Every other day housekeeping was a little frustrating. The king room was very small with very little light.

great place to stay. will be staying here again. clean rooms. centrally located. the only downside to the stay was the underground parking was difficult as there aren't many spaces so trying to find a place to park underground was difficult - which sucks since your paying for parking otherwise was a great place.

Modern hotel perfect for skiing Jackson Hole

Modern hotel in a perfect location for skiing Jackson Hole and/or Snow King! Rooms are modern and spacious. There is an underground heated car park too! The complimentary hotel is also very good! Everything in Jackson town is within walking distance and the Teton Village to ski Jackson Hole is only a 15min drive to the free Stilson Parking Lot (where you can get the free shuttle from which takes around 15mins). Special mention goes to Ted and Brian on the front desk - we had an issue with our rental car and they were so kind and helpful!

Dark and non-responsive.

Lighting in room is not good. TV remote needed batteries. I reported that I was having issues with remote but nothing was done about it. Poor signing and lighting leading to underground garage.

The staff was excellent - incredibly kind, helpful communicative and effecient.

Steve was great! He is very good at what he does and he seems to enjoy it quite a bit.

Great place, great location. The breakfast is awful though - make other plans in the am. The bacon & sausage both are so overdone that they are truly mystery meats.

The suite is well maintained. Staffs are friendly. Many good restaurants closed by.

Not Worth It

Instantly, you’re met with a very generic and sterile vibe. Additionally, it’s summer season, but lots of construction and remodeling going on—noisy, with tons of artwork on the floor, and cluttered hallways. This could have been fine had they perhaps offered guests with extras as a thank you for staying at our hotel during that kind of work being done, but that was not the case. Rates being $800+ per night? Laughable. Completely inexcusable to charge that much for this type of hotel. I travel a lot, all over the world, and this place was one of the biggest rip offs. Breakfast is cheap, cafeteria style food. Rates build expectations, and this place is incredibly disappointing. One saving grace is the front desk folks are nice enough. PS. The images online are definitely nicer than the reality.

The staff in every department was outstanding. Friendly, engaging, and always helpful. It's clear they're trained in customer service. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. It was always stocked, and the ladies were always on stand-by to refill. It has to be the best breakfast of any hotel offering the continental option. This is way better than a typical continental. Your new lobby is very well-done, even though I never saw it before the work was done. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Temp was easy to control, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the shower amenities. It was a very good value compared to other properties in and around Jackson. I was unaware of the $20 per day parking in your garage as I was not told, nor did I see it posted anywhere. I'm not surprised as parking around the hotel is scarce in terms of a parking lot. There was another garage across the street (I think public), but we didn't price it as the convenience of yours was a logical choice and very secure. With the winter season essentially over, you need to have it vacuumed to pick up all the debris that gets left behind as snow melts off the vehicles. It's like walking on little marbles.

My husband and I had a grate time together. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Steven at the front desk was so kind and friendly and also helped us answering all our questions.

Sensational property. In a town loaded with tourist traps, this hotel is refreshingly professional. The staff is impeccable. The property is spotless and the location is ideal.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean. The rooms were large and modern. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The workout room was pretty good. Ski shuttle was so helpful. And the free breakfast was perfect. We were so pleased!!!

We spent a week here and it was a great place to stay in the area! My husband was able to easily work while we were there and liked the desk space in the room. Convenient location near town square. Good breakfast too! Definitely would return.

Great stay. Simple property. Staff very friendly and attentive, for the money its a great value a couple of blocks off the main square. Also easy parking in the garage right across the street.

Great Location. Clean rooms. My only complaint with Springhill suites is that the bathroom door is not solid. Light from bath shines into room, waking others up.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space. Everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, including eggs, fruit, waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, etc. The staff were all professional and friendly. They do have a parking garage but they charge 19 dollars per day. There was plenty of free street parking and also a free parking garage across the street, so we just did that. The location is very convenient. We didn't have to drive anywhere downtown.

Staff was very helpful. It was very clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Very convenient and close by the Grand Tetons. Good variety for breakfast. They have an exercise room and a laundry room. It was so convenient to get out and walk around town. Great restaurants that are easy to walk to, and some really cute shops. I would recommend paying for the parking they offer, made it so easy to park and we didn't have to worry about finding a space. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at several hotels in Jackson and they were all nice. I liked this property because of its location. It’s centrally located and is a short walk from the shopping and restaurants in Jackson. I will return in the future.

This hotel was an excellent option for our stay in Jackson Hole area. Rooms are a very good size, entire place is clean and updated. They have a free shuttle service to Teton Village and is walkable to all attraction areas in Jackson (dining, shopping, galleries, bars, square). Would recommend to anyone. Stayed here for a week around New Year.

Expedia costumer service is unhelpful

The person at reception was knowledgeable but a bit insensitive. When my wife asked about entertainment in town she used examples of musicals from the 60s. The person at reception said she would need to ask a grandmother about that. Perhaps a typical millennial response but I thought it was unwarranted.

Great location within an easy walk of the shopping and restaurants. Spacious room - well-furnished and clean. Good choices for breakfast - though too much plastic and waste.

Great location - walkable to downtown yet quiet and out of the way. Extremely neat and clean and breakfast was great. No real views from rooms but that doesn't matter since Teton and Yellowstone are just out of town with the real views!

Staff was efficient and over the top friendly, one of our nicest hotel stays.

We needed an early check in because of issues beyond our control and we were able to do that with no questions asked which was so much appreciated.

The hotel was in a great location right next to the falls. There were many restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good. We loved the indoor jacuzzi and pool too. The room was spacious with a good size kitchen area. We would stay again for sure!

Overall it was a great stay! The breakfasts were amazing, the room and amenities were so great, and the staff was so accommodating!

Dirty laundry and underwear from the previous guest was in our room when we checked in. Despite assurance from the night auditor that they would do something to make it right nothing was done. Expect better for the price of these rooms.

Spent Christmas & New Years here and love how close it was to the snow slopes, the shopping, the dining options, and town square. Breakfast was great every morning and the staff was so friendly. High recommend

We liked the location of the property and walkability to the village of Jackson Hole; however there was alot of construction in this are that was going on so it was kind of loud when we were there. No fault of the hotel though.

Very clean and friendliest staff! Fitness room was small but very nice. Sanitation stations everywhere. Staff kept property extremely clean. Nice morning breakfast too.

The breakfast was terrible. Only one staff member was refilling items. Although she was working very hard, she couldn't keep up with filling items. Both mornings I couldn't even get a bowl of oatmeal because they "ran out" about half way through serving times. No room cleaning service was provided. Pool closed way too early. Overall, this hotel was extremely over priced based on the service and breakfast offered.

Excellent hotel! Excellent staff! Great location in a fun town! Fold out bed in king suite is large enough for 2 adults. Marked facilities down due to 2 out of 3 elevators being broken.

Clean, modern hotel in the heart of Jackson. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms enough to fit a family of 6. Great selection of food for breakfast. Small but nice pool; neat outdoor fire pit. No restaurant/bar on site but snacks are available.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. Pool was rather small and too crowded to enjoy and the hot tub was not working. Seems outrageously expensive considering but all the properties in this area seem to be able to charge outrageously high rates.
