The door to the bathroom was hard to slide open and close and made extremely loud noises on sliding to awaken a roommate or other guests -and the tv did not have swivel ability to be able to be seen in living room -the electric top stovetop did not have directions and was hard to get heated -could pose fire hazard without directions

It was a short stay, but definitely worth a return visit. Nice spacious king room with full couch and full equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. We’ll taken care of hotel in a convenient area.

Excellent service. Very clean. Spacious . Kids has their own beds and room in the suite. We joked about staying another night it was so nice. Lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it .

No complaints. Nice property. Was told I could check in at 1 wasn’t able to check in till 3. Fire alarm went off at 4 am and 9am waking my baby. But besides that everything was great. Breakfast was good.

The property was very clean -even the elevators were kept clean! The breakfast buffet is impressive and the room we had was large and well laid out. I’ve stayed at most of the area hotels but this is the one I’ll go back to.

Cockroaches everywhere

Started off good until the cockroaches came out after my children were sleeping and they didnt want to fix our room or offer any help.

It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was really nice. The only thing is that our room was supposed to sleep four and that was a little tight. The sofa pull-out was not quite a double and just a bit bigger than a single. Definitely not big enough for two adults. Very nice place to stay.

Unlockable Sliding doors into bedroom and bathroom. Handicapped tub I did not want. When I asked the front desk attendant she that is what Hotels. com assigned and there was nothing she could do. Rip on the couch.

I arrived on a Sunday evening around 7-8:00pm. Was going to be there until Thursday. There were no carts to unload my luggage to take to the room. The lady at the front desk said that people take them upstairs and don't bring them back down. I asked if she could have someone check if they were in the halls upstairs. She said that she was the only one there and that she had to stay at the counter and couldn't do anything about it.

Good stay

I asked for a room “NOT” on the first floor and they still gave me a room on the first floor. When I checked in and asked for a room on a different floor they denied me because I booked thru hotels.com. They never explained why that was an issues but what can I do but accept it? It was my wife’s birthday and things could have been better.

Great value, modern facilities, nice staff, and good included breakfast.

The room is nice, but it’s uncomfortable.

The bed was extremely broken and not very firm. The four pillows on the bed were completely flat. Sleeping with only two pillows felt like I was still laying my head flat on the bed. Fortunately, I only stayed there for one night.

Stayed in the studio suite which says it can sleep 4 because of the sofa bed. 3 can comfortably sleep in this room. The sofa bed is maybe 4 feet wide. Wasn’t big enough for my two kids to share and no rollaway beds unlike what the description states about the hotel. Staff said they only have cribs not rollaway beds. Actual property was nice and breakfast was good.

The room was clean and well kept. It was very spacious with a kitchenette. The breakfast had lots of options. The staff was super friendly. The location was close to the highway with lots of shopping and restaurants. Great stay!

My only complaint is that the heavy curtains did not move to cover the window. It was too bright for sleeping, luckily I had an eye shade to make it darker. Otherwise, great staff, quiet room, really comfortable bed - my back only hurt 1 morning out of 5 and all other hotels I stay ay destroy my back. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Loved the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Well located near the highway so easy access to downtown, which was important to us. We checked in right at 3 and were in our room right away. The room was incredibly clean. We did use the pool for a few moments before it closed at 10pm. It was clean as well, though there weren’t any towels, but it was the end of the day so I understand why. We had to rush out the next morning but did quickly eat breakfast, probably one of the best included breakfast buffets I’ve seen in awhile. Plenty of room to dine and food options were great! Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed bedding for the couch.

Love Staybridge and the staff at Polaris is awesome.

The service was terrible we asked several times for the staff to come open the extra bed for us, that we paid for, and they never did. We ended up not fitting in the room and sharing beds with the kids. The bed was not clean there were stains in the bed covers.

I really like the layout of the two bedroom suite. It was perfect for our group!

Pillow Perfection!

My wife and I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Columbus Polaris for the Zach Bryan concert. The hotel was buzzing with three weddings and concertgoers, yet it was impressively quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was hot and fully stocked, and our room was spotless. The full kitchen and in-room ice maker were game-changers. My wife, who is quite the pillow and sheet snob, loved the bedding so much that she's roped me into figuring out who makes them so I can surprise her. Haha! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back soon!

Many things needed fixed but staff was not given the ability to solve the problems. First room had light burnout in the bathroom. We had to shower and use the toilet in the dark. We did get a new room after a day. Second room was very damp. Carpet, bedding and couch all felt damp humid feeling. Just very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were lovely. The free breakfast was great, the property has really nice outdoor seating areas, the kitchen was well stocked, and the social hour was a nice little bonus. I couldn’t be happier with my stay.

Usually great but some hiccups this time.

All was good with a couple hiccups. No one at desk when we arrived. Waited about 5 minutes. Room was great. Clean and everything worked fine. Grandkids came to swim in pool. All good there. Both elevators down 1/2 day which was challenging. Weekend breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 which was late for us early birds. Plus Sunday breakfast staff running very late and we needed to get to grandson's game early. Overall nice hotel. We've stayed here multiple times.

This was one of the most pleasant stays I have had in any hotels in recent memory. From check in to check out, from cleanliness to comfort, from breakfast to amenities, it was 5-stars all around. The pool was closed (saw on a sign) but I wouldn't have used it anyway because i ever hardly do. I had a great time here!

So comfortable and wonderful breakfast

Aubrianna at the desk was delightful and efficient checking us in. Our room was clean and the hotel was quiet, but also convenient to dining and shopping. The breakfast was the best we’ve seen that is included with the stay. I only gave 4 stars because another guest repeatedly cooked or ordered in seafood that stunk up the hallway in the evening and again the next day.
