Very close to nearby attractions

The hotel is in a position where there’s a lot of bars and clubs so if you’re going to relax, it’s gonna be a little hard in this hotel but the hotel is very nice so is the staff

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel as a solo traveller. When I checked in, I was advised that I had been upgraded by the manager to a premium king size room on the top floor (18th floor). I had arrived early in the morning at around 09:30 and they let me check in and go to the room for a small charge which suited me after a long flight. The room itself was really good, the bed was comfy and all amenities were included. Thanks for a perfect stay, I felt that I was treated with luxury especially for the price I paid!

Poor housekeeping

Toilet bowl choked during our stay. Housekeeping don’t bother to clean and check the toilet bowl.

Maintenance guy was great! Fixed my air conditioning and the shower drain. Nothing he could do about the slow WiFi and poor signal. Then they had electrical issues and all the elevators and escalators stopped working. Had to walk 15 flights of stairs to get back and forth to my room. Took a solid 24 hours to fix

What I didn’t like was the service of the staff there. Some of them were very rude when you asked them to come and do something. It took them forever to do if there’s something broken down or something like that it took them forever to fix it. the fact that you gotta pay extra for cleaning is a joke and they don’t have phones to contact reception in the room. You have to go down to talk to reception. I thought that was a bit silly.

A bustling area filled with small shops and street vendors... In my opinion, it's not advisable to wander around at night with the family (it might not be safe).

Good Valie

Good value for money and very close to the action. Central location to restaurants and bars. Can also walk to Pavilion or Low Yat. Would stay here again and bring ear plugs too.

The location was good and a short walk to areas I want to visit. Dinning was limited and for paid breakfast was really a disappointment

Despite of room decaying conditions Ali the Service man was a very helpful honest and cheerful man who cleaned my room so perfectly putting attention to detail and looking after my staying for anything I needed. So I praise Ali for being a perfect staff member on his job for this property. Other than that I have no many comments other than to suggest a refurbishing of rooms and a intercom in the room for emergency

Overall should say ok. Value for money.

Awesome location- night life and markets. Great places to eat. Very safe. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Can't wait to stay there again.

great location and value

A night clubber’ delight.

The location was excellent and so was the price per night. As it was in the nightclub district, it was noisy in the wee hours of the morning but that is to be expected.

The area was near the night life which I didnt really fancy. But the property itself was well maintained and staff service was good.

Excellent location

the staff is friendly except for 1 staff at reception has body odour,need to improve. the room is comfy,nice bed. the location is nice,walking distance to great places 300-500m walking. the pool was scary,not well maintained & not suggest if u have children to play at the pool. overall i give rating 9/10 for the stay.

The hotel is ok but the price is not right

The location was good. Very close to the food streets and local attractions. The hotel had a very loud renovation that bothered us during the whole stay. The hotel had not informed us about it. During the renovation it was impossible to stay at the pool or sleep.

I've been to twice. This hotel is located very convince. I'd like to stay there when visiting KL.

繁華街のど真ん中でとても便利ではありますが、車は停めづらい場所です。 近くには24時間営業のコンビニがたくさんあり、lot10も近いので、買い物も便利です。 アメニティは、歯ブラシ、石鹸などがありました。 部屋の照明が暗いので、こちらが気になりました。 5階にプールと、ジムがあります。

The hotel is closely located to sights, overall staff were incredibly helpful and kind, from the GM to the pool staff. Pool was great, large enough for the hotel size. The room is comfortable, with a great bed. The only negative aspect is the noise on the street due to the many bars with loud music.

The hotel situated in the heart of KL city. Just 3 min walk to Jalan Alor, 1 min walk to Bar street and 5 min walk to mrt station. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to friends to choose this hotel.

cockraoches running...ceiling leaking water..

予約する前にこの投稿を読んで下さい。 エアコンのファンが大きな異音を発していた。 修理が行くので部屋で待てと言われたが来ない。 フロントに行って長時間交渉してやっと部屋を変えてくれたがダウングレードの部屋だった。 周辺の街から爆音の音楽が午前３時まで続き、浅い眠りしかできなかった。 このホテルだけではなく、この地域一帯のホテルは避けた方が賢明と思う。

清潔とは言い難いけど、立地が素晴らしいです。部屋によると思いますが、KLタワーが綺麗に見えました。ペトロナスツインはちょっと見えます。ただ騒がしい場所なので賑やかな場所が嫌いな人には辛いかもです。

クアラルンプール1番の繁華街中心Bukit bintang駅から歩いて5分深夜まで賑わうショッピング街や夜市、飲食店マッサージ店のある中のホテルで最高のロケーションにホテルの品格、プール朝食も豊富で美味しいコスパも良いです。次期に宿泊料金が値上がりするのではと思い心配するほど最高でした。

ロケーションはアロー通り近くて駅にも比較的アクセス良かったです。 水回りはお湯はきちんと出ます。 夜遅くまで飲み歩きたい方にはいいと思います。
