There was an undisclosed cash deposit required, the room did not look as nice as it did in the photos, there were baby roaches smacked on the wall, the beds were stained, there were holes in different parts of the room and restroom.

They literally stereotype me and they said I couldn't stay and they're canceling and refunding my room when I paid for it around 3:00 4:00 in the afternoon and then showed up at 10:00 at night but they refuse to service me with their hotel because I booked the room under my son's name and he told the front desk it would be three of them when I had put on there there was going to be too only which there was only two he thought his sister was going to stay with them but she was picked up buy her fiance so it was just my son and me horrible service and rude.

I had only booked this room after my original hotel had to be cancelled due to no hot water. They gave me a smoking room for starters, I am not a smoker & it smelled like someone literally smoked several packs a day in this room. I accidentally spilt water on the floor & when I wiped it up with toilet paper the paper was almost black that's how dirty the floors were. Beds are hard as rocks & the tv doesn't work unless you connect the programs to your personal accounts ( Netflix & such) there were roaches in the room & I just felt absolutely disgusting sitting in the room. Needless to say we chose to leave & go somewhere else, didn't get my money back but that's fine. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!

Roaches in the room, room smelled badly of cigarettes and there was fresh ash on the comforter. Definitely didn't like the bed. Mattress was super thin and was on top of some type of metal boxed frame. I just didn't feel comfortable since it seems to be a place where people can actually live there.

It was only for one night, room was quiet and cold just the way i like it at my house. Covered myself with the quilt on the bed and watched some tv til I fell asleep. Beds are hard but did wonders for my back, for the price I would stay again.

First off I'd like to say that the staff are friendly and polite and My overall stay was actually good I just didn't appreciate the german roach problem the room had by the restroom and on one of the walls. I stayed quiet about it the whole time I was there because I had already read the reviews before staying. (2 nights); With as much as the room cost I hope one day they call an exterminator company to go by to spray the rooms.

No toilet paper in room. When went to the desk was given a roll and told that was the last roll. Had to go to Walgreens and get a pack of toilet papper. Found out when arrived there is a $40 cash deposit that wasntmentioned when booked online. Could only get two towels for 5 of us in the room for 3 nights. Sheets and blankets all stained.

Don’t trust the pictures. The rooms are in bad conditions and they smell bad. The restrooms are disgusting. The bedding eas dirty and had stains. The pillows looked very worn out and had stains. The small sofa had no legs and didn’t have much cushion. When we were waiting to check in the police was there because an employee had stolen things from a room.

The room was ok but the fridge and microwave were filthy there were no towels or toilet paper and the sheet had hair on it in 3 different spots.

I am never coming back here. I do not recommend. Bed sheets were dirty and receptionist said he couldn’t help cause they had been washed.

I was asked for $40 cash deposit when I arrived. I asked the clerk to include it in my credit card. He said it was cash only. After a few minutes he allowed me to stay without the cash deposit. I liked the fact they have a security guard at night. Overall it was a positive experince. Thank you.

Only stayed one night, and had to ask for fresh clean covers the whole night. Manager was helpful very friendly. It would've been nice if it was done once we arrived instead it wasn't. We book a reservation for an evening stay at the Star Inn Hotel. When we arrived we told we had to put a $40.00 cash deposit for the room that was already paid online. Despite the site saying checking available at 3pm we arrived close to 6pm and were told our room was not finished being cleaned and it would be 10 mins. 30-40 mins later our room was finally ready after we finally located our room. The staircase to get to our room was hidden behind a gate that took us up a set of stairs that showed only two rooms. The price for the room was definitely not worth the value of the room we received. You could tell it was just heavily wiped down because the cleaning products used were very strong. I would definitely not stay there again.

Terrible Hotel

The stay was terrible and way over priced for the bad room me and my family to stay in. The room wasn't ready or clean when we arrived at about 5pm or 6pm and there was flies and gnats everywhere. Never recommended that hotel to anyone and will advise people to stay away

The toilet had feces on the sides of bowl and bottom of seat. Urine & dirt between lid and tank. Food left in fridge. Water & hair in tray for ice bowl. Cellophane wrapped plastic cups had water inside the cellophane. The tables were sticky. The floor was filthy. A Clorox wipe would only do 2-3 tiles before it was black and had to be thrown away. Stains, we hope, on the bedspread. The phone didn't work. The smoke alarm was missing. We went back to office to notify 2 times and no one came to clean. And they did not offer a different room. The ceiling had dirt and dust hanging down.

Overpriced for a mediocre room. Free parking was full when we arrived, luckily someone was being dropped off and we were able to park. My wife and I would not stay here again.

The air conditioner and TV . did not work but they quickly moved us to another room. What I didn't like was people hanging around outside , they looked homeless and drug addicts . Overall no one bothered us and we were okay with the room. Staff was friendly.

My family and I checked out right after checking in. We felt unsafe in the area plus our reservation was all wrong. I reserved a non smoking double beds room and got a king size bed in a smoking area. Besides the room smelling like people had been smoking in there they were smoking outside our room. It was very noisy outside our room. Another thing is I had never been asked for a cash deposit to stay in a hotel.

This was straight up a crack hotel. No bugs but the room smelled like feet.

First off, I received a call the morning of check in asking for my card information over the phone. I stated no because this reservation said, pay at check in. Asking for my card information over the phone sounded very fishy. Then I arrive and am told I need to pay a $40 CASH only deposit, this was no where on the website, luckily I had the cash. Then there is very limited parking. Finally get inside the room andthe sheets and pillow cases were dirty. We checked in for a room for 5 and only 2 towels were provided. The night attendant spend their time outside smoking and no one inside the office. Then there were also bugs on the sheets. When I told the person at the office all he told me was, sorry; he didn't do a thing about it. Night 2 there was absolutely no parking, I already didn't want to go back for a second night so I took that as a sign not to go back. Then I couldn't believe the office staff said housekeeping would have to go the room and check the condition before I could get my deposit back, like seriously, it's as dirty as it was when you had me check in. I will not ever book here again! I do not recommend it at all. Everything about it is fishy, night staff, the guests, the fact that I was told pay over the phone and their excuse was that it was because someone else was there ad wanted my room, so in order to "reserve" my spot I needed the card over the phone. What was the point of reserving my room online then? Makes no sense.

My husband and I took our boys to San Antonio as a last minute trip for Spring Break. We take full responsibility for poor preparation, and this was a last resort. First of all, we had to pay $230 for a one night stay and the front desk required us to pay $40 cash security deposit. One bed had no comforter, while the other was severely stained. We had no towels and was advised we would have to wait and didn't get them until after 10:30 pm. Upon check out the day manager tried to say we took 2 disgusting pillowcases and refused to refund our deposit. Worst hotel EVER!!

I reserved two non-smoke rooms. Both room smells like smoke one was stronger than the other. Ac vents was broken, sink was leaking (bucket under) and the toilet was loose.

The bedding was dirty. Got new bedding and it was stained. Trash left on floor behind night stands. Other than that the stay was not horrible. The pricing online was double what they had posted onsite.

The evening and morning attendants were very welcoming. The bed in my room had no give; it was like sleeping on a box spring. Aside from that, it was a motel. One of the last rooms in town during spring break. I was happy for a room and shower.

Was happy to be able to book this the day of since I had trouble with my original booking elsewhere, and the location was in a decent area. However, the room itself needs lot of work; holes in the wall, dirty towels, huge gap in between the door and hinges, improper bed, super overpriced, & a few more things. The front desk man was nice, even though we had to pay a deposit despite paying online. This isn’t the worse place to stay, but I would only stay if I had no other options.
