Great value and Service

Stadium motel putting on the goods

Nice place to stay and easy access for our truck to park out front. Nice lady on the desk and easy quick check in after a 12 hour drive. Thanks

Comfortable but stayed at nicer places

My stay was comfortable enough - lovely bed. Had a heat pump which was lovely. Definitely would recommend taking your own tea and coffee if you enjoy an enjoyable a strong nice cuppa - did have fresh milk which was nice. Room a bit run down, curtains tatty, used table for work seemed sticky, vanish coming off needs replacing.

Nice person at the counter. Room although middle-aged was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable, Sky TV available plus DVD player and everything worked. A pleasant stay.

It’s a good standard motel. Nothing flashy but okay for a night.

very well priced for the amenities. Facilities are tired but clean and serviceable.

Close to all attractions we required. Offstreet parking. Good clean motel.

Lovely little place with up to date bells and whistles PLUS they had a spa bath!

Unfortunately our twin room was double booked and we had to share a queen. But the owner was very kind and apologetic.

Room was refurbished with all conveniences of the best hotel.

Stadium stay

Our room was clean & comfortable, nothing fancy. The place is showing some age but reasonably priced.

Good location, clean and good value for money. Excellent air con and comfortable beds. Quite a basic room but more than adequate for our 4 night stay.

The property had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. Will be staying again when we visit Hamilton.

Location is great. Breakfast, who provides toast with butter only?

Warm welcome. Handy to supermarket and stadium. However had to wash dirty dishes and cutlery before use. No tea towel or dish cloth left for 2 days and no hand towel on one day. As an older person I like an easy chair rather than having to sit on the bed. Photo showed such a chair but obviously not in my unit.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Was just an overnight stay for us - 5 adults - arrived late which was no problem, after a late booking. All very easy. Would happily return.

Quite adequate place. Comfortable, close to downtown strip by car.

Central to Hamilton places of interest.

The Hotel was nice easy parking and the staff very friendly, the only disappointment was that the staff never came into our rooms to empty the waste bin or check we had enough Tea and coffee which was available in the room. All other Motels we have stayed at during our trip to NZ the staff have come in made the beds, checked that enough tea or coffee was available and replaced where necessary. Well maintained hotel

This hotel is within walking distance of Hamilton’s town center and the hosts were very attentive.

Good overnight stay and handy to town.

A nice clean & spacious room in a convenient location. Staff were very friendly on arrival and departure. Very aptly named, as couldn't get much closer to the stadium!

Nice motel close to everything you need.

Great customer service, friendly with a smile. Rooms were a good size and clean with Sky and full kitchen amenities. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

We would stay again

Extremely clean and well presented room, friendly owners. Parking a bit on the tight side and when we stayed room was hot and no aircon just fans. These are only slight negatives and everything else was fine and good location to town. We would stay again.

Great Place

The fan wasn't right to keep us cool, and I could beerly get to sleep. I had the spa which was a cool add on, the only let down was the jets were crazy fast for me. At one point the water was being squirted across the room! The staff were awesome too, and we were central to town.

Quiet - just off the main drag

This motel has nothing fancy but it has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Rooms are tidy and have the basic facilities. Free wi-fi was given by the managers. Sky channels are limited - no movies unfortunately. All in all this motel is good value for money, happy to recommend it to all.

Tidy, central Motel

This is a very tidy small venue. It was a particularly hot day and night in the city but we had 2 fans which helped ease the humidity and keep us cool. TV had many many channels to choose from and full facilities available as well as a big spa bath. Back room was a bit cramped with 2 single beds in it but otherwise a very pleasant place to stay

Modern and very clean!

Modern motel, close to Waikato Stadium and only a short walk to town. Very nice hosts. Unit is basic, yet extremely clean and comfortable. It provides all usual amenities. Good value for money!.

Excellent place to stay in Hamilton

Very helpful hosts, help me with my trailer (reversed it for me, and let me leave it there after I checked out for a few hours. Would recommend this motel above many others I have said in, in Hamilton.

Walls are thin. Could here next room using cutlery on plates. Usual language used by fridge. Position good.
