Staybridge Suites for the WIN!

Loved our room, it was like a little apartment and had everything we could ever need. I also appreciated that the living room/kitchen had french doors to the bedroom/bathroom so I could watch tv or visit w/ friends while my daughter was napping. I should have been staying @ Staybridge Suites all along for out of town volleyball tournaments. Also, the complimentary breakfast was really good. Love the Texas shaped waffles!

The property is getting old, and the bed mattress needs an update. Two live roaches were found in our suite during our stay, which shows that the rooms were not cleaned properly before our stay. The breakfast menu has various options, and the staff who attended the breakfast area were nice and greeted us every morning during our stay.

The room water tap is not working and bathroom dont have the rug . The toilet sink was leaking and entire night i could not sleep. Staff was rude and dont respond to any call. On a whole a nightmare

Was charged almost $700 additional to my card after my stay, and the hotel refuses to even acknowledge that I stayed there despite me having dates/time/room number/confirmation number. I even have picture proof that the room was in clean order when I checked out. Simply ridiculous that this happened, and they won’t work with me.

Nice stay

This is a hidden gem. First time staying at a Staybridge and was impressed. Didn't do the free breakfast. Parking is free and the property is well maintained. Disappointed that it was no ice makers available, but the staff did offer to give ice. There are alot of restaurants' in the vicinity which was great. You can even walk to a some of them as well. The room suite was and felt clean. Was worth the money. Will stay there again.

We've stayed in many hotels. This was by far our favorite. The thing for us that stood out the most was the complimentary dinners. It's a way for the guests to meet and greet. Also, probably the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Oh, and the shower! I could go on and on about this hotel. I'd give more stars if I could.

The hotel is very nice and parking is free. The hotel staff are nice and professional and always asking if there is anything else they can do. It’s very nice set up so you can hang out downstairs and eat breakfast, that is provided. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There were homeless people all around the property. Also, like many hotels these days, they had the "fire" doors that slammed shut if the guest wasn't considerate enough to catch it. My dog was shaking hearing the loud banging from one neighbor so I left early

It is an awesome hotel, i loved that they had almost everything available in the kitchen from cups to cooking pot, also walmart is so close. In general i loved it.

Nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Full continental breakfast. Clear, clean, and cool pool. Great outdoor sitting areas. The only dislikes I have are the doors slammed shut. They were heavy and loud. I also didn't like the shower. It was unco.fprtable spray. Even if i changed the setting. It hurt rather than relaxes.

Overall, great hotel. We were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast included every morning - and it was pretty good food, standard hotel fare. Also free dinners Mon-Wed with beer and wine included, which was an unexpected perk! Room was clean upon checkin but daily service just included fresh towels and they made our beds. Parking was great - never far from an entrance. Good location - 20-30 minutes to downtown Austin or Round Rock. Pool is small but we had it all to ourselves the entire week so it was perfect. Our room was at the end of a quiet hallway. Only heard some neighbor noise one night and it wasn’t bad. Definitely would stay here again!

Now this is a 5 star hotel!

We had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again if needed. I forgot the lady that checked me in but she was so sweet and such a pleasure to work with, I think it was Rachel. It makes a world of a difference to have a good first encounter and she made that happen. The first room we were assigned had a funny/mildew smell so I called down and she changed my room immediately, with no hassle. The rooms come equipped with everything— large fridge, stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes and dishwasher. We did not have to ask for a thing. They also have a full breakfast with eggs and all. This is what I consider a 5 star hotel, even though it isn’t “upscale”. I would definitely recommend!

Our stay would have been great except for two things: 1) On our last night in the hotel, the fire alarm went off at 2:30 AM. We woke up, threw on our clothes, and ran outside. The fire department came and said everything was fine, it was just an alarm error. We went back to our rooms and tried to get back to sleep. At 3 AM, the alarm went off again, and we again got up, dressed, and went downstairs-- an employee was trying to shut off the alarm but didn't seem to be able to. The fire department came and got it shut off again. We went back to bed, again, worried we wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. We had only just started to doze off, when ~5AM, the alarm went off yet a third time. We were checking out that day and had to catch an airplane later that day, but clearly weren't going to get any more sleep, so we just packed our things and left the hotel-- the alarm was still going off as we left. We only got a couple hours of sleep, which was not how we wanted to end the last night of our vacation. 2) The curtains need to be longer in the left window in room 211-- they don't reach the top of the air conditioner and are too short to block out all of the light coming from the very bright light on the side of the building that illuminates the pool all night.

Everything was good, but I wished they provided a soap.

There was an occasional knocking sound from above. Not sure if the pipes. Would go on at intervals of 1 minute to 2.

The hotel was amazing and located in a very well connected area. Walmart, restaurants, drugstores, etc.

