Felt very safe. The entire building was quiet, well lit, and very clean.

Average Stay

The room was ok but the walls were very thin. Some of the people staying there were kindof shady. Our key wouldn't work on our door the second night but we called the emergency number and they woman loving on property fixed it right away. There was never anyone at the lobby desk so when we checked out, we basically just put the key on the desk and left.

No too shabby.

The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Hangers would be nice to have in the closet. The bathroom could have used sprucing up. The toilet seat had wear spots that wore through the finish. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

Nice, new property that was clean and safe. New construction, industrial area.

Second time staying and no complaints. Had issues with the thermostat, but that issue was quickly resolved. I will definitely recommend APT

Picked it up as a last resort

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. The property is clean and nicely laid out. Will stay again.

It was okay, it was very dusty. No way of getting in to maid service. When front is closed.

Poorly constructed. Hook in bathroom fell out of the wall, the way faucet was installed over bathroom sink left water flow too close to the end of the sink. Just a lot of evidence that is was quickly and poorly constructed. We had 2 kids traveling with us but had to call down for extra linens to set up the sofa bed. Staff working the front desk and phones were very friendly and accommodating. For it being an “apartment” set up, I expected more from the amenities. There was one bowl and one spoon for dishes in the kitchen. No filters for the coffee maker, and no sponge or dish soap to wash dishes. We had to purchase ourselves. When lifting the mattress up to make the sofa bed, there was a ton of dog hair (not our dog) on the underside.

The entire stay was excellent from check in to check out. Southern hospitality. I loved it.

Loved that shopping centers were not far everthing was super close, very convenient, great place to stay

Great stay

We stayed here during a 2 week stay to visit family. It worked out really well. My husband could work at the desk in the bedroom, while we were in the family room or kitchen. It was extremely quiet. It seemed like most people who were staying at the property were there to work, and it was a very quiet place to stay. We did use the courtyard to BBQ, or to sit outside and relax. The hotel is down a quiet side street, so there was very little road noise. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

My go-to for Huntsville

I love this place, it is my "go-to" when staying in Huntsville, whether one night or several. I prefer to make my own meals, to save money and more importantly eat healthy fresh food. The gym is very small but early in the morning it is usually empty. The neighborhood is quite. Internet and television service all work perfectly.

Staff was great, room clean, nice and quiet.

Great place to stay for events at Orion Amphitheater! Had everything we needed and very convenient location. The kitchen was great for our four night stay. Having a separate sleeping area was really helpful.

Comfy

Beds were super comfortable! My kids liked the fact that there were 2 tvs in the room. Could have been slightly cleaner.

Highly recommended this place for longer stays. Specious room with good layout, nice kitchen with full equipped necessary items. We had a good time stayed there for couple nights with our dog.

Nice quiet location. Had a stain on my sheet but otherwise it was a fit to what I was looking for. Weekend getaway that was very reasonably priced

Close to a lot of convenient things - Target and close to Rocket Center. Overall very positive experience. The kitchen could have been better stocked.

Great comfortable spacious room

This was a great room for the family of six and also a great value. Only thing were the floors were a little dirty, but I’m pretty sure that’s every hotel room I’ve ever been at. Other than that, the room was very clean! They provide shampoo and soap in the shower, but there was no soap to wash your hands at the sink. I didn’t bother calling the front desk, cause I already had some soap with me so no biggie. But the beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and they had a huge TV!

We live staying here. The fact that it had a sitting area and mini kitchen was wonderful for our group. We will definitely choice Stayapt again if one near are destination.

Huge room but it’s only alright.

Nice hotel and concept. The room is spacious but the tubs are small and the floors, bedside lamps, shower curtain, sofas, dishes, and bar stool chairs were DIRTY!! It smelt wet or like sitting water in my room.

It was fine.

I stayed here while attending a workshop. It was pretty clean and convenient. In the room, there was a moldy coffee packet in the coffee maker, the living room TV had no picture, and the keypad, while it worked, was broken on the inside. Definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it was cheap and not sketchy.

