Needs exterminator 😩

The lobby was clean and smelt so good! Made me look forward to going up to our room. Room was okay, ac didn’t work had to flip the breaker on and off. Missing remote for the living room. Black widow crawling on pillow.

Not to bad, quiet little area. Construction on I35 is a pain! Grounds are well kept, staff is kind enough. Would stay again.

The size of this room is amazing. It is truly like a small apartment. The kitchenette has a full stove / oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and enough dishes for four people.

Was a great stay

The property was clean, very well lit parking, it was nice and open. The staff was super nice the room was so cool and clean I loved it 10 out of 10 would super recommend

Clean and good area of town. Felt safe and our room was very quiet!

There were big dogs in the room next to us that barked for hours at night. Our door to our room had to be slammed several times so that it wouldn’t open. Otherwise you could just push it open from the outside. Then it wouldn’t lock either. Had to put the chair in front of the door at night to make sure if someone tried to come in and the small door block didn’t work. I was traveling with my two small girls. Other than that service was great, it was clean and nice.

Everything was great

I really appreciate the separate sitting area from the bedroom. There was a tv in the sitting area and bedroom, which was great when others wanted to stay up to watch tv. The kitchen was a bonus for us as we prefer to cook meals vs eating out all of the time. Courtyard in the middle if the hotel is great. You can take advantage of the sitting area to visit or use the grill to cook. Fire pit is nice on the cold days.

Close to freeway so it was noisy. Set up more like a weekly rental than a hotel. I recommend staying on the river walk if you are visiting San Antonio.

The assistant manager, Rachel was very nice. We had a hiccup with a credit card. I was very upset, but she fixed it. I will stay again.

Expensive Deposit Upfront

This was a trip to San Antonio for the Stockshow with family. This was a great place to stay. The construction was a bit difficult to maneuver but that can’t be helped. My only complaint is the $250 deposit that was not explained ahead of time when the room was booked and was not a “hold” So this was an unexpected expense on an already expensive trip. Plus the phone did not have a power cord so I did let the front desk know. Rachel was great! She explained lots of power cords come up missing. With fraud alert 2 charges of over $200 on the same location caused some major issues….other than that I would stay again!

Very nice and for the price the apartment style rooms were perfect!! Staff was awesome!!

I like this place, the only thing, that if there is a problem or need sommething after hours it is hard to reach someone, I had an incident, there was a beep for about an hour, and it was hard to reach someone to check the problem.

I wasn't aware of large deposit & we're only here because of we're currently homeless and it was an emergency. Otherwise everything great. Should really have some kind of program for these types of situations.

Nice apartment style setup, very clean and well maintained. Not too many things around, but new area and new restaurants and shops are coming. We've stayed before; however, our room was on north side of property. This time our room was on south side by highway and very noisy, however, after 2 nights we were able to move to other side and so much quieter for our last night. Would definitely stay again but request side opposite of highway.

Safe,Clean,Quite, Staff Friendly and helpful. Room was great,layout was great,bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend,price was fair.

Pet friendly but no one seems to pick up there dog poop. Place was clean. Although they dont offer housekeeping service but once a week. Had to buy my own cleaning supplies while we were there. Other than that property was great for us. Loved that they had kitchen utensils for us to cook

Been here for a couple times our favourite place to stay everytime we go to san antonio to visit..

Convenient and staff are friendly.

The property is clean and with a modern feel. However, the bedding is very tough and uncomfortable. The mattresses are too soft. Sofa bed is uncomfortable. Lobby coffee ran out and didn’t restock.

Was kinda upset that my original room was not available upon arrival.

Worst stay in a long time.

The hotel has no amenities, no customer service, no support staff, no extra blankets, toilet paper or soap. We had to go buy necessities at a local store. I would not recommend this place.

Empathetic staff

My stay at StayApt was nothing short of awesome! To begin I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel. She is amazing and truly loves what she does. I was going to be outside of the check-in timeframe and she explained everything with great deal to me. She took time from her "personal time" to come to the front desk to make sure I had no issues with the lock box. This place is quiet and the beds are comfortable. It has a full size fridge and stove, this is really a great place to stay. If you want a very good place to stay, be sure to pay Rachel/ the staff a visit. You won't regret it.

