Nice place to stay, great staff. Loved the location.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded my son not once but twice! The rooftop pool and the bar below it are super cool. Super accessible, the Nimman and other areas like the night market. Great on-site, food options, upscale cocktails, and more!

The place was nice and just what I needed on my trip. It was within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping center, and it was easy to find rides to other places that I wanted to visit. If I return on another trip, I could stay here again.

Clean and quiet, but don't go for the gym

Pros: Clean Rooms and Comfortable Bed: The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed, though we did request smaller pillows, as the ones provided were too thick. Friendly Staff and Quick Service: The staff were polite and very helpful, providing fast service throughout our stay. Pool: My wife enjoyed the pool, which was clean and nice for a quick dip during the day when it was empty. However, it’s quite small and would be crowded with more than a few people. Cons: Bathroom Issues: Our bathroom had an unpleasant, persistent odor that detracted from the experience. I also slipped on the wet shower floor, cutting my foot on a rusty trash can that needs replacing. Tiny “Gym”: I chose this hotel for its advertised "gym," which turned out to be the disappointment. It’s the size of a bathroom, filled with three large machines (one treadmill that was out of order) and a single bench with a few dumbbells. The only floor space was occupied by a guest doing air squats, making it impossible for more than one person to exercise comfortably. Needless to say, I couldn’t use the gym. Limited Cafe Service: The hotel’s cafe at the front was closed in the morning, which was inconvenient. I had to leave the hotel to find coffee each day. Location Challenges: Grab drivers had difficulty finding the hotel, and I missed a meeting because of the delays. Overall, while the rooms are comfortable and the staff pleasant, the hotel facilities could use improvement.

The room was quite nice for a short stay. The housekeeping occurs quite late in the day so we staid forget it as we just got back from a busy day. Aircon was a bit too cold even after turning temp up. The gym is a waste of space and the pool area very small. 5 people and it’s crowded. It’s in a great area but next time we will go to our usual hotel.

Great stay, the staff were very attentive

The property and staff felt friendly. The room was excellent. There was some noise from being under the pool but other than that it was a great stay. This hotel at least right now in off season is popular for Chinese tourist so breakfast was Chinese food, which frankly was a nice break from all the western and thai food.

Perfect

Clean and comfortable beds and room, although I’m not a fan of the bed on a plinth rather than floor, or the window to the bathroom (thankfully there was a blind). Breakfast was largely cooked Asian, with some fruit, eggs and cereals. Good location for eateries and bars and scooter rental.

Like everything in this hotel, especially Nema, also Junior. They are very nice and always listen and give helps when need it. Will definitely stay this hotel again if come to Chiang Mai next time.

Trip with Friends

Overall satisfactory. Rooms facing the road and shops were noisy at night (karaoke singing till 1230am). Also assigned a room with no view (block by the building structure). Such room should not be assign unless approval is seek. Afterall a full price is paid same like other room. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Breakfast spread is acceptable but nothing to shout out. Location is near 1 Nimman Mall.

In the Nimman area was good. But the shower head kept spraying a river outside the shower and after I cleaned it with towels, management wanted me to pay for dirty towels !!!

A lot of mold in the shower that we are not accustomed to. Also we did not receive room service on the 24th of January and found it just easier to purchase some toiletries and water from seven eleven cuz several times over the course of our stay we had to address it to front desk to get our room serviced. Otherwise the hotel was very contemporary and conveniently located! The bed mattress was super comfortable but view outside our room was extremely dissapointing though as we stared at a rundown and abandoned building as apposed to a view of the city. Nevertheless, we were overall very pleased with our stay considering the price range. Just need to attend to better timely room service and some maintenance in shower!

Beautiful property, lovely and accomodating staff, very convenient area to a lot of tourist areas that were not too far away. The rooms are decorated nice and what made the property even better were the smiles and greetings from the staff.

I liked the location of the property. It was a convenient and walkable to shopping and dining. The rooftop pool is nice. There is a bar but that doesn’t seem to be available. The gym is very small, not well air conditioned and some of the equipment isn’t working. The rooms are not totally soundproof.

