Roaches all over my room I need a refund. Had to go get another hotel

Better than most Studio 6's out there. The pillows suck and they need to provide more or better ones. Very noisy

Good place and clean

The staff are very kind and professional. But many things in the room need repair or replace. Moreover thr room is full of cockroachs, that's very bad. The motel surroundings are not comfortable and is far from everything, even from the bus station.

Equipment microwave did not work! Fridge froze the food. Dirty and loud! Unsavory clientele. Not safe.

I noticed 2 roaches in the tub when i first got there. Roaches on our food. And 4$ for a new card cause i left mine in the room.

The room was very clean.

The room smelled awful. I told the front desk but they didn't offer me a different room. The bathroom was not ADA compliant. The a/c did not keep the room cool, also mentioned to the front desk. They tried to get my credit card even though I had already paid online for the room and a cash deposit. There seems to be quite a bit of illegal activity happening on the premises and no security presence at all.

Happy stay

Convenient location going to medical city hospital for surgery. Room had all you need with fully equipped kitchen which we barely used. Room was spacious updated and clean. Only complaint I have is the pillows were very poor offered no support. Either new pillows needed or more. Elevator was long walk for disabled person. But at least it had one. Would stay again!

This place is so noisy that I could not sleep. The pillows were so non-pillowy that My painful neck kept me awake all night. The ceiling lights would not work so early morning the room was dark. There was no way to ask for a room in the back of the property away from the highway during my attempt to secure a room. The room is extremely sparse but could be sufficient for a person just overnighting before a hospital visit BUT even at that the conditions with the extreme road noise flat uncomfortable pillows and no room lights for the 5:00 AM departure for the hospital was unacceptable.

It was a very comfortable room and the check in/out process was very quick.

Dirty and filthy place. The room has a lot of insects. It is not a good place.

Very convenient and great price. We were visiting Texas, but needed something fairly close to the airport, but not too expensive, along with being able to cook as well.

The room was nicely cooled and had a clean smell when i walked in. It was quite and peaceful.

Pleasant Stay

First room they gave us the AC was not working. The 2nd room they moved us to the air worked great but room had a horrible horrible smell most of the night making it difficult to sleep.. Unsure what it was but chalked it up to coming through the air vent from ac since we were next to the laundry facility and office area… smell resolved around midnight - 1 am.. otherwise pleasant stay.

The property was clean and wasy to get to. The room had a kitchenette which was great.The air was set on 69 which was wonderful walking into especially in this Texas heat. Overall satisfaction was excellent for the price. I will definitely stay again.

Horrible!!! Beds were bad, bathroom wasn’t clean, pillows were terrible, bad service they were very rude. Bugs were everywhere. Floors were nasty and hadn’t been cleaned.

No complaints I will definitely stay again for the price!

I love the room wish I could of stayed longer

Very clean and parking right outside the door. It was quiet. I never heard anything from neighbors or outside. Nice big bathroom. We didn't need it, but there was a nice dinette with stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. My only complaint was trying to get the room cool enough during the night.

Upon checking in, the clerk was rude. One of the rudest I've ever dealt with. Then told me i booked a smoking room. ARGUED with me. I showed her my reservation and she said it would be 35.00 to get a job smoking room... even after i showed her the reservation. I finally gave up room the smoking room. Walked in, it smelled of cigarettes and weed. Went back to the office and she finally admitted she was wrong but "is hard to change". Awful service. Room was ok. Not worth the cost.

Is very nice and clean

The room had a potent smell of smoke that wouldn’t go away even with a fan and the AC on. We asked to change rooms, and all of them were in the same situation. There were people outside that were noisy all night, and the area was very bad. We did not ended up staying there.

Their was roaches everywhere and the pillow case had slotches of red. I can only assume it was blood. Disgusting.

We were approached by a security guard multiple times as we were trying to bring our bags in. We were told we can’t be in the parking lot and even asked why we kept coming to our vehicle even though it was clear we were carrying luggage!!! There was other groups of people standing around outside doing nothing and the security guard didn’t approach them. Our bathroom door was broke and wouldn’t stay shut. We also saw several roaches on the floor the next day as we were leaving!!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!!

Cigarettes smell

The room was clean but the smell was terrible. the worse is that I asked the receptionist and she told me that all rooms were like that. After an hour I decided to leave and another receptionist told me that they do have non-smoking rooms. I don’t know why the first receptionist lied to me.

