Good hotel, great service

Fantastic customer service, a great hotel experience overall and arguably the best location you could ask for. “Annie” contacted me via WhatsApp before checking in to open a dialogue, and was all too happy to help with anything she could throughout my stay. The hotel arranged airport pick up driver was not visible upon arrival, but was easily fixed because I had a direct connection to the hotel. Excellent overall value, and the buffet breakfast was above average. The only real negative was the grotty condition of the swimming pool and the gym that was unusable. I would not hesitate returning to Starcity. Thanks team!

Beautiful beachfront property

Service Service Service.The staff here led by Annie and her management team make this a beautiful property.Perfectly located with spectacular ocean front view with 180 degrees view depending on room type and own private beach.Walking distance to a nearby market for shopping and a few mins drive from cable car.Restaurant/bars opposite which can be noisy quite late but thats Nha Trang and can add to atmosphere.Beautiful breakfast setting.My only minor negative which did raise with property was some hot food items was often just lightly warm as if food not turned often enough or heat warmers flame not sufficient but recommend this property if love the beach and the rolling ocean

Relaxing visit - thoughtful staff

Beautiful hotel right across the street from the beach. Centrally located. Excellent staff. Ms. Annie and the team were superb making sure I had everything until my departure even thoughtfully giving me a room upgrade and handling transportation to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Annie was extremely helpful, ask for her assistance and you will have everything you need. Bath areas in the room didn’t have any shower gel/shampoo holders - which I thought was rather useless. Don’t take the laundry bags in the room, they charge 90k VND for them. We loved the Sailing club and easy beach access

Worthy to stay hotel in Nha Trang.

Three days' vacation in Nha Trang and stay at Starcity Hotel & condotel goes by fast. We enjoy being at this hotel very much. It's clean, and quiet, with good service, warm welcome check-in, and free parking, the buffet breakfast is acceptable. The only minus is that the Wi-Fi at the hotel runs at the same speed as a turtle.

Beachfront with very friendly staff and nice rooms

Star City was an exceptional hotel which was right across from the beach. Annie was extremely helpful and always a joy to be around and made sure we always had a great stay there. Dung was also extremely nice and helpful to us so me and my girlfriend thank them and the rest of the staff. We originally got upgraded to room on the 13th floor buy the toilet didn't work and was unrepairable so they moved us to another room on the 7th floor the next night which was beach view and just as nice. It was a very nice spacious room with a nice bathroom and very clean as well. Housekeeping was kind of annoying though and was always knocking on our door at the most inconvenient times to clean the room but other than that I had a pretty enjoyable stay in Nha Trang while I was there. It's also close to some shopping malls and I front of the Russian district with lots of good and affiliates food. The $12 all you can eat hot pot buffet in the mall is a must place to try as well. Other than a lot of people haggling us on the beach to get a taxi or to buy other stuff it was very nice stay there.

Very nice hotel unless you need a working frig

Love the location and the rooms are nice. Price is right. This place is right across the street from sailing club. The bathrooms are nice. The only negative thing is their hotel frig DO NOT work. It doesnt even keep it "cool". Why such a nice hotel and you cheap out on a refrigerator? Besides that, love the hotel.

First off I will say a big thanks to Annie the hotel manager. She is great reaching out ahead of time to confirm rooms and connecting with the guest She is also a life saver as we had some issues with our flight meaning that I arrive later than the rest of the family. She helped them translate with the taxi service and also checked the family in earlier Annie goes above and beyond and make sure her guests feels welcomed and enjoy the stay The hotel is clean, spacious and really well located. It is in the center and 10 mins walk from the night market. It is 2 mins to the beach and the hotel has benches and umbrellas on the beach too The breakfast is a good mix of western and Vietnamese food. Enjoyed every moment of it Didn’t use the pool and fitness center so can’t comment there but it is available There are also towels for the beach

I loved the location. It was in the middle of everything and you could walk right to the beach. The staff was very helpful. The manager Annie was super friendly and made sure everything was up to standard. I will stay here again if I visit Nha Trang in the future.