Awesome facility, only downside was construction on 1604 and 35 kept me up at night, not the facilitys fault.

I got a room that wasn't done, not clean and then i was moved to another one and the 2nd one didn't have sheets for the sofa bed. There's no one after 5pm and patio has limited hours.

Great property, could use extra staff

The rooms were very spacious, clean and we had access to nearly everything we needed - loved the full kitchen! The check-in process is hopefully a work in progress (the property just recently opened). There was one person available to check people in and she was also responsible for helping around the property. If she wasn't on the property, you could be waiting for 20mins or more to check in, which was a little frustrating for people who needed to be somewhere. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

It was convenient for me and my family to stay here. The kitchenettes helped alot. The only thing was nothing having enough pans and other kitchen stuff. Which i don't mind bringing some next time. The lady at the front desk was too sweet. We will definitely be coming back.

Like the style of room and cleanliness Dislike highway construction and noise. Expect noise to be worse as night as highway traffic and brake screeching will keep you up. . Location hard to get to Asked to be moved and was told no due to staffing shortages and computer assigned rooms

Would recommend and stay again. The pictures are exactly what you get, easy to check in and out. Great place to stay if your away from home for an extended period of time.

One night stay in Selma

This property is extremely noisy. There's road construction nearby. The staff were courteous. I wasn't aware that we booked an ADA suite and because of this there was no place to put essential items in the bathroom. Very inconvenient on the floor.

The staff was friendly and professional.

If you are staying less than 7 days you do not get your room cleaned or bed made . You are asked to throw out your own in trash bin outside.

Very nice accommodations and size for the value

I like the kitchen. I did not like the sofa bed. Very springy and uncomfortable

Overall the property was fine. Our first room had and excessive vibration in the floors from something below it, but the front desk was very quick to switch us to a different room. It was nice that it had a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, but the cooking pots/pans/utensils were very limited. A couple of side notes if you stay there: - There is body wash and conditioner in the room, but no hand soap. - The kitchen had dishwasher tablets, but no hand soap or detergent for washing dishes - You have to swap out your own linens daily as needed at the front desk (room service only once a week) While the overall experience was not bad, I do not know that we saved enough from staying in a normal hotel to warrant staying there again.

Ashley was very attentive to detail and professional

My Husband’s motorcycle was stolen (September 19, 2024) right in front of the property …. directly in front of the office and entrance doors) The staff Lynn, Quincey, Bridget and Ashley (who is our favorite… she’s so sweet and helpful) are all awesome. The hotel is nice (fairly new) it was clean. The beds are uncomfortable and hard as a rock. It’s very very noisy (every night until the morning) you can hear the construction going on (it’s literally a few feet away) we have been here over a week because our home is not ready and it’s the closest one to my Husband’s new job. They need to get cameras because the officer said they have had many cars broken into. Rooms have a living room, kitchen large bathroom and bedroom. Our dishwasher didn’t work but everything else was ok. They have a place to wash 5$ to wash and dry one load.

Wedding Chronicles

Our stay overall was good. Bcz its a suite it has a full stove & fridge, dishwasher sink etc. We cooked breakfast & due to the vent exhaust not working (or the light above the stove).the fire alarm got tripped. It clearly needs to be working to avoid future issues as this. Our stay was in 216 it was quiet from the facility, but due to it being super close to 1604, you can here traffic thru the night. I did however enjoy the lockbox check in since we arrived so late. Thats definitely a plus.

Family went to celebrate my grandson's 4th birthday at Landa Park and small party at hotel. Our rooms were nice and had everything we needed except for a broom and mop. Very comfortable and nice. A little warm in one of the rooms but overall we will be back!

It was nice.

they canceled my reservation when I was One hour away, and I had to look for another hotel. Before I left my house I called them to let them know. I will be there late because it was gonna be a long drive and I got off work late. They told me there were no problem but an hour before I got there they decided to text me and let me know my reservation was cancel I called them and I Told them I had spoke to someone earlier and they told me it was OK that they will leave me key in the box But they cancel my reservation. We will never reserve this place again.