Double think before staying

The room wasn’t clean at all. There was dirt/mud inside, it stunk like smoke! Really bad, the guest staying next door played music until 3am. I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work.

Exceptionally surprised

Room exceptionally clean service was amazing. it was kind of hard to sleep with the loud music outside and the people gathering all hours of the night I saw security but I don’t think they were really doing anything I was impressed with the hotel, and I probably stay there again

The cleaning lady came into the room an took a blanket off of the bed that did not belong to the motel and it does not seem that we will get it back.

Check Your luggage for critters

It was decent for price howver there seeed to be some structure issues becsuse the front door was hard to close and lock. the bathroom door looked as it had been tampered with and left unrepaired. What could not be overlooked were the ROACHES. They were variety in size. Huge near ac unit, very small one crawling up ac cord, medium ones (2 different occasions)the kitchen table area, medium small one in the restroom. What was sickening is the medium sized obe i caught crawling along the top comforter that i would have missed had it not been for the light of the TV. There was no food for them to come to I have no idea of the attraction to the bed whete my child was sleeping. This place needs to be fumigated ASAP! Too bad I cant add video

It was a good stay. Served it’s purpose nothing over the top. I’d stay there again. It’s is a 40 dollar deposit fee. Parking is ok, no vending machine for water or soda. They have HBO and a few other channels so that was a plus if you watch TV. The mattress is a little thin but doable.

Will check into reservation. I wanted a handicapped non smoking room. Expedia sent for a smoking regular room. First off O was charged a $40 returnable breakage fee. I have NEVER heard of this. I reluctantly took room. Later that night my wife spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. Naturally we killed it. There was also one in the sink. I ended up killing 10 roached & saw many more. About 1am we left the room. Turned the light on & they were everywhere. We packed & was going to sleep in my truck. I found another hotel nearby & we checked in about 2 am. This is the second time Motel 6 & Studio 6 shafted me. The last time I was there I did get a handicapped room, but NO handicapped shower bench. THEY DIDN"T OWN ONE!!! We will never lodge at a 6 company facility again! I also want full refund of the money from the ROACH MOTEL. Maybe including the $40 breakage deposit. Seeing as companies don't want direct contact, then WHO Do WE CALL? In the past I have had success with Expedia, but that was in the past. For my comment about the room ZERO of 5 or 1n. I strongly recommend you bring your own gallon of Home Defense ROACH KILLER spray. This will probably be buried because you don't want a negative comment. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Bad customer service for starters. I asked and paid for non smoking, and the room reeked of cigarettes. I kindly asked to be moved to a different room and they couldnt accommodate. Dirty hotel, reeked, ourside unsafe, list can go on and on, but Ive made my point.

Terrible experience

I booked this motel at the request of my parents who were going up for a doctors appointment. In the booking, I requested a first floor, handicap accessible room as both have mobility issues. Upon on arrival, they were given a third floor room at the end of two disjointed corridors. The staff were extremely rude to both of my parents and insisted there was nothing they could do to help them. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning in the room and little to nothing was done about the situation either. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience for them and in the future I will go with my preferred higher end hotels.

Roaches everywhere

My handcap rooms was available for me and my wife. For my heart surgery in Dallas Tx. I had to get another room down the street. It more than $250 for the five day. Never again

Upon arrival we were greeted with a demand for $20 cash deposit and no paperwork. Then, when we opened the door to our room it reeked of pesticide spray (misting or fogging) throughout our 1 night stay we were squishing cockroaches! Then when we departed we had to wait for desk clerk to inspect room and print (deposit returned) paperwork. Homeless people were living in an abandoned car in the parking lot! We were in town for a heart procedure at the heart hospital. This hotel is not even close to pretending to be sanitary! Why hasn’t the health department shut them down?

Everything was great except the bed. It was very uncomfortable. My back hurst really bad. Other than that i have no complains. Great service and the room was clean.

You get what you pay for. The property was ok at best. They kept the office door locked 24/7 and would only assist through a little window. The smoke detector was beeping when I entered the room so I called and asked them to change the battery while I was out. It was fixed when I returned until about 1am when it started beeping again every 30 seconds. Overall the property wasn’t bad just wasn’t very good, but at the price point, it served its purpose.

One word.. Dead Bed Bugs on floor!? I told the manager but didn't seem concerned so, be careful especially in these times.
