Avoid this place like the plague. I arrived and by 36 hours later, there was no water, no gas, and no wifi. I repeatedly complained only to be told they are working on it. Long story short, by the time it was time to check out, none of those services were ever restored. If I was staying longer than the 3 days for which I was booked, I would have sought other accommodations. But I will NEVER stay there again, and in my opinion, they should be out of business.

Need new manager

The property had a great location close to movie theater and supermarket about 10 min cab ride however we did not have a good host we spend the last two days without running water because the water pump broke and no accommodations was offered to my family. The master on suite need repair / upkeep. Side rails leading up to the unit need repair. Broken dishwasher and disposal unit we notified the manager that we saw smoke from under the cubboard that was not addressed thankfully my fiancé was able to identify that it was the garbage unit that was broken and he manually shut it down. There’s a washer in the unit but no designated area to dry our clothes we were told by the manager to hang our clothes on the back yard fence which was distasteful especially for that area. Please read other reviews it has a 2star rating for a reason I would not return to this property unless the listing has a new property manager and they did all the basic maintenance to make the unit accommodating

The manager is a liar and a thief.

The manager entered our room while we were out and stole my wife's diamond ring and also took our chocolate candy from the refrigerator. When my wife could not find her ring we called the manager and asked her if she came to our suite. She denied it. The following day she called us and said she forgot the keys to our room on the patio; she sat in the chair, ate the chocolate and forgot the keys. I found the keys on the patio and we asked her again if she had entered our suite and she said no. I will never go to Suite Serenade again, nor recommend anyone to stay there. If we were not leaving that day, we would have called the police and filed a report.

I was suppose to check into this hotel on Tuesday

Been trying to confirm my hotel reservation for entire week. Unfortunately, I have yet to contact the hotel and when i got there the place looked deserted and I already paid for the room. Very disappointed as I had to go somewhere else

Not what I expected

It was not what I expected from the pictures that must of been taken 10 years ago. The place was not worth the money. The only part that made the place was the property manager! She was amazing. First night we couldn't find the place since there is no real address and we had a local cab driver help us.
