This was a fantastic space for a family of five. The accommodations were clean and spacious with everything you would need, and a lovely rooftop patio as a bonus. The location is great with a large park with playground across the street and Timeout Market/transportation hub just meters away. Lastly the cleaning staff were friendly and simply amazing. I don’t know when we will be back to Lisbon, but when we do we’ll be staying here again!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful - it had all the comforts of home. We loved the staff - so nice, helpful and attentive. The property is in a great location, easy walk to many of the sights and close to the Metro.

Location is really good. Studio was clean as well when we checked in. There were issues though, shower didn’t had continuous hot water. It was on and off. I tried to leave the message on the chat but didn’t get any replies back. For me, one of the ways to relax is watching TV. However TV in the studio was really small and outdated. You cannot really connect it with your phone to watch Netflix etc. We never knew that there is no lift in the building. Thats also a bit of work when you have big luggages abd you have to climb 2 floors up.

A beautifully decorated apartment with wonderful amenities. Our family of four truly enjoyed the stay and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts. They made us feel welcomed and accommodated.

Perfect stay in the heart of Lisbon

We had the nicest apartment in Lisbon city centre. It was surrounded but lovely restaurants and places to visit and within few minutes walk to the river. Despite the great atmosphere the apartment is well prepared for noise cancellation and we couldn’t hear anything so we manage to rest properly whilst being there. Communication with the host was super efficient. I’d stay here again for sure. Thank you for paying attention to detail and making our stay so memorable.

The property is clean, nicely decorated and in a walking distance to everything. The host is very accommodating. Unfortunately there is a night club nearby that kept us awake three nights in the row. The party starts at 10 PM and ends at 4 AM, very noisy and the music just goes through the walls.

Highly recommend this comfortable and safe place - the owners and support staff are very kind & caring, to ensure our stay was perfect. Portugal has left an imprint on our hearts. Thank you Susanne , Mauro and Alexandra. ❤️❤️

Compact but comfortable!

Compact but very comfortable space. Stairs a little tricky but manageable. Everything you need. Communication was quick and easy and enjoyed the extras provided (wine and snacks). I could easily recommend this apartment and the location was convenient as well.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. The only concern was the stairs leading up to the loft bed. Would have been nice to have a balcony. Will have to remember to request that if I come back. Location was perfect. Thanks again so much!😊 Marco and Patricia

A lovely and fully-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood. Communication with the host made transit to and from the property very easy and the place was in a very walkable area; close to the Timeout Market and plenty of other restaurants and cafes. The place was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Busy at night but we were not bothered by the noise and slept very soundly. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Our stay was excellent and the hosts went above and beyond to make this a home away from home. They helped us find places to eat and suggested things to visit. Susanne helped us figure out our tickets to the castles. The area is great and has so many good food places within a 5 minute walk. Overall stay was perfect will definitely be coming back

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, quiet, and super charming. It was tough to go up 3 flights with a big bag but it was worth it. The host was kind and the property was centrally located. We received a free bottle of wine and even got to see the super moon from the bedroom skylight. Id definitely stay here again!

My husband, two older teenagers, and myself stayed here for two nights. Beautiful property...comfortable sectional and beds, great shower, modern kitchen, cute terrace, well decorated, clean. Easy walk to the city center/main tourist areas. In a vibrant area of Lisbon with lots of young locals enjoying the summer...but quiet inside. There's a market across the way with about 20 restaurants where you can eat and drink casually--we tried multiple restaurants and pastry shops there and all enjoyed our food. The proprietors left us a welcome wine and some treats and lots of helpful Information. The communication with the proprietors was excellent in the days and hours leading up to our stay. We even met them on our first morning as we came outside and they provided friendly and helpful info about navigating the city. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

This is a lovely property. All the amenities anyone could ask for. Very clean and near The Time Out Market. I would highly recommend this place. However I would not recommend this for seniors. The stairs are a challenge. The owners are lovely people. They helped with our luggage as my sweetheart and I were challenged.

