The hotel was nice and clean. Hotel staff was great and super helpful. It was a great price. Nothing fancy, we got what we needed an adorable place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. It was all fenced in so I felt safe.

Very nice property, Eco Lodge, wonderful staff, good food, very accommodating for complicated flight schedule.

Lost power due to an electrical storm and workers trying to restore power were very noisy. We had an early flight and could not sleep due to the noise. Then the man in the adjoining room was talking very loudly until 2 am. We knocked on his door twice to ask him to be quiet and he was very rude. Power was restored sometime around 1am again waking us up.

Staff was very nice. I arrived late and they were able to make me a delicious chicken lasagna

Amazing staff, loved that I was able to catch a ride from the airport cheaper than Uber, and was met with a sign. Rooms were adorable and set in a quaint town with amazing dining options close by.

Overall great experience, young lady at front desk was great. She even made our breakfast to go at 3 am the day we left to airport.

Happy with what i had

I liked it and would go back. The service was friendly and helpful despite my awful spanish, they worked with me. Room was clean and comfortable. The taxi they arranged to take me to the airport was prompt and friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Not fabulous but definitely worth eating.

Un hotel ecologico no de lujos pero muy util. De mucha utilidad para quienes necesitan realizar actividades en quito pero cerca del aeropuerto. Todo el staff es excelente y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte

This property is a small, privately own hotel, close to the airport, with an amazing person on staff. We arrived late in the evening, and our receptionist, who was also the cook and the concierge; in spite of the 8 people claiming for her attention, took care of us efficiently and with patience. Carolina is the reason they are getting this rating from me. She provided us with needed information and cooked our meal. The facilities are basic and the buildings are surrounded by a nice yard with lots of fruit trees. We got a room on the second floor, and it was noisy night and day. Every time someone rang the door bell for access, it was loud and clear in our room. You could also hear the noise from the kitchen in the morning and the staff cleaning in the other rooms, moving furniture, moping, etc. after breakfast. I suspect the rooms in the other building do not have the same problem, but I can't confirm. The location is convenient if you have an early or late flight, but there is nothing else around it. You need a car service to go anywhere else.

I would not stay here again. The driver did not pick us up. The room was in disrepair. And guests were smoking and talking loudly right outside our door past midnight.

Staff and breakfast were great.

The women running the hotel went out of their way to help us get taxi cabs early morning and late night. They made us sandwiches in the early morning when we were going to miss breakfast

Tranquility--you can enjoy watching the field of sunflowers adjacent to the property. The location is very convenient to Quito airport. Thank you Springhills

I stayed 4 nights. The staff were the heart of this hotel. Lovely, warm people. The room I had was simply furnished, but that was all I needed and the bed was really comfortable. I slept well. Breakfast was coffee, (im sure they did tea too), freshly squeezed juice, fruit and scrambled egg with toast. There were options of food for dinner. Not freshly prepared, but the lasagne i had was tasty. It was in a small town not far from the airport. On the flight path, but I enjoyed that. Most people who stayed had hire cars. I didn't but got to know the walk to the main road and the bus stops well (15 min walk). They were very accommodating. Reception was covered 24 hours a day. People could arrive outside of check-in times, and be welcomed and allowed to relax in the reception area or garden until their rooms were ready. I know one lady arranged a room with them so she could sleep in a bed for a few hours between flights. The WiFi was not great.

This was a good basic hostel for those wanting a stay prior to departing to airport

Great stay! Super convenient to airport, secure parking for our rental car. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.

It was close to the Quito airport, much less expensive than the bigger hotels , the owner was very friendly and helpful. She got us an early morning taxi and even made us breakfast to go!

Really cozy/nice

I did not get to stay there due to flight cancellations but it was easy to reserve, the staff who helped me schedule pick up and drop off from airport and who was in contact with me with any changes was so friendly and helpful. I loved that i did not have to pay ahead of time to reserve, thus, it made it easy for me to cancel the reservation and not have to either wait for refund or don't get refunded for problems with the airline.

This was an overnight near the airport and we had to get up at 3:00 A.M.! The two women staffers went out of their way to care for us, even packing us breakfast of fresh fruit and hardboiled eggs to take with us. Extremely inexpensive, the room was naturally small and simple, but it was immaculately clean. Definitely recommend for an airport stay--7 minutes and a taxi that was impeccably onetime!

I only stayed for a short overnight between flights. The staff was outstanding. It began with an email from them with detailed instructions for finding the location because while they are a short ride from the airport, it’s off the beaten path. The facility is quite secure, the food is good and very reasonable and they arranged transport to the airport when it was time to leave.

Springhills hotel stay.

Check in at 11pm, perfect. Breakfast included from 7 to 9am, very nice. Clean and comfy, beautuful yard.

Very close to the airport. They can arrange to pick up from the airport for a good fee.

Overnight at Springhills Quito Airport

I arrived in the dark, but the cab & the staff were most helpful. Clean room, but “ barren” bed, TV ( unwanted by me) no water. Not sure about drinking tap water. Pleasant grounds seen in the morning. Quick & end simple breakfast. Again helpful and pleasant staff.

Nice place near the airport

Great deal and close to the airport.

The photos are misleading - the property is more like a backpackers hostel or motel in a residential area close to the airport and far out of Quito centre, with a kitchen where the family will provide a limited menu. However the chalet room was spotlessly clean with a plentiful supply of hot water and towels and the family staffing it are extremely nice and helpful. I needed a hotel near Quito airport in an emergency as the national strike could have caused me to miss my international flight had I stayed in the centre of Quito.

Nice place if you want to stay near the airport!

If you want a place to stay that is close to the airport in Quito, this is it. Clean, small but has a bed and bathroom. We had an early flight and didn’t want the 45 minute drive from Quito. This is 10 minutes or even less from the airport. The room comes with breakfast served between 7-9 AM, but they got up early and made us breakfast at 6:30 because we had to leave.

The property is nice and clean. There should be a more visible advertisement out of it though so people know thats a hotel. The guy who chelced me in was nice. However i told him i was gonna leave really early, perhaps he could have made a togo breakfast for me since it was included but he didnt. Also the night when i arrived i told him I had already paid, however he waited until i had to leave the hotel in a rush to told me to wait as he needed to verify through a phone call if i had already paid, which made me uncomfortable and could have been avoided if he had called previously.

Bien ubicada y habitaciones cómodas.

En el plano general, las instalaciones están muy bien, con amplias zonas verdes, mejoraría el aspecto de la temperatura en la habitación.

Una hostal sumamente sencillo, la atención de su personal muy buena excelente, cerca al aeropuerto para pasar un par de horas por tener una escala larga pero nada más

Me encantó lo acogedor del complejo, toda el área verde para caminar, y los árboles de frutos.

Me gusto el desayuno al aire libre, la atención del personal, y el parqueadero es muy amplio, lo q me desagrado fue la bulla no se puede descansar estuve en la habitación que está junto a la recepción y el timbre sonaba cada que llegaba alguien al hotel, ademas los aviones cada que despegan se oye claramente y por último las cortinas no tienen un vistillo como para disfrutar de la vista al jardín.

El hotel bueno ya que está cerca del aeropuerto, la atención muy buena, lo único que no me gustó es que el baño tenía un mal olor, creo que venía de las tuberías.
