Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. The weather was windier than expected, so we had to wrap up on the beach, but the hotel provided a cozy cover. The food was fantastic, especially in the adults-only restaurants. Enjoying sparkling wine at breakfast while taking in the beautiful view was a highlight for us. Our in-room jacuzzi was an absolute delight— we used it almost every day, watching the world passing by! It was such a relaxing way to unwind after exploring. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as security checked guests at the entry, which was reassuring. The Thai massage at the spa was incredible—definitely worth experiencing. Getting taxis to and from the airport was easy, though it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and always helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated how coffee, drinks, and snacks were replenished regularly. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!

We reserved a golf house suite at this hotel, they gave us a room in the first floor does not have any any view to the golf and has no no privacy at all, in the path of walkway. According to the hotel website description to this room, should have a tub with jets , we only have shower. For that we put all the blackouts curtains all the time other wise you are sleeping on the street. We were living in a darkness the entire stay. On the top of that the front disk staff made us feel we selected the lowest and cheapest room and for that the the room they gave us is the worst. The priority of this hotel to give their guests who book directly through them the best and who booked through Expedia is whatever left. Horrible front disk staff and horrible treatment. We always book our all trips through Expedia, no more we will try to book through the hotel directly to be treated right.

Great place majority of the people are very friendly. I would recommend it and definitely would try to come back

Third visit to the hotel, they have been making some changes, some of them are great, like the live musicians around the main pool in the afternoon, very relaxing, and on one day they set up a fresh fruit bar, having the fruit cut up fresh for you one the selection is made.

Gorgeous resort

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

I guess all inclusive in Texas means something

Gorgeous hotel, food is delicious, the all inclusive is a ripoff. Gorgeous hotel, enjoyed our time. I was expecting more than two beers in the mini bar per day. Service and staff are excellent. Just felt limited in an all inclusive environment and that type of stress is unnecessary on vacay. Additionally, we were told that we had to make reservations to all the restaurants ahead of our arrival as they have very limited seating for the all inclusive in the sought after restaurant on the beach. Must try, it was delish! Would recommend going back for sure

Excellent Excellent every thing

The service is amazing. They memorize your order from day one. They asked me what I liked to drink and filled my mini fridge with it. Nice touch. Special shout out to Nina and the restaurant and Youssef on the beach. Cons: don’t go to the “spa”. It’s a scam. The prices are astronomical and the place is a dump.

This is one of the best hotels in Hurghada by far. I visit regularly and I’m always very happy there. Super clean place, excellent staff, great service and just all round excellent. I think they could offer more for the money and considering everything is very inexpensive some more luxury like 5-6 different restaurants as the buffet gets a bit same. There is one onsite (limited to one visit) but others are off site and you can only try one dish from each course. Room service, snacks in the room and a breakfast in room option could be included for very little spend. To put chips, nuts ect in the room everyday when filling the fridge would add a extra touch. Can wait to go back

We absolutely loved our time here! Be sure to make your dinner reservations early as the time slots book quickly. There were no dinner reservations one of the evenings we were there so we ate at the buffet, and while the food looked beautiful, it was pretty flavorless. Breakfast there was great! Our favorite lunch spot was the pool cafe. It's worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room and swim-up pool!

The hotel is a modern vibe with courteous staff, delicious food and breathtaking views! It’s a must-visit for romance and relaxation!

Amazing hotel! Would stay again forsure. It is very well run and the staff go above and beyond to make all the guests comfortable and at home. They are very friendly and kind. The rooms and amenities are beautiful. Food quality and variety is very good as well!

The gourmet food court on the 4th floor was the best part of our stay

Truly excellent place to stay, especially considering the price. Yes, it's a little more expensive than some other hotels you might stay in but for what you get (everything high-end, adults only, all-inclusive food and drink) it's really a bargain. Two small pieces of advice to the management: First, the wifi can be a bit slow at times in the rooms. Secondly, perhaps at check-in provide a map showing where all of the different restaurants and linked hotels are located. It can be pretty overwhelming to figure out at first. Those small things aside, everything from the free mini-bar to the yoga class to the multiple dining options makes this place great. I will now always seek out Steigenberger hotels whenever I travel (they currently only exist in China and select countries in the Middle East, Europe).

This is my second time at steigenberger pure lifestyle adults only.. It is by far the best getaway for couples. I’ve been to a lot of Mexican and European resorts, but this one wins…best food, best beach, best room (the swim up suite).. the people are so friendly and so helpful. The resort is amazingly clean..Ayman, at the reception was very helpful and professional .. I can’t wait to go again ..

Great superb adults only beach front music theme pools and greenery golf with super helpful staff .. pool team and restaurants super chefs - only issue is room AC is always warm locked on 20 C that never gets cold .. so outsode temp is like in room :)

We travel a lot so saying a hotel is one of the best we ever stayed in is a tremendous statement. Steingenberger hotel deserves its place at the top of our list of all the hotels around the world we stayed in. The hotel interior is impeccable with an airy , sleek , crisp feel . The decor and furniture are eye pleasing and comfortable. The staff is very well trained and is very attentive to every detail. The food , for an all inclusive resort is amazing , delicious and most of all diverse. It is really a five-star experience. I did not know this chain of hotels existed and now I will look for them everywhere around the world that I go to. I highly recommend this hotel you will have the time of your life while being surrounded by a beautiful environment.

