Good choice

Good hotel in the heart of London and decent price

Very dissapointing

Dirty Toilet and the shower was too hot with no control over temperature. Lots of people having breakfast with their pajamas on!!!

Hotel is clean with gym and laundromat. Rooms are equipped with fridge, safe, microwave, hair dryer, a toaster, iron and ironing board, tv, a good WiFi, coffee maker, electric kettle and a dishwasher. Hotel us located near bar, restaurants and train station.

Room was clean and spacious and includes a kitchen with stove, pots, toaster, plates, water kettle and dishwasher. Close to convenience store, bus stop and underground 0.2 miles away. You can walk to Big Ben, Parliament and London eye. Pub next door. Wonderful free breakfast. 24 hour coffee and tea available. Self service laundry available. Very helpful and wonderful staff.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing stay, walking distance from station. Friendly staff and very clean.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were brilliant and really well equipped..we had a kitchette. The facilities were brilliant, the breakfast was great, good selection and tea / coffees were available at all times. Plus the dining room in the evenings for a chat and play games, a selection was provided, along with books.. It was conveniently positioned, just a short walk from train station, the other side of the park, which had a lit pathway. It was also near Nandos and KFC takeaway. We highly recommend the Staybridge suites! Plus the rooms were available earlier and the check out times later than most other hotels.

Absolutely brilliant

Shout out to Florin and the rest of the staff for looking after my lost property! And they also let me store my luggage above and beyond… Room is gorgeous and well located.

I would give this hotel 10/10 if could! It was GREAT place to stay while visiting London. VERY QUIET street, very near bus stop and easy 10 minute walk to the London Eye area of London. Staff was the friendliest I have had at a hotel in a VERY LONG TIME!! Breakfast was great, night time reception (I think 3 nights a week??) was enjoyable. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!

We want to take the time to recognize the operation supervisor. His name is Florin. He made the stay at this location absolutely unforgettable. He was so helpful in so many regards and was so empathetic and excited for us to enjoy our time in London. This man makes this location a beautiful and astonishing success. We observed Florin go above and beyond for us and for other guests selflessly. We have no doubt that if you choose to stay here, the leadership of this one man will trickle down to the rest of the staff and you can have a wonderful day.

Great Stay but where are the Recycling Bins?

This is a lovely, clean and secluded hotel. It’s a great find, with convenient distance to the the train, bus and tube stations. Lots of convenient amenities around the neighbourhood and even a couple of churches and a nice park, pub and mini theatre. The microwave/convection oven was a bit of a challenge to navigate but I managed to figure it out. The only sticking point for me, which was a real bother, was that my room was not equipped with a separate receptacle for recycling waste! How could they have missed this, particularly when eco-friendliness was being touted? Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and may just resort to taking my recycling outside like I had to do during my stay.

Stayed in 1 bed suite with husband and teenage son. Extremely comfortable, nice space when travelling with teen, spotlessly clean and convenient into all areas of London via tube or mainline. Really good value compared to some more expensive hotels we have stayed in

The tv didnt work. We asked for it to be fixed and it was made worse and wouldn't turn on.

Helpful staff, great location

The hotel was in a central location that was close to everything. The hotel staff were so helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel is also wheelchair friendly. A very big thank you to Cristina and the other receptionist for all their help throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel !

The staff was very accommodating and the property as a whole is good. It’s about 25-30 minutes from most major attractions so trains or Ubers are definitely necessary.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. The complimentary daily breakfast was such a plus! There was dining available at walking distance. A nice park steps away & transportation was nearby as well.

Ok place, a bit pricey but bad breakfast

Honestly it was alright, the room was ok, the staff were very nice. But the breakfast was really bad...so I was a bit disappointed and felt that I overpaid for the stay...

The service and hospitality was outstanding.

My main issue was weather we would be able to hear planes taking off. We didn’t hear a thing !

Great location and service

Great lobby staff and good breakfasts. Coffee/Tea served all day. The kitchenette and free laundry are nice bonuses. The social hour for M-W is fun too. Other evenings, there's a ping pong table. We were there during Euro Cup, and for the finals, they had snacks for guests who watched the game at the dining area. Housekeeping a bit lighter touch than we would have liked (e.g., no vacuuming). Other than that, it's easy access to the subway and bus lines plus a few local restaurants. Right next to a nice garden, and a block away from the river. It feels calm and yet very accessible.

