Looks like a few of the appartments are social housing with people coming and going at all hours stomping rounding. The whole place uses the same wifi and while my young children were watching TV someone casted pornography to our TV. We left a day early

Basic but clean and spacious.

Pretty rustic, the shower in particular. But good when on a budget and many restaurants 15 to 20 minute walk away

We are non smokers and the hard pillows and bed in 105 smelled of cigarette smoke. No heater in bedroom and in winter its no joke. No free to air tv.

Budget friendly but basic

One night family stay. Comfy beds. Very quiet and clean. Friendly service and close to town. A bit basic though, missing things that make the experience nicer like art on the wall, mirrors in bedrooms, cushions in lounge, only 2 armchairs in lounge - no couch, bedside tables, lamps, electric blankets etc.. Also fluffy white towels, rather than thin brown ones, would be nicer. Would stay here again but only for a night or two.

Good price handy location

Didn't like having to pick the key up from another location. Otherwise property was fantastic and would stay there again as the unit was large enough for a family

Great value for a basic no frills 2 bedroom, kitchen and lounge/dining room unit. Would definitley stay again.

Great little apartment close to the Globox. Perfect.

The room was clean and tidy enough. We have stayed here before and last time we got one of the bigger rooms at the front. This one was at the back and not as spacious but still nice. Perhaps newly painted or something as it did have a strong smell in it. Only downfall was there was no plugs for the jug in the kitchen. Good value for money and good walking distance to the Globox Arena that we were going to an event to. Would stay again.

Quiet area, short walk o restaurants. Very dated but functional.

It has a good location and was recently renovated. However, as in the pictures, our apartment did not have a sofa or oven.

Nice, quiet and clean. Bedding was exceptional 👌 We stayed two nights, definitely worth the price.

Value for money

Just problem with tv but situation was sorted and everything was great. Was second time staying at the location would always recommend.

very spacious--I was surprised we even had a decent sized backyard. Also it's so handy to the places we planned to visit. Definitely will stay again

Going to a different motel to pick up acess card was strange. Then getting to address and figuring out how to get to the front door took a few minutes to sort out. But overall it was an ok stay. Walkable to town, but quiet when you want to sleep.

We received an email at 3:17pm the day of check-in that you can't check in at the hotel. You have to check in at another hotel, which is a 15 minute drive away. If you are thinking of checking in to this hotel, you should be aware of that.

It was comfortable enough to sleep the night, was clean & the bedding was great quality. The neighbouring houses were in & out in their cars throughout the night. Was hard to park our ute. When we returned that night 2 cars had parked over the white lines so we couldn't fit in the only park left.

Easy instructions to check in & out thought it was going to be difficult not being at the same place we were staying but turnt out easier than me and my partner thought , very tidy place , pictures don’t do justice it actually is nicer than It looks online , was good space for me my partner and 2 girls & all their Kmart shop toys , shower pressure was so good , one downfall for us sheets seemed to smell had to go to truck and find our sheets & blankets and partner is beyond paranoid with the kids , most importantly my 5 year old said there was hot chocolate 😂 we stay in Hamilton a lot due to medical reasons and pay a lot of money for fancy hotels/motels book a batches and let’s just say it’s hard to find a place with hot chocolate now days lol all and all can’t go wrong with the price you pay

Do not recommend

Don’t do it. Check in is 10 minutes away from the property. Maybe I got an unlucky night when a young crowd booked to stay. As it’s only a few permanent residence and guests staying, sleeping a few extra’s in their room for a night out is easily done. Left acc pre loaded at 10.30 pm, arrived home 3am. Within 15 minutes, 1 guy was beating the crap out of my car parked in the property. I left with a damaged car, tired and unhappy, apartment was ok.

This is a good central area property that has a full kitchen, use of a bath room and space, toilet not seperate. Two rooms so you have your own area to retreat to from the main hub/sitting area to allow yourself to climatize. Did not like no designated car parking, though parks if found, were free. If on bottom floor, know that the roof isnt sound proof as the brick walls that surround you.

very clean,all the things is new,new sofa bed,new kitchen ware,new bed,,very quiet,you will not hear the neighbour because the wall is concrete..i love it..my family stay there for 3 nights.i will stay again in the future.

Easy location to find apartments, cost effective as we were there for one night accommodated our needs.
