They’re not even aware of the discount prices rules that the hotels.com gives to the silver and gold members. Just because the price i paid didn’t match with the price you ruled over internet, doesn’t mean you will degrade the room without checking on the website.

Hi good day, i didn’t notice that I book a mix dormitory, but it’s fine because the front desk manage to get me a single BR. but the room is too hot. she don’t even recommended room with AC room. I’m working in the hotel company but ur place is too poor. specially the linen is too old need some change. Location was great for single lady staying to that area. Rooftop is great for socializing. Food is great. The no AC room is too hot. But all in all thanks god I survived. Only 1 star for me. In the hotel business we need to make sure the our beloved customer is satisfied and comptable. I think u can do better than that maybe little bit of upgrade room linen and hope u add on some towels too, ur location is great. Just telling base on my experience.

Very lively hostel in the heart of Manila. Edgar the manager is always willing to help. The roof top bar offers nice nights with people from very different horizons
TravellerWill never stay in a mixed gender no privacy room
I paid for three nights but when I checked in and see the room, I was horrified to see men in the same room. I guess i didn’t understand or know that the room was mixed with men and women and only one toilet. I never expected it to be that way. Far beyond what I thought. I expected 6 most 8 people in the room all women only. So I left to find another place to stay took my bag and never came back to use the bed.

Great budget stay in Manila, showers worked well, clean rooms. Rooftop bar served good selection of food, WiFi only working in the bar - not in the rooms. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Stay Malate Hostel
This hostel has a good location. It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. The hostel has a good Wifi service and I found the staff to be friendly. I am certain I will stay at this hostel again in the future.
