Love to go back

The stay was good but the check in was not good. They would not take cash and didnt take my prepaid card, so i had to call a friend to come check me in. I did like thatif it was not for that i would go back for another stay.

Clean and friendly staff

The extractor fan in the bathroom not working. Shower head not great and low water pressure. Housekeeping done only once during our 5 nights stay. Breakfast items insufficient for anount of guesta, kept running out. Extend breakfast hours.

Very good!

This Springhill suites is in terrible condition. Carpet and shower curtain ripped, stains on walls, it was very old, not updated and was clearly some other kind of hotel that was made into this brand. The rooms are not set up like other Springhill suites. Very disappointed with the room.

It was not as nice as other Springhill Suites but still pretty nice - particularly room size (we had a 4 YO with us). Loved the little alcove with kitchenette and desk. Breakfasts were good and had variety. Carpets, etc. showed some age but still reasonably clean. Great value for the price. Front staff nice, though our maintenance request was never fixed.

Highly recommended

I would like to give gold stars to the entire staff at the hotel. I was greeted with a smile and that same smile was there anytime I had a question. Also did not expect a hot breakfast on Christmas Day. My stay was fantastic! Thank you Marriott

there were cockroaches inside the Rood, and another very large bug in the other room rented. Very disappointed. Did not call down as it was late and we were in bed.

The heat was off for some reason. Everything else was great!

Hotel met my need for comfortable sleep. The room is a little dark with the dark paint colors. Front desk personnel are friendly.

They did not honor my reservation

It was a nice quick quiet stay. Staff was polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean. The only thing that can be better is having the indoor pool cleaned better.

This property doesn't look nothing like the pictures. This hotel needs a major upgrade. I checked in I was given a handicap room. The room smelled bad. Restroom was dirty the sofa-bed was so nasty too. I will never stay here ever again.

Unfriendly Cleaning Staff

Did not like the cleaning staff. I had my do not disturb sign on the door and they still busted in my room. Was not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast was acceptable. TV did not have the variety of channels that it should. Overall there are better options available at the same price point. I wouldn't stay here again.

My room smelled like smoke even though it is a non-smoke hotel. I told them and they said no it doesnt and sprayed some spray which was so strong and then after that spray smell was gone, back to the smoke again. The room itself had chips in the tub, lights out, and stinky. The breakfast was very basic. The staff was okay, nothing special. The elevator buttons didnt work. I wouldnt stay here again.

The room we stayed in was poorly lit, the microwave was broken and the mattress on the pullout couch was disgusting. Also the indoor pool area is poorly lit and the water appeared to be mirky.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times. One time the door to the closet was missing. I see that there are no more bed side alarm clocks. I know why they were probably taken out. The one thing that bothered me about this stay was the bathtub. it was dirty and clogged. water eventually went down the drain but, slowly. I didn't bring it to the attention of the front desk cause I knew I would be writing a review. I felt like the little things made the difference in the stay. everything else was great. overall, no complaints.

Price, clean, and breakfast

Nothing I paid for a room and they said they didn't have any when I arrived so me and my family are currently about to sleep in our vehicle. And expedia isn't available to speak with.

Great stay, excellent breakfast, family-friendly, just the bathtub was chipped and broken at several places, otherwise well kept property.

There was mud on the carpets inside the lobby and it was still there the next morning and they mop the tile floors instead of cleaning up the mud. Towel bar in the room falling off the wall. Need serious renovation done

The hotel was comfortable but alot older than advertised. Tears in carpet, stains on couch, sink drained slow and the AC couldnt keep the room a steady temperature. Noy a big feal but not for the price.

They stated they gave our room away. We are left with no hotel for my kids and I.

Our stay was good. We liked the room. It was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean. I would have appreciated some more vegetarian options for breakfast. I was thankful for oatmeal but they ran out of it two days. My daughters don’t eat oatmeal, so they end up eating bread toast all 5 days.

I had to stay for a work week, the room was clean, and I’m very quick to complain even if one thing isn’t. The staff was friendly and helpful.

nice service, staff is very kind

Check in took 30 minutes. There was a poindexter looking guy that could have helped with check in and he JUST STOOD THERE and allowed the line to get longer. But everything else was cool and i love breakfast. Room was better than expected.

Did not have hot water in shower. I asked for a repair but it did not happen.

Overall very disappointing with service and facilities.

There were roaches in our room. I had to kill 2 of them.

Bathroom was really outdated and looked dirty. Rest of the things were fine. Breakfast was very basic, could have been better.

Walls are too thin

Excellent location, closer to Domain and has good dinning options nearby. Breakfast is ok. Has nice small little pond in front of the hotel. Overall a good hotel.

Worse experience,I Reserve 2 room with two bed, Checking, they gave me only one room with 2 bed.1 room with one king bed?! The monitor of front desk they told me whatever is available for a Expedia customers or third part company?! Not any apologize or any excuse, Never suggest for third part company so much disappoint!

It was weird to be in a room with no alarm clock or door on the closet. Not that I really needed either of them. I have stayed in this property before. The room didn't seem complete without those. Will stay here again.

Stay was ok. We tried to check in 10 mins before the check in time but the manager wont let us because we are not a Marriott member. Bathroom was outdated. Caleb from the Front desk was really helpful and polite.

Layout of the room is poorly designed. Tv is in the middle of walkway . Very very bad design and disappointing. Broken toilet seat cover. Faucet in the bathroom wiggles. It’s sad to see this Marriott hotel seems Worse than a rundown motel. No landscaping . Grass and other plants are dead due to lack of care and watering . I doubt if the ever watered the lawn during entire hot Summer in Austin. bedroom did not even have a Roll of paper towel . Seemed cutting corners on everything. I would not stay in a SpringHill suites ever not recommend to anyone.

Older hotel, decent for the price

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy to find. Its proximity to the freeway was convenient, making travel a breeze. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!
