Special Instructions

The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of USD 25 at check-out. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.