Front desk staff was great!

Staff was wonderful, quite area, loved the Monday through Wednesday get together. My entire family were there for a week and loved it all and will be back to the same place. Ps- Please have someone always present as much as possible at the front to identify who actually is a guest and not.

Really comfortable and ultra clean. Definitely the best dollar for value in the area. But....the front desk person asked a few too many personal questions and personal comments. It was really uncomfortable during check in.

The hotel was fine but the pet fee was outrageously high; non-refundable and basically doubled the cost of the room.

We were so sad we were only staying 3 nights! This place is amazing: fantastic room space & amenities, soooo clean, staff super friendly and breakfast was incredible. Loved it!

Nice Quiet Room

Nice quiet room, good breakfast…...sure wish it had some plastic cups to drink from in the bathroom or kitchen, though.

The accessible room was awesome. We also had a second studio room. Everyone slept well! There is plenty of space in both types of rooms. We all loved the enormous breakfast with fresh fruits,boiled eggs,scrambled eggs,bacon, waffles,oatmeal,yogurt,cold cereal,bagels, variuos coffee options, juice options & even soda. The entire group found something they could eat & enjoy.

My new favorite place to stay when in Austin and I’m picky. Very friendly service. Great location. Spacious. Clean. Good breakfast. Quick elevators. Many access doors from parking lot. Free parking. Kitchenette helpful. Vanity outside of bathroom door with full length mirror great for a bunch of girls. Comfy bed. No complaints.

Awesome hotel to stay in I liked that it was exactly what they showed on their website The room was just perfect for all the family Clean and comfortable And also very affordable Definitely going to save this hotel for future trips Thank you!!!

Overall the place is a great and very clean. Some of the rooms have weird different odors, my in laws stayed in a different room and they had to change rooms due to a foul odor that wouldn’t go away with plug ins and air fresheners. Also the morning front desk lady was rude and unprofessional when I tried to ask early check in fees and if I can leave my luggage there since my room wasn’t ready yet.

I just have to say that if your going to this area, this is the place you want to stay. Clean and quiet

Were able to accommodate us last minute when our original hotel reservation was cancelled on us one hour before we arrived for our stay. Desk staff was very pleasant and kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Room was beautiful. Super quiet. In all, our stay was very relaxing. We’re planning on staying in the future when we come Austin to visit our daughter. We had a great experience!

It was clean, all of the staff was so helpful and extremely nice. I enjoyed the design of the rooms and they were very comfortable. We needed a hotel close to family, and this hotel was perfect.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Two TV’s, and small kitchen was very convenient. Property was well maintained and fresh smelling.

Absolutely solid place that is also very affordable

Terrific service and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good and included a wide variety. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was very clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time, which was lovely. It was also heated! There is a spa water provided in the front lobby. I wish there was coffee provided outside of breakfast hours. An ice machine would have also been nice. Overall, recommended.

This is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. First of all, the pricing is so affordable for all they have to offer! Location is great, you’re just outside of town, everything you want to see is about 20 minutes away. The grounds are beautiful and kind of recessed behind the highway by a larger plaza area. You can walk to a Walmart for anything you may need. Let’s talk about the actual hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful! Love that. Check in was a breeze, our room is so clean and has everything we needed and more. The free breakfast is DELICIOUS!! Hello Texas shaped waffles! 😍 they have options for all diets too, which was really important for our family. They offer FREE dinners at the beginnings of the week which we were able to experience and it honestly exceeded my expectations. That night was BBQ and they had a salad bar, nachos, potato salad, rolls and corn along with the meats. I was floored at how yummy everything was! We were so grateful for this offering. The room has a hair dryer, oversized towels, and full size pump bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion just in case you forget! The beds are so comfy too. They only do a $25 hold too for accidentals which in my experience is so cheap! Take care of the room like it’s your own and you won’t have any issues. The pool is perfect for kids and babies too! They have delicious cucumber lemon water in the entryway, one of my favorites. The whole hotel is beautiful and clean.

Great stay!

Location was safe, quiet and walkable to restaurants and stores. Everything looked and felt brand new including the mattress and pillows. The staff was upbeat, attentive and friendly. The breakfast options were great for an entire teenage baseball team!

Complimentary breakfast and dinners. Cleanliness of the room, along with the staff are all friendly.

We liked everything and staff in Austin. We stayed the rest of our vacation at Staybridge in San Antonio and Corpus Christi

Everything good until breakfast Monday morning. Bacon looked to be cardboard and tasted like cardboard. Why have sliced sausage with French Toast on breakfast menu?

Good stay for a night.

Ended up having 2 reservations because my first was a night short. Staff seamlessly accommodated - had made note at check-in and were ready for the check-out/check-in process when it came time. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selections. Great stay.
