The staff are friendly and accomodating. Very clean, quiet and convenient. The breakfast is delicious.

Walking distance to Disneyland shuttles, but not to any food options. This wasn't a problem for us as we were in the parks all day but if you don't have a car and need dining options, you'll likely have to Uber eats or doordash food.

Great stay, we continue to stay here every time we come to town.

It was clean and comfortable, about a mile walk to the park.

This was a great hotel and close proximity to Disneyland. It was only a 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney.

Property is remodeled and very close to Disneyland. The property itself is nice, rooms are clean and spacious. However, from checkin through needing something at the front desk early the next morning- and even check out- it was clear the staff was just going through the motions and going above and beyond or even just meeting expectations is hard for this group. For me, a property’s staff is the greatest asset. There are several other Marriott properties in the area that I’ve stayed at with amazing staff. I’d rather stay somewhere where service is first and foremost. Will I be back to this property? I’d probably choose somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There was a reception who was really nice. Very accommodating even after having a late flight. Close to the parks for last minute trip plans.

Perfectly located for a short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure Parks! Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were upgraded to a double queen room on the4th floor east side which provides a great view of the fireworks!

Loved it. Only problem was that one elevator was down at the time and we had a stroller, so we always had to wait quite awhile to get down. It would often be full, so we would have to wait for multiple times and eventually squish on.

Great hotel close enough to Disneyland

Great hotel close enough to hop on the city bus to go to Disneyland. I traveled with my 3 kids for a weekend get-away to Disneyland. The location is great! We walked the first day, which took us 30min. The second day we took the Art Bus #11 which is just a quick 2 minute walk from the lobby. The bus seems to run about every 15min. The cost is $4/adult & $1.50/child. We LOVE the free breakfast in the morning— lots to choose from and my kids & I were completely satisfied. The rooms are spacious and there were 5 of us. My son enjoyed having his own space on the couch bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites Marriott in Anaheim, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The location is ideal—just a short drive or quick Uber ride to Disneyland, which made our park days super convenient. Another highlight was the rooftop pool and hot tub, which provided a perfect way to unwind in the evenings while enjoying great views of the area. Overall, we highly recommend SpringHill Suites Marriott in Anaheim for families, couples, or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel near Disneyland. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next trip!

We were able to easily walk to Disneyland. It was .9 miles away. The walk was easy and safe. The hotel was comfortable and we loves the layout of the room. Breakfast was good but would have liked a few more options.

Calm in the storm - will stay again

SpringHill Suites sheltered me when I evacuated Los Angeles due to the January 2025 fires. I could not have imagined a better situation to comfort me during such a difficult time. The staff was so courteous and kind, the rooms were spotless and well appointed (each suite is as depicted in the photos: seating area, small kitchen (fridge and microwave), very comfy bed and bedding, and well-designed bathroom). The breakfast fare (included) was good and there were slight variations each day. Location was also ideal - close to freeways, Downtown Disney and nearby restaurants, and the parks. The hotel really went above and beyond, and began a local drive to accept donations of clothes, toiletries and food for victims of the fire. They also worked with me to extend my reservation and allowed me to stay in the same room. I will forever have a positive opinion of SpringHill Suites because of this experience, and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I enjoyed the free breakfast choices to offset the $30/day parking fee.

You have to go down stairs for anything you needed because no one ever picked up the phone. Not the front desk, and there is no housekeeping

Nice and spacious for our family of six. We have two older kids, 18 and 16, and then a 8 and six year old which can make it hard to plan family vacations that everyone will enjoy. Disneyland is a perfect choice. This is our first time at the Springfield Maingate and the setup of the one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of six! Quick and cheap uber rides to and from the park averaged about $15-$20 total a day. Will definitely book again.

Very good

Room was excellent in both size and amenities. Bathroom was spacious, well laid out and nicely lit. Couch was ok for a bed but not comfortable as a sofa. The bed itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs and various accompaniment but in 3 days there, little variation. Biggest complaint is that they charge 30 dollars per day for parking which was not noted during reservations. Price therefore seems deceptively low in comparison with other nearby options. Would be better to include that in their booking detail.

Great hotel for families attending Disney

Excellent hotel, very clean and great location. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good & parking was convenient. We stayed in large family suite which had plenty of space, though it would have been nice to have two bathrooms instead of just one.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood and only 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool.

Friendly staff

Staff was professional and very sweet!!! Made sure our stay was above and beyond expectations! Jesse made sure we got there safe by helping with directions and got us checked in and out way to sleep as we had a late check in.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Disney and it was exactly what I hoped! The location is near enough to walk or drive. The facility is very clean, easy to park. The accommodations were open and the room felt spacious.

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and the hallways smelled good. The hotel put effort in decorating the lobby with Halloween stuff, attention to detail is great. All the staff was courteous and kind. There's nothing to fault.

Lovely room with comfortable beds. Outdoor pool was perfect temperature and hot tub was super relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee. Only downside was the room was not child friendly for a nrar disney hotel. Sliding bathroom door catches child fingers and the walk in shower door drips water all over the floor so a major slip hazard. Minus those two problems and the high parking fee, the hotel is a great location to walk to disneyland.

