Basic and cheap, but clean and comfy

Cheapest place to stay in the whole GTA, a third the price of neighbouring hotels. Old, not luxurious, but you have your own room, your own bathroom,what do you expect? People mind their own business. If you need anything, just ask. 2 minute drive to 401, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It's a very unpretentious place.

It was good It’ll can be more clean

The rooms were as advertised and in good state. Fair warning, they pre-charged and posted a $100 security deposit 5 business days before my stay. When checking out, is when a return is issued for the $100.

Horrible trip in Mississauga

Room we had seemed like it was still under construction. There are patches everywhere on the walls, and missing floor trims. Bathtub has lots of cigarette burns. Lots of noise came from upstairs, we had to ask the front desk for assistance. Corridors have mix of smoke and food smells. I would not go there again ever.

Room was very unhygienic, my girlfriend had to borrow cleaning supplies to scrub the bath it that that bad, people were screaming and shouting throughout the night sounding like they were fighting

There should be closed captions on TV You should provide pot and pans for cooking as well as plates and cutlery There should be facial tissues

The room wasn't very well cleaned with hair from prior guest grooming in the washroom. There's also long term cleanliness issues with black mold in the washroom and stains in the room.

Dirty and smelly building . Toilet was absolutely disgusting. It looks like they pretty much never do a deep cleaning.

there was hair on the bathtub and in the bathroom sink that didnt belong to either of us and the door handle for the bathroom looked like someone had tried to bust the door open in the past. everything else looked clean. we arrived late off a flight and had an early flight again the next day. it met our needs.

The toilet had not been cleaned properly...the previous guest had bowel problem and poop was caked in the upper part of the toilet bowl. It was cold and there was not a winter blanket on the bed. I hate to wear my coat to bed. when I left in the morning and stepped out into the hallway, the stench was terrible. also still waiting for the refund of my $100 deposit.

Customer service lacking-watch for your deposit!

They have still not refunded my deposit despite assuring me it would be done within 24 hours! They don’t answer the phone, head office even tried calling them to resolve and no answer. Head office was supposed to have someone call me within 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything days later and still have not received my refund. Not very good customer service

The room had dog hair all over and the shower head was broken. I stayed four days and my room was never cleaned

Poor management, property need a total renovation was dirty and I had to leave because I was not comfortable. Definitely not up to my standard.

The rooms were in overall very poor condition. Lots of scuffs and marks on walls, trim, etc, and not clean at all.

Leaf blowers in the morning were disturbingly loud outside my window in the morning. No breakfast, coffee was gone 2 mornings. Bedding was thin - no comforter or heavy blanket. Staff was very friendly.

Found a toe nail on the nightstand beside the bed … told the staff and they didn’t care. Conveniently close to the airport tho.

Nastiest, drug den

The property was very run down. It stunk so bad. You could smell smoke and pot all the time. The bathrooms were so stained and rusted. We stayed for 5 nights and had zero room service. We had to go find more towels as we were only given 2 and had two adults and one teenager. The guy got mad that I wanted more. We also had to go looking for toilet paper as it had less then half a roll and no one ever came to our room. Very disappointed. Do not stay here. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Bathroom is stained ,metal beds are unsafe and not secured to the wall.,headboard was not wiped ,bedding smell smoke and not clean . I literally saw hair in the bedding ,bad smell from the bathroom, phone is dirty and unsanitary, kettle in the kitchen not working , kitchen sink dirty . Could be housekeepers are underpaid . Receptionist and front desk is fantastic and nice though .

Studio 6 extended stay…more like egregious stay!!

The stay was terrible. The booking seemed to promise a standard room with queen bed. But the neither the room had any standard nor the bed had any Queen type feel to it other than the size. The closet was right next to the bed, which was so tacky. The washroom had its own issues…the flush wouldn’t work properly..and the bathtub had paint coming off its surface. The towels felt like paper towels, were so rough. The list goes on and on.

The staff were really nice, but my room was grossly dirty. The bed was clean, though, which I appreciated.

