Great Staff!
Our flight got in early and they got us in right away so that was really convenient!
Great location Close walk to AA Center Nearby restaurants Friendly Service
Super kind to my kids even after the 10am breakfast cutoff
Great hotel
Fantastic stay, friendly staff, highly recommend staying if visiting the Dallas area.
The hotel was in a good location. The only complaint was parking was not located close.
Downtown gem.
Clean safe hotel. you will have to pay for parking. Close walking distance to American Airlines center and Reunion tower. Will stay here again.
The property was really nice and updated! the rooms are huge. I did see a lot of bad reviews about the parking and cars getting broken into but that didn't happen for us, we all paid 16$ to park across the street instead of using the valet, I would deff stay here again, if you stay in room 515, you can see the whole downtown Dallas and reunion tower.
Family friendly I would stay again
NYE 2024
Went to go see the fireworks for NYE in Dallas I feel it was well worth the price, location good, parking lot right across the street which was convenient $17, room was huge and beds was clean everything clean, breakfast was good except for the eggs but that was no biggie. My kids enjoyed themselves also, I will be staying here again!!
Reachable from all places
Really great value for money! Large spacious rooms
The rooms were clean, spacious and great downtown view. Great breakfast as well! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you all at SpingHill Suites Downtown Dallas. / West End
Air kept going off which made the room extremely hot
Neat and clean. Hotel pariking is available but little bit costly. Many parking options just next or infront of the hotel. Recomended
I liked the convenience of the hotel’s location. We were downtown, so we were relatively close to restaurants, bars, and stores. The area was somewhat quiet, and they offered some amenities. The only downfall was how small the bathroom was. As soon as you opened the door, the toilet was right there. I wish it were a little more spacious. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend to a friend.
Great
The price was very reasonable. The hotel was very conveniently located to the start of the marathon that we were in town for. The surrounding area was clean. The hotel was very inviting. The front desk staff and the valet were very pleasant. The valet was particularly helpful and professional with recommendations and our luggage. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Lastly, the breakfast offered lots of tasty variety.
Great service & place
Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. Excellent breakfast area with a great selection of food.
Well maintained and cleaned hotel. Very close to all the amenities in Dallas
Really nice room and building. Plenty of parking in pay lot across the street. Easy walk to restaurants and American Airlines Center. Reasonable rates.
Great location
The staff were great and valet was extremely helpful. We look forward to staying there again in the future.
Cowboy game
Great location, walking distance to most thinks.
Staff Terea was really friendly and helpful. Parking is paid but the lot is right in front. Walking distance to the Perot museum an the Dallas world aquarium
Very convenient location
The only thing i would change is the hotel having a shuttle service to nearby venues.
good
Everything was good except we didn’t have wifi. Wifi was only accessible for 1 day staying. The rest was no wifi.
Wonderful place, excellent location
The best things about this hotel is the location and comfortable rooms. It’s pretty clean but I think the front desk employees could be a little more friendly. And the breakfast was disappointing, even for this caliber of hotel. But for the price point it was okay!
Great room for our concert stay.
Room was nice and well appointed, only thing was very loud transfer noises from the other rooms shower and our bathroom fan was loud as well
We enjoyed staying at this property. We felt safe, it comfortable and the staff was very nice. Would stay there again.
Construction going on at time of stay. Not previously mentioned during arrangements.
Great to have Market St right around the corner
The property was under construction at the time of my visit
The construction was a definite downer
Great location for House of Blues activities. Lobby area is under heavy construction but still organized. Easy check in and out. Room was very clean but toilet didn’t flush very well. Great view of the city from the window.
Good
Booked the hotel because it was down the street from an event I was attending. The hotel was clean & of nice quality, & throughout my stay the staff was warm & welcoming. The only areas of improvement I feel could make this experience better were the concessions, the breakfast, & the shower. The concessions & breakfast were decent, but could have used more variety. The showers, oddly enough, had both my brother who was staying with me in the room & myself sneezing the entire time during each of our showers.
Breakfast was subpar. Same every morning. Did not know construction was taking place in building.
It was good. Wish they would have told us more about the parking and the deposit.
Nice staff. Great new room. Toilet had loose handle which I reported to front desk, could have been repaired better.
There was loud construction during the day. There was extremely low water pressure in the bathroom sink. The lighting was terrible in the room. The beds were comfortable- but they were double beds, not queen beds as advertised. Decent shower. Great location. Pay for parking just across the street.
Many new exciting renovations
Would stay here again!!!
Clean room with all amenities. Would stay here again.
The room was excellent, clean, and spacious. Walkable to the American Airlines center for concerts/games. Even though there was construction in the original lobby, checkin was still a breeze. The staff were all welcoming. Breakfast was hot and the staff were actively cleaning and refilling the breakfast all morning. Go ahead and book your stay
Overall. property was fine but we did not have hot water at all which slightly skews my judgement as we could shower properly and made the stay uncomfortable
I knew the hotel was remodeling the lobby, however, our room was dark and had an odd odor, like a floral scent over wetness. There was only 1 outlet near the bed and the bathroom did not have a counter or hooks to hang your towel to dry. The breakfast was a let down as well, No bacon or sausage.
They are going for though renovations but the stay was amazing!!!
Located downtown. Undergoing some renovations which made access a little difficult. Entry to the building was from the valet parking, so someone had to let us in. There is no parking included. Either have to valet, park in a pay lot or parking garage across the street. Room was nice, quiet. Had issues with the icemaker, but breakfast was included. Good stay.