This place exceeded expectations. The grounds were awesome and the staff was friendly. The room was great and the property seemed modern. I’m not a seasoned veteran of all inclusives but this was the nicest one I’ve stayed at.

We spent our honeymoon here January 2021, and we came back this year to celebrate our anniversary. It didn’t disappoint! Love the soothing vibe of the place and how mellow it is. Amazing friendly staff, great food, and super clean and comfortable in every way.

They should not be included in the VIP perks as we did not receive any. Our room Overlooked the parking area. The staff and service was excellent specifically Ahmad the bartender and Emil our waiter. They were always pleasant, polite, and willing to help us with anything we needed. They made our stay worth while. The food and drinks were good as well as the pool entertainment - music shuts off at 5pm which kills the vibe especially when on vacation. Overall ok stay.

The property was very clean, amenities were great, service was beyond amazing, however dinner was not good 2 out of the 3 nights. The dinner at pure life had very limited options compared to Aldau, and the food quality and cooking was way below my expectations. Fish and meat cooked on the same grill not a great idea. Desserts bar was almost empty 2 hours before the buffet closed and desserts available weren’t fresh. Everything was great except for the dinner.

One of the best vacation experiences ever. From the moment I arrived till I left, I did not have a single complain. All staff and waiters are extremely helpful, friendly, professional and polite. They even allowed to store my bags and allow me to continue enjoying all the hotel amenities for the day after I checked out due to my flight being an evening flight. I’ve seen the hotel manager on multiple occassions checking out the hotel grounds and amenities while walking amongst guests. Esraa, the guest services manager, introduced herslf to me and to other hotel guests to ensure that my stay is going according to my wish. It truely was an extremely happy and pleasant experience.

It’s paradise

I loved everything about the hotel, especially the staff (Emad, Ehab and Elia at the pool) and Ahmed and Eva in the restaurant. The treatment of Othman the receptionist is excellent..... I do not recommend using the spa because the staff is very bad and the price list is not fixed. The hotel is close to the airport and you do not need to leave the hotel, it is a paradise

This place is amazing I would recommend it to everyone is visiting hurghada. Big shout to Mr. Magdy and Israa in front desk. Mina, hannah and Ahmad in the forth floor restaurant Shaimaa who baked the most amazing pita bread. Asaad and Armeia in Alex restaurant I will definitely visit again soon.

Stayed at the golf roof top pool room with a private pool, it's almost the only choice in hurghada with a private pool for couples( other options are big villas for families) The pool is 1.20 meter depth, break fast is excellent and too many resutrants to choose from All inclusive option is the best

Excellent stay and great service!

The hotel was super for a solo traveller. I could be involved in activities or left to my own devices. The service was especially good from all staff in each restaurant and bar. Always service with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms could do with a little revamp for bath mats, soap on the sink, rust around the taps etc. The cleanliness itself was good but some bits need replacing. The food was great and generally all served to you at the various restaurants. Covid measures were taken by all staff but not enforced for guests who appeared to think covid was not a thing at the hotel.

From the moment we stepped onto the property we were welcomed with the friendliest and kindest staff we had ever come across. The hotel was very clean and sanitary so we felt completely safe in terms of covid. The food was excellent and there was a variety of options and restaurants to choose from (some required reservation beforehand). My friend and I stayed in the swim-up suite and it was a blast! The pools close at sunset but having our own private pool was great for night swims. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay and the staff took it upon themselves to make every guest happy and satisfied with their visit and it shows. Very modern hotel and intricate design as well! 11/10 would recommend you will not regret it :) definitely coming back!

3 of the guests got corona after we came back, but anyway the service was great, food was a hit, the pools were warm and fun, lot of activities, nice music. I do not like egypt as tourist destination but that hotel was a flower in the desert 😀. One staff member was working with a cold an using wrong the mask, maybe thats how we all got corona

Service at pool and Chill Bar lunch menu was excellent. Dinner at Alek’s Beach Restaurant offered a range of dinner options and service was efficient. All dining options offered outside seating. Staff could have been more consistent with wearing masks while serving guests. Excellent hotel that offers either a relaxing holiday or the opportunity to participate in daily activities and evening performances.

Excellent, friendly staff throughout the resort. Kitchen team friendly and went above and beyond. Tasty and wonderful oriental Breakfast in the morning. Mostafa, Amgad and the whole kitchen team were amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure any needs, requests met/addressed. Entire resort team makes you feel like family and welcome without pressures of extra costs/fees.

Everything was great ( super warm and dedicated people at the restaurant, swimming pool bar, etc...) expect having to deal with MOHAMMED at the welcome desk. Didn't ask for anything but when I extended my stay, he proposed me to stay where I was ( while I booked the only category left, which was the lowest). I thank him for that. And guess what, the same guy asked me to move to my new room. I would have accepted it if I just said :" sorry for the misunderstanding ", but he said "I didn't say that". Yup , I just wanted to cheat. Poor guy ! Fortunately, when I left in the middle of the night, I met the manager of the night who was nice and good listener . I may come back, thanks to him !

