I spilled coffee on floor and used bath towel to clean up. They charged my 1000 pesos because they said not cleanable. I would not ever stay there again and it’s pricey

The restroom smells

Musty smell in the hallway and the room. My son had an allergic reaction to whatever was in there. The wifi in our room only worked for about 4 hours a day and we had to call every day for maintenance to come fix it. We changed hotels because of my son's allergies and they refused to refund our room fee for the unused days. The plus side is the staff were generally very friendly and helpful and breakfast was always good.

We had nothing but great experience during our short stay. The rooms were kept clean and orderly and the service was exceptional! We definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Olongapo :)

everything you need like paper towels, additional toilet paper, no face towel, etc has to be requested from the front desk. The internet or wifi connection is very weak and unstable. I had a hard time accessing my account, etc. The staff is very friendly and respectful and accommodating.

Not happy stay

We were put in a room near the garbage dump it smelled outside the door all the time. Also they were not too strict with guests not wearing a mask inside the hotel. Despite the notification at the door.

Travelers in a time of COVID

Hotel was limiting housekeeping to once every five days due to COVID. This is the new norm for extended stays. Additional towels were available upon request so this was not an issue. Front desk was courteous and plesant and did a daily temperature and health check. Hotel restaurant, Tree Points Bistro, is open all day and has a good selection of items from appetizers to full meals. This is helpful if you are trying to limit exposure to others. The hotel is doing an excellent job dealing with the new COVID requirements. Overall a good place to stay with easy access to locations on SBMA and Olongapo.

Attention to details

Very nice room, clean. Need instructions for A/C. Check batteries for remotes. Toilet bowl was loose from the floor.

The hotel and facilities were nice and well kept. The employees were kind, but there were a few times where we had to call multiple times to get the items requested. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would go back again.

Nice Gem Found in the SBFZ

I was staying here while I was doing an endurance event in the area. The room was very cozy, plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, aircon was cold. There was a refrigerator if you need it. The bathroom was good with modern fixtures. TV was a good mix of channels with movie channels. The food I ate there was good. My favorite was the buffalo chicken wings. I want to go back for those. I also had their complimentary breakfast which consisted of a small buffet and omelets made to order. Staff was all very friendly and helpful for everything I needed. There is an event center there too. If they have an event, it could go latest until 11 pm. I didn't explore around the area as I was there a short time, but it's very walkable and the front desk can also call you cab if needed. You're a few blocks from Harbor Point Mall. Overall I liked it and would stay again.

Like the pool bec.its clean,but the internet connection in our room is slow.

Overall a good stay. Food at their resto was yummy at a reasonable price. Friendly & accommodating staff. Would have been perfect if the pool was bigger. Location was perfect too.

Moving BEDS, limited hangers

Newly renovated hotel, nice room and interior decoration. Best for couple or lovers and even for a big group like 4 to 5 people. The only thing that I don’t like in this hotel is their toilet and bathroom because it has no door lock. It is standard for their toilet and bathroom to have no door lock.

The room assigned to us located in the 2nd floor during our 1st night was uncomfortable due to present renovation. The window was totally blocked by another construction. Since i am with my 84 year old Mom, we requested from the front desk to transfer us to another room with at least a little sunlight coming in from the outside. Fortunately on our 2nd day the staff (Acey if i am not mistaken) courteously assisted us and we were transferred to the opposite wing which was more better even thou our view was just the parking lot.

Not exactly true.

We had booked this hotel specifically that it had internet in the room. However, upon checking in, we found that it was not so. It depended on the location of the room in relation to the router. None in the first room and weak in the room they moved us. No other complaints. Given wonderful treatment.

Nice but tired

Upon checking in, wotif only confirmed 2 rooms instead of 3. Call to wotif phone service rectified the problem. Rooms and facilities need a facelift but overall, it wasn't too bad. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay with family

It was just a short overnight stay with my daughter and husband. We had a pre-birthday celebration for my husband and thought of trying the hotel. My first impression was the hotel is okay if it's just an overnight stay since it only had the pool as an alternative of spending your short stay. The gym looks like it's not ready for use viewing it from the point where we are about to park in the hotel. There were some renovations ongoing so it's a good sign since the hotel management is keeping up with the other better hotels in the area. The church is near as well as the restaurants.

Comfortable hotel for a reception in the same hote

My party arrived early, to attend the church wedding, and be back on the same hotel for reception. Staffs have accommodated them well, so they can change clothes.

it was a good stay. right in the middle of other establishments, easily access to restaurants, main gate, and shopping.

Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The room badly needs to be renovated. Tiffany chairs at the function room damaged the barongs of guests. Swimming pool is so small. Breakfast is awful.

Anniversary Getaway

The whole stay was awesome. We've encountered the very accommodating staffs. The location of the hotel is very strategic, it is near some restaurants, spa, and outlet stores.

Hyggelig personale i front desk. Har benyttet dette hotellet siden 2012. Standarden har dessverre vært nedadgående siden ombygging-utvidelsen noen år tilbake.

The price is not expensive and the hotel is very clean also comfortable, it is very nice that the room have 2 double beds and near the restaurant. The hotels' staff is helpful.