Liked the design, comfort and cleanliness.

There is no elevator or lift. Our unit was on the third floor. We are both seniors and found this to be very difficult, nearly impossible with luggage. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Clean. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy.

This was a great place. Only negative was banging my head on the beams a couple times, stumping my foot over the threshold, paying 30 eur a day for parking. Parking is in a nearby garage. Off street parking is unheard of due to lack of availability. I had an electrical outlet converter and it fried my flat iron. Left it in the garbage but maybe my iron was too high wattage? Communication was good w owners. Easy access. Overall, this is a great location and so many good restaurants nearby. I’d definitely stay there again. I just watch my head and toes.

Charming

Very charming apartment. It was very clean and a very comfortable stay. Loved the outdoor patio and being able to walk to local attractions, excellent restaurants, and bakeries.

The stay here was amazing, we loved it so much! The apartment was beautiful and every amenity was provided. We were greeted at arrival by the owner who helped us upstairs with our luggage, explained everything to us about the apartment, provided recommendations of places around the area to eat, and best of all, greeted us with a bottle of the Portuguese Green Wine which is local to the north of the country. The apartment is very central located, in an absolutely gorgeous neighborhood. The streets are alive with bars, restaurants, and shops. It is extremely walkable, but the train is also located just a few blocks away and it will take you anywhere you wish to go in the city. All the streets are cobblestone lined and there is a pretty little square just across the street which you can sit in and have a drink or a bite to eat at the local cafe located inside the square. The Time Out market is also located on this square. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to visit again. I know you will too

Excellent property! Very clean and the housekeepers and staff were very friendly. Good location, close to good food and coffee shop as well as a little market. Very walkable and also close to the train, bus, and tram station. They even provided a bottle of wine, coffee, potato chips for us to enjoy. We definitely recommend and will go there again if ever and Lisbon.

A really cute condo right in the heart of Lisbon. It is located minutes from the metro and ferries, and seconds from your morning croissant.

Flat 9 Studio with Roof Terrace

Really lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Was easy to get to everything. Apartment was spacious, clean and cosy. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need for your stay plus basics like oil, slat & pepper which is really useful when you are only staying for a few days. Mauro, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Only thing is parking is limited in all of Lisbon, and because we have a van a lot of the car parks had height restrictions, we did find a parking garage though within a 6 min walk on the main street. Would definitely stay here again :-)

This is, without a doubt, my new favorite place to stay whenever I visit Lisbon! From the moment I stepped into the suite, I was stunned by the unique beauty and the evident attention to detail. Every inch of the flat was meticulously designed, with a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The suite itself was not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable, equipped with everything one could need for a pleasant stay. The wifi was fast & perfect for me catching up on work, I had everything I needed plus extras, like a welcoming gift of wine which was wonderful, travel books, a full kitchen, and even an umbrella which came in handy. I especially enjoyed the private terrace. The location is perfect. Nestled in the center of everything with historical sites all within walking distance. I had no issue finding the place, or checking in, which is great after a long flight! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, with fast, and easy communication, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. In summary, this exquisite place in Lisbon is a true gem. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience that enriches your travel. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful, comfortable, charming stay in Lisbon. Thank you very much, Susanne & Mauro! Great stay! Communication was clear and the place was so cute and accommodating. Close to a lot of great Lisbon locations and nightlife.

Great place to stay! Every comfort of home. A/C works well for warm days. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Minor issue for tall people … a couple low ceilings (you just need to duck under a couple places). Would definitely stay there again if in Lisbon!

We liked the contactless entry, clear lines of communication, the washer and little outside deck. The host provided quick support for any questions we had. The welcome bottle of green wine was much appreciated.

Great location near the Timeout market and close to the seafront. Most sites are within walkable distance and Uber is cheap and convenient especially if more than a couple in the party. The apartments are compact and quirky - would not suit tall people that well or if there are more than 2 adults. Only 1 lavatory. Well appointed and clean apartment. The cartons of milk, tea, coffee, condiments, oil and the bottle of "green" wine were nice touches. Try Lupita for pizzas and Seventh Brunch Chiado. Many other restauarants in the vicinity. The Timeout market gets very crowded and can be a pain to get seats together. Entry is via keypad and you need to send your passport details etc in advance to check-in online. Overall a good stay.

