Facilities are dilapidated, no restaurant, far from tourist attractions.

hotel condition

The room is in a very bad condition. the bed and pillow is very hard. the tiles is shaking, no shower door or curtain. cockroach inside the room. tiles in shower is moldy. the outside garden is not maintain. Very dirty.

I stayed in this hotel and a lot of things need to be upgraded. There is no hot water when taking a shower, the light fixtures in the bathroom is not working, and it is not a keyless door in which is it unsafe to leave important stuff in the room.

Need fix doors clean more

We had a couple problems at the beginning, but everything turned out just great thank you guys

Nice but needs upgrades

The hotel was ok. Altho there werent many signs to point you to where you are supposed to go like the breakfast room or the pool and then to your room. The door locks looked liked they cld easily be opened and one could hear the conversations and footsteps in the hallway and vice versa so there is little to no soundproofing. The lights were not enoigj inside the rooms. It was a bit difficult trying the read or to even use the remotes for the tv and a/c. But the rooms was really big. I didnt get an intercom so i had to go to the front desk to ask for things which was a complete bummer since my room was located out back. But the staff were gery nice and accommodating

Relaxing Stay

We had a relaxing stay at this hotel. The rooms are really huge. The only issue we had was there were no elevators to use. Luckily the hotel staff helped carry the luggage up the stairs but we also had to help out since we had many bags since there's many of us staying. We carried our own bags down the stairs when checking out. The breakfast buffet was good. The kids went used the swimming pool. Over our stay was relaxing.

Location is a walking distance to shopping, casino, and restaurants. Staff and services are great. Very quiet at night. I would recommend to anyone visiting Subic bay.

Excellent Service

Bathrooms are not clean. Cockroaches coming out. Door knobs are broken. Water is slow. If only bathrooms are updated and clean, I would rate it better. Towels even smell roaches.

One weekend

Okay hotel. Not so nice toilet and bath, no hot water In our room 802. But very spacious room And very good wifi .with good location near mall and different resto. Staff are friendly.

Golden Anniversary

It's my parents renewal of vow on their golden anniversary. Overall the hotel is fine. For budget wise plus all the staff were polite and kind. Few concerns: Elevator and escalator does not exist. Roma's available up to 3rd floor Rooms at poolside was a train wreck! Staff and guest passing by were too loud.

Not a good hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room, no hot water in the shower, claimed to have hi-speed internet but cant even load a page and ended up using my data the whole stay, booked 3d2n but was alerted the 2nd day by the front desk informing us that our booking was for 1night only, dirty room fridge. Only good thing was they served breakfast at 4am for the 5150 triathlon participants and that it is near the remy field finish line.

Location great. Walking distance to shops,restaurants. They need to have a kitchen. The breakfast is cold. Food is ok but I prefer to have a warm meal.

No elevator, no smoking , no bar open until 4 in after noon

A comfortable hotel close to everything.

My family was very delighted with the hotel high ceiling entrance lobby. Snappy doormen. At check in the receptionist found a problem with 1 of my 2 vouchers but decided to resolved it internally. We were allowed to have our room keys and get some rest while waiting for the confirmation. It didnt took long and all went well. We were pleasantly surprised with the hospitality. Thank you Ms Ann for taking care of it all. Breakfast was a good bonus. Rooms are huge! And the seperate shower room from restroom made our daily morning routine a breeze. Location tops it all. Half a mile radius from everything.

Mosquito in the room. Terrible smell in the hallway. Breakfast caused diarrhea & vomiting. Gym equipment broken, only for display. TV reception blurry. Toilet flushed poorly. Room had bad musty smell. Lighting in room insufficient. Front desk service poor. No tub.

Quality of Service to Be Improved

This hotel has potential but currently falls short of standards. The first issue was the furnishing and facilities. The rooms booked for four people contained only a small table which served as a TV cabinet and one chair. There was plenty of room, but would have been better furnished with more chairs or a larger table, especially given the room was meant for four people. After check-in, we were also initially provided with a room that had no windows. The front desk was helpful in responding to our request to change rooms. However, once we changed, the second room was not supplied with any towels or toiletries. There was only half a toilet roll left in the bathroom. Another issue was with regards to the timeliness of service. Our booking also included breakfast. There were no instructions as to where to present for this in the morning, and when we asked the front desk, we were told that this would be brought to our room. We waited one and a half hours for the breakfast, which did not arrive despite asking the front desk to check twice, and then promptly decided that it would be faster to check-out and have breakfast outside. In conclusion, the hotel was lacking in aspects of timeliness and facilities. Although the front staff were helpful and polite, the overall quality of service needs to be improved at this hotel.

Excellent except . . . but still great!

everything was good . . . except for the fact that it didn't have an elevator. I was in Subic for a 300km bike ride and bringing a bicycle up and down the stairs was a bit cumbersome. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect.

Just left room keycard inside the room at door box for going out. When i came back to room, it was disappeared! and explained to front staff about left keycard in the room but they charged php500.

Ej nära stranden men nära till shopping center

Vi bokade 3 rum för 3 nätter. Rummet var ok. Men det luktade mögel från air kondition i varan rum. Vilket är inte hälsosamt! Vi fick byta rum men efter ett dygn fick vi samma mögel lukt igen som kommer från air kondition. Vi kände det till receptionen men Det känns som de inte gjorde nånting eftersom lukten var fortfarande kvar när vi kom hem på eftermiddag. Det känns som de städar inte bra eller väldigt sällan. Hotellet ligger lite långt från stranden men nära till shopping centrum. Frukost var ok. Filipinsk frukost de har flingor om man frågar. Toa och duschen nära Polen var väldigt smutsigt.

Bad hotel

没有餐廳, 房間有蟑螂, 毎晚都要捉 ! No restaurant, no cafe, breakfast 'd quality is really bad.

房間霉味重，浴室天花板發霉，即便是分離式冷氣，還是像戰車一樣大聲。我們因為熱水器換了兩間房間，狀況還是不理想，電熱水器老舊接觸不良，飯店人員說要開很多次才會有熱水。早餐沒有菜單，打電話過去人員不會講英文，後來換了會講英文的卻弄不清楚菜單，送來的東西跟電話講的不同，花了台幣1880完全不值得。無論是設備，人員訓練都不值這個價錢。

プール付きで選んだが枯葉がたくさん浮いていてとても利用する気が起こらなかった。高層ホテルではないが全体にゆったりとした作りで居心地は良い。