My room was not what it shows in the pictures when I made my reservations. Big disappointment.

Price worthy close to Disney

Affordable hotel within walking distance of the the Disney parks. Good breakfast lincluded (american standard). Easy parking for 1/3 of the price elsewhere.Clean rooms. Nice staff.

I booked a 4 night stay at Springhill for my family on our Disneyland trip and we were pleasantly surprised. When I booked the hotel I made the mistake of thinking it was a 7 min walk to the entrance but it was a 7 min drive lol. But the Uber was about $9 a trip which wasn't bad. You could also do the shuttle but I'm pregnant with two kids and took the easy route. The room itself was pretty nice. The only complaint was that the TV was located in a weird spot which made it hard to see from the bed furthest from it. The breakfast was actually REALLY good. I purposely picked a hotel with complimentary breakfast to save money and we were so happy we did. You have to try the waffles!! But there were LOTS of options and not just cereal and bagels. There were eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal with every topping you could think of, etc. I would definitely stay again and recommend it. I had family members stay at Del Sol hotel (which is closer to the park) but the quality of the hotel and stay was considerably less. Plus they paid $100 more a night. Also, we went around Halloween and the hotel had an event in the lobby where the kids got Halloween baskets, candy, cookies etc. Comfy beds, great breakfast, customer service was good, definitely would recommend.

First of all, the word “Maingate” is deceitful. It is very far from the entrance to the parks. Staff is NOT helpful or friendly. In fact two of the staff were rude, which is usually not the case in many hotels. The hotel is expensive and it feels more like a motel. We were hugelh dissapointed.

Loved it and will go back

Nice decent hotel and pretty well located. Very disappointed that we had to pay for parking considering that the parking is large and not really in a prime location where others would seek parking besides the guests, and this is enough to leave a bad feeling about the hotel. Had the parking been included, I honestly would have been happy.

The closeness to Disneyland is great and the breakfast was amazing!

Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again. Convenient location for Disneyland. Breakfast was good. The only issue were the mosquitoes in the pool area. Me and my daughter received several bites after sitting in the pool area for less than 15 minutes.

Great Family Hotel !

One of the most important things that my fiance and I talked about when trying to find a place was convenience and this hotel was absolutely that and so much more. We decided to take our nine month old to Disneyland so it was very important the hotel had all the amenities to make not just ourselves comfortable but for our little one as well. The complimentary crib/infant beds was great as well as the breakfast options they had to grab something quick to eat before heading to the park. The fact that it is literally only a 4-5 min drive was nice as well, although they do provide shuttles to the theme park. The only downside was that we wish the parking lot spaces were bigger as my car did get hit while another driver was backing out of the lot. Nothing major, but I just feel the lot doesn’t accommodate bigger vehicles. Overall this is a great place to stay in terms of amenities, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience l. We’ll definitely stay here again once my family and I return to Disneyland by the end of the year.

Large, spacious room. Great layout with small living room area with foldout bed. Quiet room. Large bathroom. Huge closet. Lots of space for storage.

Positives: - walkable to Disney - clean, renovated rooms Negatives: - huge cockroaches in the back parking lot. A few got inside the back stairwell and flipped on its back and stayed there for the 4 nights I was there. - no bacon a breakfast. Wish they would mix things up a bit.

Hotel was only a 4 minute drive to Disney. Staff is very friendly and helpful unfortunately the ac broke our 2nd night but they fixed it the next morning. Beds were comfortable

Lovely clean property with excellent staff. Could not fault the room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable, modern and pleasing to the eye. Housekeeping whilst not every day was exceptional. Location was about a 20 min walk to Disney downtown. Very little within walking distance so a car is essential.

I chose the room for its view of the park fireworks, as advertised. View was blocked by a tree outside my only window. Don’t pay extra for the view. The room itself was excellent, as was the complimentary breakfast.

It was a dirty room and laundry dry machine didn’t work. I forgot my sweater and I asked for it, they said nobody found it.

Completely sold out property with one elevator running knowingly from hotel. Absolutely unacceptable and of course we were on the top floor. As always, they will just tell you they’re waiting on parts, which is a complete falsification. Breakfast was leftover prison food. Absolutely disgusting something a dog would not even et. Pictures online or nothing like the property at the hotel. Motel was dated and rundown on the exterior, completely misleading inside and outside online. Would never stay here again and never recommend the property at $250 a night. Go one block down the road and stay at Holiday Inn express.

Desk staff was amazing and helped get us into a room with two beds because I overlooked that in booking!!! They were awesome, hotel was clean.

Amazing crew

This is normally my number one choice to stay at because I’ve always felt safe here and also the oatmeal for the complimentary breakfast is my favorite thing to eat.

Smell really bad

Room was updated and clean. Breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The hotel staff was constantly and thoroughly cleaning the hotel. After breakfast they would move chairs and tables to wash the floor. Also all the staff was very friendly. Such a treat. Plus being so close to Disney was great!!
