Spring Hill Suites Blue Ash doesn't miss.

Great stay. Our king suite was quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A short drive to shopping, activities, and restaurants. We liked the variety of breakfast choices. :) Would stay here again.

Good customer service

While I appreciate the space efficiency of the sliding bathroom door, I've yet to stay in a Springhill room where the door worked properly. In this room the door would not close completely, leaving a 2" gap. Also, I wish they could find a way to make the sofa more comfortable-- maybe a couple of throw pillows?

The staff were all so very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and managed perfectly. The pool is pretty and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend.

I only have a couple complaints... Esp after spending more to get better.. The biggest one was, I didn't feel our room was cleaned properly. There were crumbs and a coffee mark, on the coffee bar counter in the room.. The bathroom counter had a few pieces of hair on it and the faucet did not look cleaned, looked like dry soap suds. The pull out bed was going to be used until we pulled it out, they def don't clean the mattress protector on that bed, as it had stuff all over it, and there wasn't even a sheet to put on it. I couldn't go ask for clean bedding or feminine products my daughter ended up needing, because no one would come to the desk to assist me. I went to the desk 3 different times and no one came to help so I went to the store in the middle of the night. Then had to walk all the way around the building bc I was told we could use any door, but it was locked when I came back.

I would recommend this property.

Softness isn’t for everyone

On comfort I chose in the middle because the bed was just to soft for my liking and also the pillows

The suite was poorly lit. Spot lighting, but no area lighting. the microwave was in a cabinet where light barely shown. The front desk was vacant for most of the day. The couch, which was actually a rollout bed, was uncomfortable for sitting or reading.

This seems like a fairly new building. It was quiet, affordable and ver clean. Not hard to access. Will stay again!

Above and beyond

Our stay was great and the service when we checked in was amazing! We got in super late after a concert and was offered a later check out time due to how late we came in. That was very kind and thoughtful!

The property was very nice. The locks on the bathroom doors were broken so we couldn't close the bathroom door. The staff said all the bathroom doors are like that due to a defect where people were getting locked in the bathroom. We also had a dirty/used wash cloth with hair on it hanging from the shower curtain rod. I informed the front desk staff, they said they'd send someone up to get it but they never came.

People at the front desk were very nice.

At check in the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. When you are tired after traveling a smile and a friendly demeanor goes a long way. My husband told her I was from the area originally and she said “welcome home.” Just so sweet. Our room was beautiful and so quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny bathroom sink and mirrors too small for space. Coffee in breakfast area luke warm. No one keeping up with stocking food throughout. No one in attendance at front desk as we were coming and going.

Very good, bad pool

Stayed here for a Kings Island trip. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious. Very clean and up to expectations. We had 6 people who all showered one after another and the water was still boiling hot after the last person. Toiletries provided smelled amazing. The pool was clean and we luckiky had it to ourselves. Towels are provided. Breakfast was better than I expected. They had sausages, waffles, eggs, oatmeals. muffins, bagels, toast, yogurts etc! Great variety!

It was a good stay. The place was clean, mold free and had friendly staff. I'd recommend staying here. Was a bit disappointed that the bar wasn't open. I was looking forward to relaxing at the end of the day at the bar. They said they were working on getting it back opened. They dont offer juice during breakfast, like other hotels do. I'd recommend getting some from a local retailer. The bed was comfortable too.

Great family hotel

Comfortable place for our family to stay during a visit to Cinti. Even though it’s not downtown, there are restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean, easy well lit parking and great breakfast . Front desk was very friendly and helpful . Only issue we had was our room could use a new mattress , it was little lumpy and me and my husband didn’t sleep the best but overall glad we picked this hotel and would go back .

I had a short stay here for work. Property was clean and safe. The only slight negative was that there were no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good though.

Check in should not be 30 minutes

Checking in was a 40 minute process. There wasn’t a line. The person had an excessive amount of difficulty checking me in. Not what I expect from a Marriott.

Well furnished and good environment

Area quiet until the morning. Could hear trucks startup around 7am. Sofa outer arm has what look like food. No other problems. Would book again if in the area.

Selected this property as it had such a high raiting. The room we booked (king) was not available because of a “flood in the room”. They gave us a double Queen which was not a problem. The room was just a disappointment 1 - stains everywhere - carpet, desktop, ceiling in the bathroom (?) 2 - one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in in a hotel of this level 3- had to pay for streaming Wi-Fi. I know this is probably listed in the details but almost standard to be free in these types of hotels I have stayed in, in the area. 4 - could not use my own streaming stick without the tv volume being outrageously loud and the tv remote would not control it 5 - just an observation. For the size of the room, bathroom and walk-in closet, this place has TINY sinks!!! 6 - poorly located lights (the room is very dim) and outlets.

Suite was really nice. Shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast area could use more trash containers. The pool was good. Enjoyed my time there.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I liked that you can use your Netflix account to watch movies in the room. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend and book again for the future.

Great Hotel. Great Staff!

The person at the front desk was nice but he gave us a different room than what we booked without telling us. We booked a room with a king bed weeks prior . When we get to our room it has 2 queen beds. The guy at the desk said it was an upgrade. To me that isnt an upgrade and i would of booked somewhere else if i knew this was going to happen. The place is clean and it is nice but i was very disappointed.