Good stay

Good service on check in. Clean room but a little dark with no main overhead light but not a big problem. Gluten free food at breakfast but not covered and having open jars for jam etc. made these unusable for me as a coeliac. Possibly needs more consideration for allergen control but for people with no allergies the breakfast looked lovely and varied with lots of options available and restocked regularly.

From the moment we entered the reception area we were greeted and welcomed genuinely and professionally. Our booking was found instantly and processed with no hick ups. We were assisted with our luggage and introduced to our new room. Lovely design, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. During our stay we met several of the friendly staff who went over and above to make our stay stress free and comfortable. Booking excursions or enquiries about travel were so efficient with the receptionist helping us with directions bookings and printing of any of our tickets. The rooms were discretely cleaned to a high standard. The breakfasts and happy hour days were fantastic. Kitchen staff and supervisor were very friendly and helpful. There is an amazing area if you wish to have a quick snack or buy a bottle of drink for your room at reasonable prices. This is situated a short walk to trains and busses that can take you all around London and beyond. Wonderful little pub on the corner called the Black dog (featured in Taylor Swift song). Restaurants and cafes all a short walk away. We felt very safe and so glad we managed to book such a fantastic place. highly recommended.

Martin at the front desk offered exceptional customer service on my arrival. I was given an upgrade. The team were warm and friendly. I mostly stay at Staybridge Suites Vauxhall on visits to London. They are continuously improving their very high standards of service delivery.

We ended up booking this place, after we had to leave another hotel due to a bad experience with cleanliness, quality, space and smell. When we arrived to this hotel, we noticed the difference right away. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very clean, they have many good amenities and plenty of space. I would definitely stay here next time.

Absolute gem in Central London!

Clean, cozy & spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful neighbourhood. Centrally located with good accessibility. Polite and friendly staff. Worth the price.

This was a great location for our recent trip to London. We were close enough to the main part of the city while having a quiet place to retire to at the end of the day. The hotel itself was clean and we loved the breakfast served every morning in their beautiful dining room. We also enjoyed one of their happy hours one night and really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in London.

The service was refreshingly phenomenal! Excellent hotel for short or long stay. The front desk staff were very hospitable. Will deffo stay here when I come back.

Great spot away from the busy areas but close enough to walk to all the major sites. Helpful staff, small kitchen is a plus if visiting more than a couple of days. The Black Dog Pub around the corner is a great spot for a pint or dinner.

Everyone was very helpful. we got there before checkin and they stored our baggsge and let is eat the breakfast. Taniqua even came up to our room to help solve a problem.

Perfect stay in London!

We had a fabulous stay in London at the Staybridge suites. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, and included a small kitchen with pots pans and dishes. The beds were comfortable, the room dark and quiet. The breakfast was exceptionally good and had quite a variety of items, hot and cold. Our family really appreciated the free use of washers and dryers (check out the laundry basket IN the room!

Hotel is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Vauxhall train and bus station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can hot tea or coffee anytime . Rooms are nicely furnished . I would have preferred a softer mattress. But will definitely come again. Loved it !

What an amazing place to stay! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating at the front desk. There was a great free breakfast every day with a nice selection of food and beverages offered. Rooms were very clean and spacious. They also offered a great happy hour one of the nights we stayed! Easy access to the tube and very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel!

I like the location. It has close proximity to so many things to do in London. Very easy access to Transportation, if needed as many things were within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly , helpful and professional.

staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Richard and he far exceeded our expectations. All other staff followed suit. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast each AM was outstanding with many excellent offerings. everything tasted fresh and delicious. they also have a free happy hour Mon-wed eves with free drinks and great charcuterie spread. Some very nice restaurants/ pubs close by and hotel is very convenient to the tube station. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I have travelled a lot!

The architecture of the building is very modern. Room decoration very modern. The hot water was super and air conditioning great. Wifi excellent . The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and helpful on my arrival. Overall not too bad a place to stay

Nice place very near the Thames, but not too close to traffic. Walkable distance from the Vauxhall underground. Good service from staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Was there for 8 days, could have done with some change in breakfast menu, but otherwise ok.