Great hôtel with great service. Staff smiling and warm. At the breakfast, you can even have freshly squeeze juice ! And you have 24 hours all inclusive formula ! Special thanks to Ahmed at the reception : super helpful, always find solutions and has a very customer service skills !

We watched the hotel being built from Aqua Magic, and it certainly met all expectations. The team, from the Manager downwards, were all exceptional. Everything about the rooms/facilities was spot-on. Will certainly be back.

Didnt like the noisy extractor fan it disturbed us sleeping. Could not turn it off. The staff were amazing, could not do enough for you. Food was good but the portions were rather small.

We stood one week in the property and really enjoyed the time there with the private beach, the big pool with a pool bar and all the different restaurants which are included. The rooms are big and have all the comfort. Gym, golf, yoga and other activities are possible and the stuff is really friendly and helpful. However, the private beach is close to the other (sister) hotel with a lot's of children; a bit noisy when the children's program starts. One morning there was no water and the hotel team offered us two bottles of water to wash at least the face. In our floor the rooms or showers have a heavily blocked drain; we were not the only one or room with this problem. In addition, you need to know that you always get a better service if you give sufficient tip; especially for the cleaning in the room.

Has great variety of activities, pools, restaurants etc. However if you are looking for adults only is not technically it as it is connected to other properties so not really enclosed if that makes sense. The facilities are in good condition but was expecting better finishing and room furniture it seems the decoration looks a bit cheap, was expecting similar feel to hotels like W which are modern but still 5 star Staff and service is good but there are things that could be improved for example they dont explain that reservation of dinner has to be before 12 and that has to be done on a TV screen (we were only told about it until we actively went to ask in reception). There was one day we had issues with the water in the room coming out dirty. Additionally the jacuzzi was not 100% clean when we first came in the room. Food is good quality and has variety however you can only dine in a la carte once a week which means you dont actually have as many choices as they say for dinner All other activities included are great you can ride a bike, go to waterpark, do kayak etc all included which gives lots of variety in terms of activities

The staff at steingberger were beyond amazing!! Very welcoming, and always made sure you were served and were friendly at all the times!!! The biggest disadvantage and disappoint for me and my partner was the problems with the room. On our very first night the sink and shower was blocked and dirty water came out of the jacuzzi, we paid extra money for the jacuzzi so this was frustrating. Apparently it was normal for the jacuzzi to let out dirty water for the first minute or so- very time consuming and disappointing considering we paid £60 extra a night to have this jacuzzi and the dirty water was consistent even though engineers came to ‘fix’ it. We used the jacuzzi once because of this. When questioned why dirty water doesn’t come out of the sink? apparently there were different pipes connected. Shower and sink blocked three times. The shower leaked into our room and under the bed. Cleaners, engineers and managers were in and out of our room during our time there because of the problems stated above which wasn’t a pleasant experience and considering we were on our honeymoon. The hotel offered a 25 min free massage, a late checkout and free transfer back to the airport which is 10 minutes away because of the inconvenience caused. However what they offered was very minimum considering what occurred and what problems we faced.

Excellent: buildings , decoration , room design , privacy , 90% of stuff are friendly and kind. Good : food is really good in taste but not variety in “market” restaurant , 24 bar at the roof ,

Hotel property very clean. Staff friendly. But they don't take care of guests health issue seriously. My wife reported a diarrhea, nausea and vomiting after a meal, and no action were taken at all. Also, we booked VIP trip to island and snorkeling, crew of small boat called "Carmn" were not hygienic at all, they wash the reusable cubs and glasses, by rinsing them and bringing them back to be used again. Washroom don't have hand soap. Also, all inclusive did include imported drinks. We were there during summer, but we did find watermelon, or mangoes. During our stay, we had to call 3 times for shower drainage blocked, which caused water to flood out of the room, and every time they come to do temporary fix and problem kept happening. Rooms 323&324.

Pros: All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is excellent and service is amazing. Cons: The curtain in front of the Jacuzzi space is semi-transparent at night so I had to put pillows at the window to block it. We had some difficulty in accessing restaurants on the beach due to few walking paths and so had to walk for relatively long distances.

Fabulous hotel - the best in Hurghada

Amazing hotel. Food was incredible at all restaurants. The Tepanyaki grill was a real highlight. Service is second to none and all the staff were friendly, polite and went out of their way to ensure that guests get the best experience.

very discreet from the outside. being adults only and only 125 rooms, service excellent. 2 lovely pools, one heated. wasn't that keen on the food but that's a personal choice. also sweet little private beach with great food in the Alex. very helpful management and staff. hope to return

This is a great hotel. It is minutes from the airport. The rooms are spacious with great shower, bath and minifridge. There are many different pools and jaccuzis. There are lots of bars and restaurant areas and the food was very good. All of the staff are polite and helpful. There are plenty of loungers at the pool and beach areas.