The property was awful. Their website needs to be changed. First You dont even know where the front office is there are No Chairs or benchs to sit . The rooms had cockroaches fridge was dirty . The chairs were filty and the Cost was not even that cheap. The front desk was not helpful or kind. Upon complaining they did not offer a discount or nothing they were not even surprised about the cockroaches. The Gentlemen at front desk response was "did you complain; we would of changed your room" SMH.. It was so noisy every nite up to 12am AND there Smoking area is right outside the building NO RESPECT for Non Smokers Not a good experience at all will never return. Will NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! This was a MINUS 0 for ME I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL

This room was horrible it smelled the bathroom & fridge was leaking water underneath the beds were soft and uncomfortable the coffee maker was questionable , the elevator was glitching and we wanted to leave the minute we got there

We found the toilet dirty, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, and there was no water to drink, just to get to sleep it's okay because the bed was quite comfortable but I wouldn't go back or recommend it the price is not worth it

Room did not look like on pictures. The door to our room could be pushed open for like 1-2cm even if locked. Explanation was it's still closed don't worry. Got a different room offered, checked it and was the same issue. After checking in not 5 minutes in room cleaning lady walked in using her key without knocking, said she wanted to ask if everything is clean? Well bathroom was made for disabled use and under the bench was a lot mould. When showering the hole bathroom was under water as short curtain was half a meter away from sower area. But as we checked in early didn't get charged for that extra, so that was good.

Decent for stays where you really just need a bed.

Room was a studio apartment basically. Was good for the price but is also pretty low frills. Cleanliness was decent, room wasn’t awful but didn’t really offer up much either.

Not a nice place to stay

Dirty, really dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned in yers. You can see dirt stick to instalations. Front desk people super friendly. There are people living there permanent with dogs, lots of children and young people listenign loud music till 1am on weekdays. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Clean and Nice

My dad forgot our room number and tapped his key card into the wrong unit. Surprisingly, the door unlocked, and he gained access. He was shocked to find strangers in the room, unaware he was on the wrong floor. This raised concerns - can one key card open any door? It made us feel unsafe, thinking anyone could enter our room while we were away.

Room 111 has black mold in the shower also the shower chair is hanging off the wall not safe to sit on. I couldn’t use the shower. The heating unit I cleaned it, I have photos the vent slits were black with dirt and dust balls. I had put new socks on and after walking around the room they were dirty because of the floor. We were moved to the second floor today it’s much cleaner we are happy with our new room but I’m still upset I had to pay for a room that was dangerous to be in and we couldn’t even shower.

I went there I forget my earring and I come back I calling plz kept .i said I take tomrrow morning .and then I go there she ask me no find . I remember I put on table .

The room service/hotel service was terrible. No one came to the room to fix the bed and change the towels. I think the carts that were in the hallways were there for show.

Free cockroaches with your staying.

I was gifted with a cockroach during my staying, so I moved to a different hotel. Plus the front desk lady should not be working in a service capacity as her personable skills are not existent. One other thing, still waiting for my $100 deposit to be refunded, no one knows how to fix it and are blaming Hotels.com for it, while on my bank account shows clearing it was taken by Studio 6. Needles to say, I will never use this facility again and will never recommend it.

It was a good experience. Enjoyed my stay! Air condition pretty old and I couldn’t operate it. Windows were old style didn’t know how you open them.

The Staff here and Property up keep is all surface at best. The cleanliness is just enough that it looks clean. So, the front area looks and smells half decent but as you start walking towards Elevator that changes. They offer no room services unless you pay additional cost i.e. for Towels, Shampoo or Soap. You get for one (1) night🌙 So, don't expect anymore if you are staying more than the one (1) night. So, you pay a daily rate to not get Clean Towels or anything else here every day. Its one thing to tell me that I don't get house keeping every day; but no clean Towels. And this is not the worst part. THERE ARE BUGS HERE!!!!! IF YOU STAY YOU STAND A GOOD CHANCE TO BE BIT UP BY WHAT IS MOSTLY LIKELY BED BUGS. I was in room 115 and got bit every night 🌙 of a several nights stay. Legs, And Arms but several times. Didn't really notice on any other part of my Body. Now the smell in the room, is probably due to wet towels and/or garbage You must remove your own, so if you had someone in the room for more than one day/night there might be an odor from that. Because there is no house keeping you hang your wet Towel in the room. So now, someone in the room several nights with wet Towels. They want you to pay, using their laundry facilities to get the fresh linens. So, if you book a 3, 4 5 day or more stay this is some of the things you'll be facing. I would never stay here or at this chain of hotel ever again. And it was definitely too noisy

Very dirty and smelly

The staff was great. But the management needs to keep the hallways smelling clean. The walls are very thin for the rooms so noises easily cross. I was happy about the room, as it smelled better and it was clean.