Excellent

Nice hotel, directly across the road from the beach, and right in the middle of most restaurants and shopping. We had a beach view room which was very spacious, lots of windows and an excellent view. The room was very clean, bathroom was large, and bed was very comfortable. We took the breakfast buffet option, and we pleased with the freshness and variety of food available. ( a nice mix of various Asian dishes, as well as plenty of western options ). Coffee was great! A big plus is the Airport Bus Stop is directly across the street, which makes getting to and from Cam Rahn airport really really easy ! We will definately try to book this hotel on our next trip to Nha Trang!

Just beautiful hotel

One of the best in nha trang. The service is impeccable, breakfast fab with too much choice. Worth every penny. The beach front is across a busy road but its beautiful with a park between the beach & road. We walked miles. Only negative is not enough sunbeds on the private beach area for the number of guests. Probs hundreds of guests but 20 sun loungers.

Nice location and somehow I got free upgrade really thank you so much! However, I really want to suggest you to make a better arrangement for the basement, if make it more clean and the motorbike parking in good orders it would be perfect! But overall, I really had a good stay

Comfortable, clean, helpful

Really nice hotel. Good location. Comfortable and large rooms. The staff very friendly and helpful (especially Annie from the guest services team). Wide selection of breakfast options. Adequate gym and a good spa with different and affordable massage options. The only slight drawback was that there was a bar nearby that played crazy loud music until 2am. Needed earplugs. Next time, I'll request a room at the back.

We loved this hotel. It was right across from the beach and close to shops, everything you need. Our room had a beautiful view of the strip and the beach looking toward the lotus flower building. The pool is nice too. We didn't get the breakfast as we are vegans and thought there wouldn't be too many options and instead we went around the corner and had vegan banh mi from the lovely woman and her cart. The hotel has its own private set of beach chairs at the beach too. I think other ones were about 70k if you wanted to sit elsewhere. Next time I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, and provided great service. The location and views were good as well. The downside is that my wife was tortured by bedbugs, and left with countless bites.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Annie. We loved her energy and enthusiasm and she was an asset to enjoying our stay. We were upgraded to a 21st floor room with a great view of the beach. The hotel is modern and nice, and right across from the beach in a good area of town. Breakfast had a large selection of food, the quality was 3.5/5. Many good alternatives nearby. Overall a great place to stay in Nha Trang and good price. Loved the free foot massage that was included in the booking price.

Location of this property is excellent. Breakfast menu was same throughout my stay. The room flooring had worn off in places and uneven in few others.

Great place to Stay.

Amazing place, amazing location and service was exceptional. Only slight problem was other residents on our floor who were noisy but a quick call to reception got that resolved. Great hotel - keep up the high standards and service.

The property is well located opposite the beach. They have private area for guests on the beach just show room key and get towel and seat with umbrella. The staff area exceptional, professional and go out of the way to assist you. Our customer relations officer Annie was a dream and helped us with everything we needed. The food staff are also professionals and Lilly made sure we looked after when ever we were in the restaurant. My wife and I highly recommend this accommodation.

Beachfront and the view from the hotel is just amazing. Close to everything you could possibly want. Annie at Guest Services is so friendly and looked after our family.

Love the hotel, the location and the staffs. The only thing is s it is right in front of a beach club. Great location if you love the party. It’s a little too noisy for me because the club music was loud enough to reach the 18th floor until 2 am.

Great stay

The location was incredible. Everything was nice. I would probably stay at a higher up level next time, as the music in the sailing club opposite the hotel still disturbed our rest. However, overall good.

I liked the staff the most. They were very friendly with excellent English language skills. In particular Annie Nguyen from Customer Relations was exceedingly helpful and she made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed.

Nice hotel!

Located at the ocean, in the middle of all actions, everything at walking distance. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The room we stayed in was sufficient, nice partial view of the ocean, the only issue I had is the bathroom wasn’t clean, end the smell was bad. They have a small swimming pool, full of screaming kids, so forget relaxation. People of course smoke, so prepare to second hand smoke everywhere. Otherwise it’s a good hotel for the price, but next time somewhere else.

Staffs was always there to help what ever concern related to staying at the hotel or travel arrangement. I would stay there again and will refer this hotel to friends and foes.