Hotel Facilities are too old, especially the AC system, wind level can not be adjusted, and make much of noise.
The positives are that the room was clean and the people that ran the front desk were very professional and helpful. The negatives are that the hotel had major construction going on and you had to look for the registration area (which was on the second floor in the room where they serve breakfast) The other negative waws that some of the people running the valet desk seems very annoyed when you tried to go in or out which disturbed them while they were playing on their phone. I will not be staying at a Marriott anymore when I go to Dallas on business. This hotel should have been temporarily closed given the effect of the remodeling.

great atmosphere to be around!
It was a great stay
Our room was great. It had plenty of space to relax with the nice little kitchenette area.
Great deal
The room was great and at a fair price. So you know parking is another thing. You either pay for valet parking (I think it was 50 a day) or find parking on your own. There is a parking lot and garage across the street which you have to pay. We were lucky enough to find parking in the lot and leave it there. We could walk to where we needed.
The location of the property was dangerous, and also the AC system was so bad it got me sick
Absolutely great stay!
When we got their we saw construction and remodeling going on. Thats always a bad sign to us that its not going to be a good stay. But I was wrong the receptionist was nice and handed out free water at check in. The elevator was not that clean and a little scare it wasn't going to make it to our floor. Got in our room and it was well set up had a little kitchen area a sitting area on the other side of the room. The beds looked very clean and comfortable. I had stayed in some very expensive hotel weeks before and I always seen some hairs in the bed or pillows. Last stay we stayed at the Merriott and it was even more disappointing with all the money we spent there compared to this hotel Springhill hotel which we paid less and got more free amenities. I loved that the sink was seperate from the part of the bathroom which held the toilet and shower/tub. As a family of 5 we always rushing each other to get out the bathroom just to use the sink. Also can't leave out that breakfast was included and it was good. We would diffiantly recommend this hotel to other.
Very good experience
Great
Only bad thing wss it didn't have a pool 😔
The staff was very efficient and helpful Our room was big! It was very nice and clean
A decent area if you are going to the aquarium & museum! Note: There are a few homeless in the area, but overall it was okay. You do have to pay for parking as well. It’s about $20 a day across the hotel.
Both treadmills were not working. The room was great! The bed was comfortable. As it is the 4th week, the city was quiet.
I didn’t appreciate the area, some of the staff, and the price
No frills.
We arrived around 4pm the air in the lobby wasn’t performing correctly making it uncomfortably warm. The location is great you can see The House of Blues from the hotel entrance. The neighborhood seemed a Sketchy and valet parking is 45 a night. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The AC in our room started to leak leaving our floor soaking wet.
Great location close to different interests points. Great breakfast included with the room. Good variety of hot and cold options. Parking is $45.00 for valet parking. There is a public parking right in front of the hotel (accross the street). We payed $17.00 for 24 hours. Extra clean room and beautiful.
Over all good place to stay.
Thank you!!!!
This hotel saved me after a terrible airbnb experience! Thank you so much for your kindness! The rooms were clean and big! Located right across from the aquarium too! $7 Uber ride to the convention center! Breakfast was a bonus and so good!
Our stay was a great stay although it started off a little rough because when we checked in it took us a while for our room to cool off, after about 3 hrs we realized something was wrong and called the front desk and had them check it out they attempted to fix the a/c but eventually they went ahead and switched our room and we were able enjoy the rest of our stay.
The ballet guy looks like is force to works in a weekend have bad attitude, need training in customer service.
Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay
Great place to stay. Definitely returning.
The facilities are old and the rooms aren’t the greatest but it’s what you’re paying. One pillow left me some neck pain, not the best.
I didn’t learn about the incidentals until it was time to book the room and it was inconvenient
Terrible parking, pickup was broken into, front desk was not helpful, all around 0 out of 10
Just left from a quick weekend trip. We had a great stay. The room was very spacious and we had a ton of room! It was perfect for our family of 4 with the pull out couch. The only thing I would say is the breakfast was not great but overall it was an enjoyable experience.
Relaxing and comfortable sadly no pool you have to go to another hotel for it
Clean, close to the venue we were in town to visit, and had everything we needed. The parking is difficult and the valet too expensive, which is frustrating, but otherwise a good stay.
Good location and clean enough seemjng... but was lackluster overall of all categories Failed to try to remedy the situation
We enjoyed our stay! Didn’t expect to pay $52 a night for parking that was ridiculous! No one mentioned the price of parking.
Old and a little outdated but rooms were large and comfortable
Nice place and affordable.
Great location.
Rooms need hooks on walls and bars on sink furniture to be able to hang clothes and towels
The only negative is that the parking is off site and is a bit of a problem to have someone pick you up as there is no street parking right in front of the hotel. But, staff was very helpful in helping me navigate solutions.
Outstanding stay. Courteous employees, nice room with plants of space. A/C worked great with outside temperatures in the mid 90’s.
Awesome stay
It was good.
This hotel is located directly across from the Dallas Aquarium. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and the American Airlines Center. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
We were in town for the NBA game that started at 2 PM. The staff was extremely kind and we were able to check in early (wasn't expecting to be able to - mainly wanted to park at the hotel and walk to the arena). The rooms/beds were comfortable and the hotel was close to all that we needed so we didn't have to get out and drive.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were welcoming and polite. If I’m in Dallas again, will definitely stay here again.
The price was good. Good breakfast. Convenient to down town.
Staff is great - easy experience
Great location building room Staff