Twice to 3 times the size of the Covent Garden hotels at a fraction of the price yet has luxury options of having a nice kitchenette, excellent breakfast, and awesome social hour food/wine/beer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Has free laundry facilities. Staff is super super friendly and helpful. Clients are mostly professional adults, so place is quiet even when it's filled to capacity. Super clean and fully refurbished about 7 years ago, but looks new today.

Good location, great breakfast!

We were satisfied with our stay. the hotel itself is in great condition and they were able to accomodate an early check in. Staff was super nice. The Breakfast is free and quite lovely. They have a great selection of hot plate items in addition to 24/7 coffee, latte, cappuccino machine which is a huge plus! The only negative thing is that its located more in an alley way so at first we weren't sure how safe the neighborhood was with the few closed down / bars nearby. But we understand this is out of their control. It is also a 7 minute walk to the bus station and tube station and walkable to major sites including london eye about 25 min walk. Would consider staying here again

Staybridge Vauxhall was very conveniently located. The area was safe and quiet. The staff was so friendly. They were very helpful. I wish they knew a little more about dining in the area and how to order online or how to dine in. We tried to order Chinese which was a bit of a fiasco. Overall that is minor. I would highly recommend this place.

Proximity to central London activities

Staybridge Suites at Vauxhall is situated in a nice location-walkable to a variety of sites, and easy access for walks along the River Thames. The staff was super accommodating of any of my needs. Always willing to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay even better. The breakfast was amazing!! All the choices and offerings. The chocolate croissants were so good. I couldn’t help myself, I had one every morning. There were some nice local pubs right around the corner and a sweet little tea house a stone’s throw away. The kitchenette was quite handy to have, as one night I discovered last minute, that I needed a quick meal and was able to zip down to the lobby to select a frozen meal from the pantry and prepare that in my kitchenette before heading out for the evening. All in all I had a fabulous stay at Staybridge Suites at Vauxhall. If I’m ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the daily breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Facility itself is quite nice with super breakfast and evening snakes and wines. Although parks nearby they do need better maintenance. Tube and bus station 10 minutes walking distance. Convenient eateries in the surrounding.

Great stay! Very nice room with comfortable bed and linens. All staff members were excellent - very helpful and pleasant. Very good breakfast. And evening reception on certain nights was very good. Laundry room was very convenient (though it would be helpful to have a sign reminding users to remove their laundry from the machines when done so that others may use the machines)

Spectacular Service

My wife & I spent 5 nights at the Staybridge Suites in Vauxhall in May 2023. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt like we were amongst family. Reasonable rates, great (quiet!!) location near Vauxhall Station, free breakfasts (a rarity in London) and a warm cookie upon arrival. Kudos to Scott (thanks for the help with the train tix!), Dorin, Richard, Miha & Niko! If I return to London, this is where I will stay!

Fabulous hotel, staff and accommodations. Located 3 minute walk to train or bus stop. Walking distance to big ben and london eye. Market on corner and great restaurants nearby. Staff went above and beyond explaining how to take train, offering help with plans to getting our boarding pass

The staff were really exceptional. Breakfast buffet offered so many choices. The neighborhood was walkable, safe and quiet. Totally satisfied with my stay.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent stay, staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was large, comfortable and clean, with a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. It was incredibly quiet and perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Breakfast was extremely good and abundant. Lots of variety of food, from cooked to continental options. Cannot fault anything, will stay again and highly recommend it. Location was ideal, very central.

Quick 1 night stay. Good location- easy walk to Westminster.

This property was such a pleasant surpise. The room was large, clean and with all the tools we needed for several days. The staff was so helpful and kind. The breakfast and happy hour were delicious and the 24 hour access to the snacks and beverages was incredibly helpful for when I was hungry and thirsty and strange hours. :) Not sure we will ever get to make it back to London, but if we do, we know exactly where we will stay!

Fantastic hotel!

A very happy weekend at this comfortable modern hotel, breakfast was good, 24hrs free coffee/tea at the lobby was just another nice surprise. We enjoyed our room with a nice size kitchen and super comfortable bed, hotel staff were all very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely pass the details of this good hotel to colleagues, friends and relatives. we already look forward for next booking with them again.