My wife and I stayed here for a month , Beautiful facilities, staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Located in great area ,food shopping night markets etc , all with in walking distance .

The cleanliness and service is satisfactory and also walking distance to one nimman which we only discovered on our last day.... what I really didn't like is that the room is totally NOT soundproof, be prepared to be awoken by birds chirping and pecking at the glass window at early hours of the morning.

Amazing stay!

Overall we enjoyed this hotel. When we first got there they tried to give us a room we hadn’t booked so we had to go back down and make sure we got the room we booked however the staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay. The room was nice and the hotel was in a walkable distance to the shopping malls and markets. Pretty good location. It’s out the way of the main strip but it’s easily accessible to get everywhere. We would come back again :)

Easily 4 star hotel with the size of the room and the bathroom. Slippers, safe, and all other toiletries were provided. Even signature bathrobes if that is important to you. The rooftop pool was easy to access. They have two pools with one on each building which were side by side. Small weight room and usable. Easy to call grab from the location. 5 min walk to Maya mall and the surrounding area. Lots of little coffee shops and bars all within close range. Nimman area appears to be a slightly upscale area. Excellent stay and wld stay there again. I stayed 4 nights.

Easy to walk to lots of places close by, spoilt for choice, cafe and bar at hotel ground floor lovely. Rooms cleaned daily, spotless and quiet. We loved Chiang Mai thank you!

Stayed 6 nights in the hotel,location it's good, close to the Mayan Mall and lots of shops around.Staff very friendly and helpfull.Breakfast a little poor lacking choices but have enough food.Room is good,smaller but comfortable.Overall good experience I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel but noisy area

Great Location

Stay with Nimman was in an ideal location especially for couples hoping to check out the City. IWe stayed 3 nights and the room is a big small for my taste. Cleanliness is okay, but not horrible. Overall a comfortable stay.

quiet and clean. but just providing one chair for two peoples was not enough, we had to request one more. and then, tissues didn't refill full when we checked in, it's finished all next morning.

Would recommend this hotel based on it's amenities (two pools - both fairly small but little used by other guests), good location in Nimman and decent rooms with a fairly good range of breakfast options included. Staff are helpful as well. If the room is on offer/reduced then some good deals are available here!

Great staff - great facilities- is excellent location - lots of excellent shops and restaurants right in Nimmanhemin. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, they’re genuinely nice here. Downside - bring your own lotion and bathrobe 😂😂😂

The property and room were nice. The location was also nice and there were a lot of food options around the resort. The pool was nice, although it was a lot smaller than expected.

Perfect stay for a perfect getaway

Love every minute fo staying at Nimman Chiang Mai. Perfect location, super nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. We would def come back again.

Hotel is relatively new. Condition is good. Breakfast is a decent buffet with made to order eggs and coffee (latte, espresso, etc.). They have a selection of sausage, stir fry, fruits, etc. Hotel staff were very friendly at all times. The only substantial complaint is that the WiFi was virtually useless. I was using iPads, iPhons and a MacBook Pro that all worked great on other networks, but I kept getting dropped off the hotel network. They even did a system upgrade while we were there and it still remained totally unreliable. The exercise room is minimalistic, but at least it’s there. The pool is quite nice, though whoever designed the spa seating is seriously incompetent.

Well located hotel with speedy wifi

The hotel is very well located - a 5 minute walk from various shopping centres and a short taxi ride to the old town. Check in was smooth and the room was in a very good condition. Very speedy wifi too. The only criticism would be that the TV reception could be better. Otherwise, recommended.

Fantastic experience!

This stay was better than I imagined, the staff was very friendly! Junior was so helpful and very professional, and the rest of the staff! The entire hotel was very clean, the room was super nice. I only have good things to say about this hotel

A good hotel in Chiangmai

Happy with my stay here. Apart from great service, good breakfast and comfortable room (except for no view and the air conditioning was placed too close to the bed), the location was very good too. All in all, a good hotel!