Super cute place. Very friendly and helpful owner (or manager) happened to be here when we arrived and even helped carry my suitcase up the stairs (unexpected and very appreciated!) Would definitely recommend the place :)

Awesome stay in Lisbon

We loved this apartment! The decor was quirky - exactly our style, and the hosts were responsive, helpful, and friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace for morning coffee and even bought fresh seafood at the local market and grilled dinner one evening. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants, shops and other areas. The studio is very roomy (we stayed in number 9) and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

This property was beautiful, walk up, but not terrible, love the decor, had everything you could need. Near major hub for trains, busses, trams, out of town trains. Alexandra was wonderful in assisting us, she helped us so much, Thank you, we miss you already. Susannah was lovely, and available for questions and assistance. Olga obrigada, Check in was smooth, has a luggage hold, before and after stay. Floors were beautiful, terrace was great for evenings, morning coffee, chill time. some low ceilings at points so careful. Double pained windows, so was not as loud. Restaurants right under neath and cross the street. Windows opened gave great cross breeze. Air conditioning worked well. We were there and it was not too much noise from other rentals. Close to time out market, small flea market across street several days a week right in front of time out market. Small supermarket in walking distance, gift shops close by. Walking distance to water front, main arch, acscencion de Bica, Pink street. You cannot go wrong here, we wanted to stay longer. We were here 6 nights. Welcome gift was lovely. We felt safe and comfortable on our family trip to Portugal. The beds may feel hard, but they felt amazing when you sleep on them. Dont be fooled, lol water pressure was great, water in fridge had a filter pitcher, but you made coffee and tea with tap, it was all safe, we brushed with tap water. A few mosquitoes/flies may come to visit if you open too many windows, but we loved the breeze.

Property is amazing! The staff are super friendly and easy to work with. The only complaint is the noise from pink street.

Comfort and Coziness!

From the time we walked into the studio it had a welcoming feeling to it with a soft scent. Colors in decor were bright (red) yet soothing. Great effort was made to decorate rooms and create a feeling of comfort and coziness.

Loved the apartment, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Great location, close to the subway. Many eating options steps from the apartment.

As Great as the Review Say!!!

I'm always looking for something unique and special during my travels and this location was 10 times better than staying in a hotel. It had everything you wanted in a stay: Uniqueness, Feel of Home, Clean, Organized, A Focus on the Small Things, Perfect Location, Romantic, etc. As you can tell, we loved the studio we stayed in. The attic bed with a beautiful ceiling window was amazing, the lighting was perfect (loved the chicken lamp!), and appreciate the snacks, chocolate,and wine when we arrived. There were so many little things that made the place special. Suzanne, the owner, of the whole property was amazing and helpful providing us advice on where to go to see Fado, take the cable cars, and some unique spots. There was a definite Pride of Ownership and our stay couldn't have been better. Thanks Suzanne!

Definite repeat stay for future Lisbon visits.

Such a cute place. Decorated uniquely, with all sorts of thoughtful touches. Didn’t want for anything in our time there. Exceptional communication and instructions. Good location (close to attractions but not in a noisy area)

Great location, clean, great comms

The owners were in touch from the booking onwards. With instructions and any guidance you need. The property is right by the popular Timeout market and various restaurants, mini-markets and cafes. Getting to the historical old sections of the city is also easy on foot.

Susanne is a very kind and responsive host. Accommodations are also very nice and well thought through. Great location as well.

Where to start? ALL WAS AMAZING Very updated, Renovated, spacious, clean amnd more and more. Owner was a great lady who just was there whenever needed. Arrived late and got easily to the apartment. Quiet, good smell, tidy. All what you need is there. DON'T MISS THIS PLACE Thank you for an amazing stay.