Room is very clean

Very new clean property but at check in it was explained to us we would only have every other day for housekeeping services. Which is completely fine except we had none. Spoke to the gal at the front desk and said they skipped us yesterday and again today so they had towels brought in and emptied trash but that was it. I expected more from a Marriott property.

Great Family Hotel Experience!

Six of our immediate family members stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a row while we went to King’s Island. It was the perfect experience and in a great proximity to the park. Everyone was so kind and attentive to anything we needed. Pool area was fun and very clean and the breakfast was very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed this experience so much we plan on making this a yearly tradition!

Great room with the extra space we needed. Helpful and courteous staff and great breakfast selection.

This may be a preliminary review, but so far Blue Ash sent us away without prior notification that our room had a “water leak”. They sent us to a much older courtyard hotel saying it was cheaper. So far I was charged more than the rate I agreed to the original hotel when courtyard said it was $159 for the night and my Credit Card is currently pending at $220 charge. Overall I’m not thrilled with either hotel.

Clean and safe

Just stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! We checked in late at night exhausted but couldn’t help but notice how super clean our room was! I believe the housekeepers name is Mercedes(saw her card I. Our room)I was astonished on how detail she was when cleaning the room, we stay at hotels all the time because of work and I usually notice either stains or hair somewhere or a bad job cleaning the toilet and at this hotel I had nothing to say! And a huge shoutout to Gracious for checking us in, she’s very welcoming and helped me with whatever questions I had, and Kim and Kat were also super friendly and nice, all these ladies went out of their way to make you feel welcomed! Great great hotel! Will be staying here again!

Room was clean with the exception of something splattered on the curtains and a stain just above the toilet paper rolls on the bathroom wall. Otherwise, comfortable.

My stay at Spring Hill Suites was phenomenal. The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were wonderful!! Please give them ALL a raise, it's well-deserved. I've never experienced being treating like royalty at a hotel. I would recommend Spring Hill Suites to everyone I know!!!! Thank You for such a great experience!

Horrible Breakfast person and service

The biggest issue we had is that we were there with girls volleyball team (around 40 people x2 teams). Friday night I asked if they may be able to get Breakfast out alittle early Saturday as the teams all needed to leave alittle after breakfast started at 7. Lady said no as Breakfast started at 7. Ok fine. Saturday morning was horrible, worst I have experienced while traveling with teams. 7am pan with eggs, expored sour waffle mix no utensils our for anything. No plates, plastic warehouse and everything still locked up. Guy comesnout and I never thought I would see anyone move as slow as this guy, earbudsbin his ears and ignoring everyone. Asked for napkins and got side eye and he walked away. 7:15 comes strolling out and unlockes the juice dispenser for the line of people waiting...everyone dishing out eggs in cups with plastic spoons as there is no serving utensils or plates out. People throwing away waffles as its sour and there is still no syrup out. 7:30 front desk lady comes over to check and were like we need utensils syrup... all the girls left with empty bellys with full day of vball and with no time to spare to grab something on the way. We held out thinking that hebwould bring more food out... Bad attitude, didn't care and if possible moved even slower we felt because he was mad there was so many peoole waiting.. IDK. It was unreal! Talked to desk when we got back and explained the situation. Sunday was better, however alot of team ate elsewhere

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and room very spacious. It was very quiet, as well. Only problem we found was lighting in the room was a little inadequate. It would have been nice to have more lighting overall in the room. Otherwise, this is a great motel and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Very clean and well-kept hotel with very friendly and informative staff. Not to mention the breakfast is delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed when we checked in. The morning desk clerk was great. Got us checked in early and even went to ensure rooms were ready. The evening staff was a complete opposite story. They were very rude and unhelpful with the issues we had.

Everything was great!

Room was nice, but it was dirty. Stains on the bed sheets, stuff all over the mirrors. The shower looked like it wasn't scrubbed down at all. And the towels were fallijg apart.

This looks like a fairly new hotel in a convenient location. My only recommendation is having a sign directing to I-71 as you come out of the street, because it can be confusing.

9 out of 10 breakfast was decent and worth it.

There are two items that should be considered. 1. A safe in the rooms. 2. A dresser to put your clothes in. Also my family in California and locally had some difficulty getting their phone calls forward to my room

People were drinking after midnight below our Tom and we had to call the front desk 3 days in a row…Unacceptable!!! Should have been managed before our calls…Rooms dimly lighted…Overall will go where else, not here!!!’

Weekend stay

Room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean and love the shower. Only complaint i might have is there should have been extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The 2 rolls on the holder were half empty to begin with and we finished one and almost finished the 2nd one with no replacements available until u called the front desk which if u didn't notice they were gone..it would be hard to contact front desk if u were already using the facility.

Large rooms and easy stay

The check-in process was easy and fast! Room was nice sized. The beds were comfy. The pillows were comfy. Updated TV with options to input your Netflix or other app accounts in. The bathroom was very clean! The couch in the living room area did have some animal (dog?) paw prints / dirty paws on it. Wasn't a big deal, but wasn't cleaned either. The breakfast had some easy options. All in all, nice stay.