Very newer property and nice rooms. The aircon worked great one of my must when traveling to areas with warm weather. Very modern room with usb outlets. Hot water was hot and pressure of it was ok. They said they upgraded my room which ws street side with big windows which was nice too bad the hotel wasnt night so you could see more of the city but not knocking that. The pool looked nice I just never got to swim in threre. Great little area to be able to find some places to eat and drink. A few streets over Nimman Social was a cold place to eat at. The recommended I grab a cab or tuk tuk when I leave. I guess they don’t have a doorman and they didn’t hail me one down. That would be the only knock on the place but overall a nice clean modern place I would recommend

Location was convenient to lots of cafes and food options in Nimman. New and clean hotel with polite staff.Comfy bed,good breakfast . Shower room has no curtain and make the whole room wet including toilet. Stay with Nimman was the best hotel we stayed

Pleasant Stay

Glad we did not encounter the issues shared other customers such as shower, toilet. Breakfast is decent for small hotel. We had twin room and aircon is facing directly one bed, may be a problem for some. Easy to walk to Maya, One Nimman. Overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Great small boutique hotel

Staying here was amazing. The place is immaculately clean. The staff were very kind, generous, helpful & accommodating. They were very helpful in making phone calls for me in Thai and also booking me a Muay Thai boxing class. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable. I liked the scent as well of the bath soaps and hair products. Breakfast had several options including Thai or Western breakfast. They also had an egg bar where you could order eggs to your pleasing. During my stay, I had laundry services completed including dry cleaning. Since I was able to get my laundry in before 10 AM, I received my nicely cleaned clothes by the end of the day. One thing that could have been better with the laundry was a checklist to note exactly what I needed. When my clothes were picked up, I already self sorted the clothes between dry cleaning and regular and had to explain this. One thing I noted was being able to easily hear people in the hallway. Also, on a few occasions I thought the electricity in my room stopped working. After it happening the second time, the staff informed me to keep one of my room keys in the designated key holder by the door. The key itself is helpful with saving energy; it if it is not in the designated key holder, it will turn off the electricity in your room. I wish this was informed when I initially checked in.

Beautiful hotel, nice location

Nice location in the Nimmanhaemin area, great restaurants nearby. Need a car to get to the walled city, but very inexpensive (around 90baht or 3 USD). Great service, nice clean rooms. Pool area is lacking enough lounge chairs, but otherwise a nice area. Would benefit from food/drink service on the pool floor.

Stayed here for 3 nights. If you rely on WiFi this place is not for you. 99% of the time you can’t connect and the 1% that you do it’s not fast at all. The property and hotel are beautiful. I love that there is a cafe, and the Thai Iced Coffee is good. Two pools on the top floor and both were empty the one day I went up there for a swim. There is also a cigar and wine bar that I did not have an opportunity to try out. Rooms were a good size with lots of area for storage. Not sure if it was just my room or if all of the rooms are the same/similar but the way the AC until is positioned it blows right on the bed and you are freezing your face off all night, otherwise it’s too hot if you turn it off. Also the room has a weird smell when you just come in. No baby cribs/cots available, but if you get a king sized room it’s not bad. Great location! Restaurants, cafes, ice cream right outside the hotel.

Nice Stay

New hotel with beautiful design and decoration. Nice friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early which was very nice. Room is nice and clean, a bit smaller than my expectation. There are international power sockets in the room. Free mini bar coffee and drinks etc. But bathroom is a bit small and the glass separates the shower and toilet is too short, which wets the whole bathroom after shower. Location is perfect, close to nimman road, lots food and shopping surrounding. The rooftop top pool is very nice.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at the hotel. Very new hotel, rooms were exceptional, very comfortable, felt like being home. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, they did everything they could to help me. The hotel is close to restaurants, the mall, and night life. It's in a really good area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I will certainly go there again.

Nice and brand new hotel in the center if Nimman. Nimman is a nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and little bars, though it's quite far from the biggest touristic places. The hotel is clean and very comfortable.