An nice tourist hotel. The upside: Perfect location. The view was amazing! The spa service was very good, the hotel and wait staff were friendly. The downside: Our room looked tired....the walls were a bit dirty, minor repairs needed. So many tour groups, breakfast was crowded and noisy, food was not replenished quickly. The spa was also noisy, full of tour group people. Masses of people in lobby in morning. Overall, decent place we just prefer smaller, less crowded hotels.

Like staying in a top European 5* city hotel but at a tenth the price and with lovely helpful staff. Roof top bar has an amazing river view. Truly faultless.

StarCity Nha Trang

The hotel was just as described. It was right across the street from the sailing club where you can have a drink or eat. The beach is walking distance. The room was clean and nice.

Happy with the stay.

The hotel location is not quite close to downtown or night market, but you still get private beach. Staffs listen for your concern and accommodate your needs. But the room’s bathtub design is bad. Water always went out when bathing. Our family booked three rooms in total. All bathrooms have the same problem. I booked a premium studio room which is more pricey but the room is not much different with other cheaper room. Rooms are clean.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Nice hotel, location is very convenient, close to the beach. But in weekend this hotel full of Chinese tourists. Breakfast is oriented for Chinese cuisine. My friends stayed in the room with holey curtains. There is very small pool also.

Overall,I've been very impressed with the warm hospitality of the hotel's staff and the services I have been provided with. It was my first visit to South East Asia and my first hotel in Vietnam. The StarCity Nha Trang hotel is situated in a very good area, in the centre of the tourist area, in front of the seaside.Upon arriving I've been treated with a great honour, I was accommodated in a spacious ,light,comfortable room with a great view to the sea. My room was clean and tidy and the maids ensured that my room was immaculate on daily basis,they supplied the amenities like shampoo,conditioner or gel into the bathroom regularly and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful... I used the washing and ironing service and I stayed very happy with the result.The indoor pool was true to the photographs upon the hotel's website,large, clean and warm too,it was a great way to start the morning!! The buffet breakfast was superb for me,huge variety of different dishes,fresh vegetables and fruits-everything was amazing! The restaurant and the bar are both good, good menu and meals are not expensive at all! As I said I was impressed by the great standard of the hotel, by all the staff providing the exceptional service within the hotel. Wonderful staff, comfy beds, good location

Great location, fantastic staff, lovely modern bathroom and comfy beds....also the hotel has an ATM attached to it which is very convenient (because you will need to carry cash). We can not say enough about the staff at this hotel, especially Tracy! Friendly staff that genuinely cares that you are getting everything you need to have a good experience....and after seeing how many very rude guests they endure, I just don't know how they keep in such good spirits. The beach facility is right across the street...chaise lounges and umbrellas are provided. The Sailing Club (unaffiliated restaurant) is right across the street if you don't care to walk or cab to a good restaurant you have one at your doorstep! If the beach gets to hot Star City has a lovely indoor pool and we did take advantage of the spa for pedicures (well done). I absolutely would stay here again if we return to beautiful Nha Trang.

Great staff - great beach

Arranged airport shuttle - money well spent. Private car pick up from airport after long day of travel was wonderful. Check was effortless and took only a few minutes. Upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a fabulous view but, this is where is gets a little funky. The room has a cook top kitchenette set up put the hotel does not allow cooking in the rooms (!?) The room description on Expedia also indicates that every room has a fireplace (!??) Our room did not have a fireplace. The room was large and fairly clean but had been abused. The closet doors were difficult to open and close and the walls had stains from previous guests. Although we had an incredible view from the 20th floor, the windows were dirty both inside and out. The breakfast buffet included a great selection of foods for all tastes but staff struggled to kept the buffet full and tidy. The dining room was not kept very clean during the breakfast service. The pool area was beautiful and loungers comfortable. We often had the entire area all too ourselves. The private beach area was also nice and we always had a choice of loungers - was never full. We too had noise from the Sailing Club across the street from this hotel. Unfortunately for us, this restaurant is an all night dance club in the evenings - which would be a benefit to some. Overall, we a very pleasant stay - shout out to Ryan and Annie - the people working at this hotel really make it special.

