Terrible hotel, probably the worst in Toronto, dangerous, terrible noise, dirty room, bad smell of water in the shower, not even a blanket, just a dirty cover , this morning there was no water at all, having paid money for the room, I want to at least take a shower which was not available , I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

“Ok and fine getaway accommodation”

As with this hotel, I noticed they clean the areas morning and night- which is awesome. They are available to fix and address any concerns met by guests. If guests has odour coming from their room - there will b a warning to correct it so that other guest like myself can live in comfort and peace. The stay is very convenient- with large size fridge contemporary stove top, and comfy in its own way with a very nice outdoor seating area for relaxation. Of course with every hotel there is no perfection, however they have tried and worked hard on meeting the standard- by being responsive to guests needs,

Horrible smell from first floor

Stayed here for a night while attending a wedding in the area. Considering the usual negative bias of reviews, the reviews looked fine enough. BUT I was extremely disappointed. The biggest issue was that the first floor disgustingly reeked of dog and cat pee - not sure which one. This was enough to ruin the experience for me, we had to use a side door to get to the elevator to get to our room on the third floor. Luckily the third floor did not have a smell. Otherwise the room was clean but did not look nearly as nice as in the pictures. The elevator shook violently every time it passed a floor but this wasn't a big deal relative to the other things. I wasn't expecting luxury and I am usually not too picky, but this was unacceptable.

I stayed there for 5 days. There were two days somebody called policeman to come. Big dogs from some clients.

Great staff and a quiet place for a short stay

The property was falsely advertised. Photos posted are years ago photos. Nothing looking like the rooms. They said non smoking but Marijuana and regular cigarettes were smelling right throughout the corridors. Washroom Floor, fridge and microwave was dirty. Hair was all in the sheets, shower curtains and all over the tubs. No housekeeper was onsite in the evening. Had to ask the desk attendant for gloves and a rags to wash down the washroom and clean the floor. My senior father looked at me and said "im uncomfortable " i was so stressed. Wanted to cancel and go next door to the holiday inn but it was too late. First time guest to this location....NEVER AGAIN.! The building is in poor health condition.

The company needs to review service dog policy and legalities. They wanted to count my service dog toward the number of allowed pets when a service dog is legally not a pet and does not count. They did make a one time exception, but it was clear that we would not be welcome to come back.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Reception requested a $100 security deposit. Have never been asked for this before. Usually a credit card is requested for incidentals, but there weren't any at this very basic motel. The bed was good and the rest of the unit seemed clean.

Good place to stay, especially with a dog.

The room was clean and included a full kitchenette. It was a practical place to stay with a dog and in good condition. The sound insulation was good. A dog upstairs barked and while we could hear the dog, it was very muffled and easy to sleep through.

Photos were deceiving. The property was renovated many years ago, given the state of rust on everything metal. The bed slid across the floor every time you sat on it. Kitchenette, but only a few paper plates and plastic utensils in the room. No way to "cook" anything. Chairs at table were barstools and too tall to use with the table. A live cockroach in the shower. Heating worked great. Staff was nice.

Perfect living like a home

I didn't like the room, it was different from Google picture and not clean.

Wonderful little motel, location is a bit sketchy but the staff were accommodating and the rooms are adequate. The establishment keeps clean.

The floors didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned in a few weeks. There were still food crumbs on the dinette table, and the bed had dirt in it. Look like the linens were not changed.

A suite with a kitchen provided all I need. The shower is top notch. A very relaxing stay ! Using a credit card for deposit makes checking in and out easy.

The pictures have to be from when it opened. I didnt even stay and it was non refundable. $110 lesson. Believe the reviews.

It's dirty

St first I found a couple long hairs in the bedding, but then seeing Stained bedsheets and snot on the wall, I slept on the end of the bed because I checked in so late and was traveling for business and had early morning. The tub didn’t drain when I showered in the morning. I understand I was paying a lower rate- but that should minimum cover clean bedding. Never staying again. And I hope I save someone else from this disgusting hotel.

Tried calling room service. Nobody pick up! No blanket in the room in winter time! Towels in the washroom had spots in it! Overall not clean!

Garbage place to live

They hadnt shoveled the walkways at all when i checked in. It was tough walking.

it was okay..... due to the weather the parking lot wasn't even clear. Huge amounts of snow unsafe to walk more-or-less to get your car out!

Our stay was great the only down side was there were no utensils and or cutlery available in the kitchen.

Stay Away, Far away, far far away

Hotel would receive negative starts if possible. Hotel does not offer housekeeping, none, nada, zip, took 3 trips to front desk just to get clean towels and sheets. laundry room requires change, closet ATM to get cash is local gas station yet no change is kept at front desk. place is billed as extended stay, only if you want to sweep and clean your own room. front desk staff don't care, zero customer service. Room needs maintenance badly, does seem to have a coat of paint never mind cleaning in years. I complained to front desk and they said no services to keep prices low, prices are not much lower than other type of hotels in area. they certainly don't spend any money on maintenance. will never stay here or any motel 6 again

Miscief in Mississauga

I booked this hotel as it is close to a couple of music venues I attended that included generous libations. There is generous parking and two bus lines nearby. The room is spacious and includes a kitchen with stovetop ! There are restaurants in walking distance as well. A great value !

This was a very average hotel experience – you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and staff was very nice but everything was out dated and low quality. The travel lotion in the bathroom appeared to be mostly used already.

Basic and cheap, but clean and comfy

Cheapest place to stay in the whole GTA, a third the price of neighbouring hotels. Old, not luxurious, but you have your own room, your own bathroom,what do you expect? People mind their own business. If you need anything, just ask. 2 minute drive to 401, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It's a very unpretentious place.

The rooms were as advertised and in good state. Fair warning, they pre-charged and posted a $100 security deposit 5 business days before my stay. When checking out, is when a return is issued for the $100.

Room we had seemed like it was still under construction. There are patches everywhere on the walls, and missing floor trims. Bathtub has lots of cigarette burns. Lots of noise came from upstairs, we had to ask the front desk for assistance. Corridors have mix of smoke and food smells. I would not go there again ever.

Room was very unhygienic, my girlfriend had to borrow cleaning supplies to scrub the bath it that that bad, people were screaming and shouting throughout the night sounding like they were fighting

There should be closed captions on TV You should provide pot and pans for cooking as well as plates and cutlery There should be facial tissues
