower was two short steps. There were no windows in the place and a simple shower steamed up the whole place like a sauna. It took 45 minutes for the place to cool off. The place was poorly designed and did not contain nice furniture. It was very poorly decorated and extremely cramped. We were very dissatisfied with the place and the hotel was unresponsive and not accommodating. We spent our 4 nights elsewhere to much happiness. We not recommend this cheap, cramped BDSM dungeon.

We love this place, perfect for a couple to have a great time. Friendly staff, they are very responsive the property is very clean, the breakfast is delicious and we were not expecting to have the breakfast included. You can walk to the turistic places as Spanish Step place, the Fountain of Trevi, the Colisseum. A lot of great restaurant near by. We definitely will be back.

Quirkey modern hotel aimed at tech savvy couples. Staff were really good and responded quickly to queries. No breakfast room. Food is brought directly to your room.

Our room (Vibrant Fire) was amazing....clean towels & bed made up every day & the breakfast (ordered through an IPad) was delivered dead on our selected time all 3 mornings, presented beautifully on our table - absolutely delicious! Please don't be put off with this concept

We had a wonderful stay at Suit Sistina. Our room was lovely and atmospheric with some great features. The breakfasts delivered to the room each day were spectacular. The hotel is well situated to walk all the main attractions and is just down the road from the top of the Spanish Steps. The hotel kindly arranged airport pick up for us for a seamless stay. Perfect retreat for couples. Would definitely recommend it.

We had the most amazing stay! The staff was amazing and they were so welcoming. The location was right in the center and we could walk to all tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious every day and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day of walking.

Looks good but lots of inptacticalities like power and the reception staff some of whom couldn't understand English made things frustrating and then there is housekeeping in the rooms. Not enough towels and toiletries not refilled made this uncomfortable for us. When you're paying expensive prices to stay you'd expect the service to match and it didn't at all. Cleanliness was a problem as was space to put your belongings.

Great location and unique rooms

Stay was awesome, very unique hotel room but extremely romantic! The music playing was so soothing and the tub in our room was perfect. There were two shower heads, one of which kinda shot weirdly to the left, but that didn't bother us. Would totally recommend!

When we arrived we were told that our room was getting a complimentary upgrade to the Alcove suite. When entering the room it literally smelled like sh** so I called the office to ask them to give me my original room I booked and I was told the hotel was at capacity. Basically someone must have complained about the room previously so they got my suite and in return I got the poopoo suite and to top that there is no TV in the room. The food and breakfast were good.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at Suite Sistina and would highly recommend the hotel to others. The staff were all friendly and assisted quickly whenever we needed them, and the room was great with the hot tub and facilities all first class. The breakfast was a real highlight and we looked forward to each morning! We will be back!

Firstly, the room was never really cleaned. The bed is uncomfortable and the sheets stained. The bathroom fixtures were filthy and the floors were always sticky. Also did not realize the nature of the hotel upon booking. If it wasn’t for the non-refundable booking I would’ve canceled and stayed elsewhere. The staff was nice enough but the hotel needs some serious cleaning.

Total rip off. EXTREMELY overpriced. I feel I’ve been scammed. Rooms are not as exciting as the photos bamboozle you. Worst hotels.com stay. The other good reviews are probably fake. First room smelled SO bad. Switched rooms to another with AC that barely worked. Don’t stay here. Book a 4 star hotel instead for less money. It WILL be way nicer

This is like staying in a spa. Wonderful shower and tub! Great soaps and lotions. Bed was great. First time ever in a round bed, and I loved it. Great spa music playing in your room if you want it. The breakfast and service were fantastic. There was no lift, so be aware if you have an upper floor. Staff was very helpful. We will be back!

This hotel was beautiful, unique, and super romantic. Best breakfast across 4 countries in Europe. Simple yet elegant decor and pretty much can’t beat the location to all of the Roman sites. Very nice staff as well!

This was honestly the most amazing stay I have ever had. My husband and I used this as our base and calm space in this epic city. It was intimate and sexy whilst also having home comforts. A must for couples wanting to enjoy time together and bring all the romance to a city getaway.

An amazing hotel very unique rooms and tech savey with ipads to choose music and order breakfasts. Location right close to the spanish steps and 2 metro stations in a short walk away. Lots of restaurants with in 10-15 walk . Really enjoyed my stay .

Perfect Romantic getaway

My partner and I had a lovely time here. The breakfast was brilliant- you order the day before and can have as much or as little as you want and it is laid out beautifully when it arrives. The staff were really helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here for a romantic getaway in the centre of Rome.

The location is great, so close to the spanish steps and many shopping and dining options within walking distance. It is a very clean and quiet hotel that provides a daily breakfast of your choice directly to your room. Hotel staff is very friendly and helps you set up transportation to and from airport if you need it. The room is cleaned daily after 12 noon so you don't feel like you have to rush out if you sleep in one day. I would definitely recommend suite sistina for brave lovers and would stay here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Suite Sistina For Brave Lovers hotel. We had a complimentary breakfast with fantastic options and the hotel was so close to all the main attractions in Rome. The staff were so nice and helped us with questions about good restaurants around and transportation to the airport.

Very interesting experience. Enjoyed the difference ambience of such a hotel and certainly love the details they put into this place.

We stayed at suite Sistina for our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time. The staff is very easy accessible if you have any questions, the room was very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned everyday for us. The sheets and bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely come back next time we are in Rome. 10/10 ❤️ Zero complaints.

The room was great but 3 days without AC isn’t good with Rome high temperature, i asked the reception so many times for help but nothing happened!

Amazing place to stay. Definitely would recommend to couples for a romantic get away. Staff were friendly as well.

Don’t get to check into our room till around 30 mins after the check in time due to it not being ready. The rooms was nice but the ac barley worked , it the middle of summer it made the room extremely uncomfortable. Bought a couple fans that pretty much just circulated hot air. Had the staff check the ac and they said it was working . If you put your hand up to it you could barely feel anything. Ended up booking the remaining days in Tropea and stayed at a BB that was really nice and comfortable. AC might not matter to everyone but being from the states after walking around all day it’s nice to cool off inside and relax.

Not a hotel. Forfeited the stay and booked elsewhere. Got the largest room and its entirely not functional. no where to sit, no surfaces for belongings etc. Unexpected for a 1000 sq ft room.

It is close to everything. Room is super clean and modern, the staff is amazing 5 star breakfast in room and I recommend next door restaurant Sixtine 52 WOW!!!

A gem in Sorrento

We had a lovely stay, a very spacious, immaculately kept hotel with a rooftop bar, ideal to watch the sun setting in the evening. Rooftop pool is also great. Bedrooms are cool and immaculately kept on a daily basis. So lovely to return to an air conditioned and clean apartment after a hot day sightseeing