I loved the cleanliness, the room was huge! Felt like an apartment. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no pool sadly but honestly I would stay here again just by the size and cleanliness of the room I loved it.

Home away from Home

The hotel is made like apartments which is very convenient for traveling families or long stays. It comes with a full kitchen and separate sitting area which includes a pull out sofa bed. Has a beautiful courtyard area in the middle with a grill and fire pit. I highly recommend 😊.

The rooms are really comfortable

It feels like your own quaint apartment home while you’re away on business or pleasure. The kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and store food and beverages. I enjoyed my stay!

I rented for my daughter and it was so clean and nice! I was very pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would recommend they do is post signs on where you could take your dog to potty and they also need bags .

I've stayed here many times and I like that it is very clean and close proximity to my family and friends.

I LOVE the fact that it felt like home.... I didn't nt like the fact my door would not lock & I seen 5 roaches in the kitchen. I absolutely love that this place has full refrigerator & Stove. Also to mention I hate that we leave long before the office open amd return well after the office close so we have no way of getting clean towels. I was bothered. The kids have a track meet all weekend and had to use the same towels so I had to wash them before they could shower. BUT I would stay there everytime i come to San Antonio, TX. The place is cute and amazing. Thank you so much for having us, we look forward to visiting to you again.

I’d like to say the place is nice, it looks relatively new, it’s got a neat courtyard and all the rooms doors exit to the courtyard which is nice, it’s rather large. The negatives are cleaning towels were left the previous patrons key envelope, there were no towels left, it tells me that it wasn’t completely cleaned. The beds are very springy and extremely poor Support way too There was a squeak or screw rattling in the AC that was very annoying when you’re trying to go to sleep soft so overall, not a positive.

I was not expecting a kitchen in the room, which saved money on my dining budget.

Nice hotel and easy check in! Very clean room and nice employees!

The hotel check in lobby closes and you have to download an app and go through a process to check in online. The room we checked into was not cleaned thoroughly. There was someone’s bar soap left in the tub, the toilet wasn’t cleaned and there were used dirty dishes on the dishwasher. Disgusting. Will never stay here again.

This property was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend. It has a living room/kitchen area and a separate bedroom. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were just staying for a volleyball tournament but it was a nice bonus. It was the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel room too and we’ve been traveling quite a bit for volleyball tournaments.

First time staying at StayApt Suites and I was so pleasantly surprised! Cheaper than a hotel, but so much nicer! It was great having a kitchen with a lounge area that’s completely separate from the beds. We will definitely stay here again!

Bed was dirty. Sheets looked like they weren't washed and there was debris on the bed. Our room was not ready when we got there to check in. Gave us a different type of room. They called us to make sure to be there by a certain time for check in and still didn't have the room available

Great rooms for a great value.

Customer service not good at all. Front desk person very nosey.

It was very loud at times (renters in close proximity), which made getting a restful night's sleep difficult. The refrigerator/freezer leaked. Upholstered furniture in this unit should be deep cleaned. It has a musty, animal odor. This facility is located directly in front of a private school; and navigating the morning and afternoon drop-off/pickup traffic was tricky.

Week long visit to San Antonio

The was great for a week long stay to visit family. This would be a great place to stay for someone moving to the city and needing a temporary place until finding a home or apartment. Also great for a family as there is a full kitchen where meals can be prepared saving money by not eating out. Nice laundry room and exercise room. Easy access to highways and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Only downside was no pool.

This is my go to place to stay when I come to San Antonio. It’s close enough to the city’s attractions at an affordable rate. Great service, clean and comfortable.

This facility had plenty of room but the drawback was the room feeling “muggy” even with turning the AC on.

Check your locks

The staff were lovely and the room setup was great. However, our 1st room door would not lock and we were assured that maintenance would be there first thing in the morning. We returned the next evening and the door still did not lock. We requested a new room and were moved into a room at the front corner of the hotel that faced the highway which was exceptionally loud. It would be nice to have dish detergent to hand wash the plates/glasses.

I reserved a king and was checked into a double queen. The front desk took care of it. Check in process was slower than most other properties I stay at.

God overall

Property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Easy to find worth the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay! Clean safe and quiet! Will be staying here again!