Apparently a nice hotel but...

This is presented as a nice/modern hotel, however: First, the hotel is in front of the beach and in front of a bar/dancing place, so you can imagine the music during all night long and the volume. Second, the staff has a limited nor knowledge of English so the majority of the time, no communication between us and the staff. Third, the lady who is in the reception and presented us the room is the typical door to door sales people to try to please and convince us with poor arguments. Fourth, the breakfast included is far away a buffet nor/and a continental breakfast. They split the guests between them who paid the complete pension and us who paid the breakfast. Last one, they proposed a buffet dinner in the middle of the main entrance however, this main entrance is close to the street, with the frozen food without any right procedure of dis frozen, etc.

Great Hotel, not suitable for families.

Booked a family suite thinking we we would have a room with two double beds. Instead received a room with one double and one single. Discussed it with the management team which we they requested if we could tolerate for one night and the management team would follow it up the next day. We did not hear anything back, we gave up after our 3rd night. Room suitable for young children who are happy to share, not big enough for older children.

Beautiful hotel, excellent services,close to beach

Very please with this hotel. All Staffs and services are excellent. Room is very clean, comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. The beach is very close just need to cross the street. Location is very convenient,restaurants and small markets near by. We stayed there only 2 nights and regretted that we were able to stay longer (due to our schedule had to flight to different destination) We would like to send our appreciation to all staffs at the front desk, the one who was helpings our luggages and booked the transfer to the airport for us. Thanks again for your professional, excellent team work and very quick respond to help us to find the cell phone was lost. Overall, We definitely will come back to this hotel for our next trip

Friendly staff / beachfront view / good location

Wifi was painfully slow. Only good for email, not for business or video. Hotel staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Central location, close to restaurants, bars, clubs- but can be noisy late into the night! Beautiful view!

Nice staff, perfect location

I was traveling alone so this place was a bit more than I needed. It's massive and more for families. However, the staff were attentive, maybe more so because I'm Vietnamese American and speak Vietnamese. Some expressed to me that they're a bit worn down by rude Chinese and Russian guests. The location is perfect for Nha Trang, just across the street from Sailing Club and lots of food options.

Changed room 3 times. First room walked in smell horible, second room waa better but as soon as I sat down on the bed i can smell the same horible smell coming from the bed. The hotel looks old. I would never stay here again. No 4 stars hotel toilet should looks like the one in the attached picture.

직원들은 아주 친절함. 도움을 주고자 노력하는 모습 좋음 밤에 자는데는 아주 시크러움 해변에 가까이 있으면 시끄러운 단점이 있음 (행사가 있는 주말에 특히)

시설도 깔끔하고, 직원들 서비스도 좋았습니다. 위치도 세일링클럽 앞이라 저녁에 놀다가 들어가기도 편했구요. 다음에도 재방문의사 100%입니다^^

観光や食事のアクセスは便利で部屋も満足。 Wifiがつながらない、エレベーターの待ちが長いことが不便。 同フロアの子連れ客のマナーが酷かった。 クレームしなくともホテル側で注意していただきたい。

오션뷰는 비추합니다. 세일링클럽때문에 너무시끄러워요.. 디제이가 무슨노래트는지 사람들 환호소리 마저 다들립니다. 다른방은 소리 안난다고 그럽니다. 나머지 방상태 및 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다

위치는 중심부와 가까워서 최고예요!! 밤에 다니기에도 큰길가에 있어서 좋아요. 대신 근처에 클럽?이 있는지 소음은 정말... 차소리도 좀 시끄럽다 싶긴 했는데 노래소리때문에 고생했네요ㅠㅠ

가격을 고려하면 위치나 서비스의 친절함은 다 만족스럽습니다. 특히 프라이빗비치 서비스가 제공되서 해변에 비취체어랑 수건을 주는건 가격을 생각했을때 가징 장점이구요. 다만, 밤늦게 주변에 클럽때문에 시끄럽고 욕실 블라인드에서 곰팡이가 보였습니다. 이건 두의하시면 되요