I will stay here again and again. The room was very nice and clean both in and outside. The staff was amazing and helpful. It was close to local dinning and kids activities

Cleanliness ,quiet, modern interior and in a great area . One suggestion is providing some more appliances to use otherwise I enjoyed my stay as a first time guest. I’ll be back and will refer to friends 👍

Loved the apartment style concept for extended stay (4 nights). If there was a downside it would be the noise from the amove room, it sounded like kids were running around all day/evening. Amenities included dish ware and table setting for 4, a small skillet, a 2qt pot and 2qt deep skillet and toaster. Brought some additional cooking supplies from home after reading other reviews to cut down on eating out for all meals. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by, 5 min drive. Target, Walmart, fast food down the road and sit down restaurants. There’s an open patio in the middle for guests that has patio furniture and grill for use. Would definitely look for more facilities like this for stays over 2 nights. Pricing was great, was nice to have two rooms, each had a large tv. The living/kitchen area was comfortable for hanging out.

Not like other hotels. This is extended stay. There was not always a person at the front desk.

Over all pretty good.

Over all pretty satisfied, staff was helpful and friendly especially Miss Sara. Kitchen wasn’t stocked well, burnt pans, 2 forks, one spoon and not much else. Bathroom sink was awful, the spout was so short every time you ran water it went all over the back of the counter and got everything wet. Beds were comfortable. No drawers to unpack your clothes and no stand for your suitcase so it was on the floor.

Hot water takes a few minutes to warm up, doesn’t get hot. The office closes at 5pm. The on call person lives there so she will meet you in the office.

Apartment style, but hotel feel

Lyn at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. She went above and beyond. We were able to get into our room earlier than expected after an 11 hour overnight drive, which was extremely appreciative. The room was very clean and quiet. All that I look for in a hotel (yes, it was very much like a hotel stay).

The shower curtain was a little dirty and not soap in the soap dispenser. But everything else was good.

It was great, comfortable and clean. We had sime issues with the digital key but it was manageable and the front staff helped.

Great value!

We were so pleasantly surprised by StayApt. It was exactly as advertised, which was awesome! We told everyone we met in Huntsville that asked where we were staying about it because it was such a value. Everything was clean, the staff was lovely, and even the other guests were great. We had a crack in our toilet seat and they immediately replaced the seat! We will definitely stay at StayApts whenever we can, I wish there were more!

Home away from home.

Great place to stay. My wife and I was getting work done to our home and needed a place to stay for a few days. The kitchen living area bathroom and bedroom. Was very clean and comfortable.

Only thing was how the housekeeping staff allowed the doors to loudly close shut every few minutes during the day. I was trying to do work calls and just hearing this constant noise during the morning times was extremely aggravating. Otherwise, everything was great

Staff checked in with me prior to the trip to inquire about arrival time and the check-in procedure itself was fast and easy. Front desk staff was very friendly! The room is very spacious and definitely had an apartment feel. Very clean and well-maintained.

Overall nice, will stay again. Basic hotel, no frills.

The staff was friendly. I booked 2 queen beds with sofa bed but was given a king bed with sofa bed. They said that you get what is available. This is not what was expected-I would have booked another hotel or vacation rental if I had known. Be aware that you get a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven but there is no soap (for the kitchen) or kitchen towel. You get bath soap and shampoo but no conditioner.

Execellent service especially upon arrival everything was very clean,our room was large and confortable.I would liked to stay another day .I recommend it and has everything you need around.

Budget friendly

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great place for travel on a budget because you have a full kitchen - including a dishwasher - right in your room! A quick stop at the local grocery store and your set for the duration of your stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! No one bothered me and it was a very nice facility.

I liked the ease of check-in and the easy parking. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist when possible. I liked the quiet environment of an extended stay and the ability to exit my room to the outside (no noisy hallway). I could put my kids down at 9 pm, hang out in the living area, and didn't have to worry about disruptions from the outside. The place appears new, the room was well stocked, and everything was in good working order. The downsides. As this is an extended stay, you don't get daily service, but you can borrow things like brooms and vacuums, and get additional towels and coffee packets. There are also no frills like a swimming pool if you are traveling with little ones, but they do have a fitness room. Also, there is no attendant on site after hours.
