Great value and location

Desk staff very helpful. Room, though basic, was very clean, restaurant/ breakfast staff was superb. Breakfast was hot and well maintained. Basic coffee was free and specialty coffee was 1/2 price in the morning.

Pricing, location.

Was not a good hotel for its class or price. We did not sleep for 2 nights and zero hospitality. When asked to move due to the all night noise above us we were asked to call a number. We have no cell service when travelling.

Perfect for a little two nights day

The state was perfect for what we needed it to be. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge. There was a A little trouble closing the door, which I’m sure can easily be fixed by maintenance. Pros about this no parking fees and free breakfast.

overall it was good. It is a close location to Disney, plenty of dining options and shopping places. I gave it 4/5 because over all it was pretty bare and had 4 tiny pillows which wasn’t it for me.

Went for one night and the staff was nice, the hotel was clean, and everything was made super easy!

The hotel ok, but the room was smelling weird and the sink was clogged. The breakfast was very poor and bad. I wouldn’t go back!

Bathroom cleanliness is always a challenge at this.place. Smelly. And rooms should be cleaned daily, not upon guest request.

I liked everything about this property and the breakfast was amazing!! Lots of options to choose from and it was delicious. Plus I arrived an hour before they were closing breakfast and there was still plenty of food. The only concern I had was how thin the walls were. I was shocked you could easily hear from outside the door. However it was quiet and there were no disturbances. I would definitely stay here again if I’m looking for something affordable

Always my first choice when in Orlando. Quiet and clean. Basic hotel but great location with many restaurant choices very near. Ive stayed here about a dozen times.

Everything was great. Could be more cleaned! Apart from that it was good.

The shuttle was limited didn't get you the theme parks until 11am and you had to leave the parks by 9pm. So ended up having to rent a car. So here I thought I was saving money I ended sending 260$$ on a rental car

Very modern,new,comfy bed. Breakfast is good and people working at breakfast time making sure nothing is missing,very efficient Enjoyed our stay.very easy parking around hotel Will definitely go back

Quiet

BUYER BEWARE. You get what you pay for. My wife and I decided to try something cheap since we were only staying 3 nights. BIG MISTAKE. Lousy service. Horrible breakfast. Walls thinner than the toilet paper. You heard EVERYTHING. Didn’t notice till our 3rd day that our door didn’t even lock when we left. Don’t disregard all the negative reviews like we did. Don’t be fooled by the 8.8 overall rating. No idea how this dump achieved that. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

The hotel was nice but I wasn’t impressed when I pulled back the sheets and there was long black hair in them. I went downstairs and asked for new bedding and the worker at the front desk provided me all new bedding promptly so I was very happy about that ! The building seemed nice and newer and it’s close to the outlets and other major areas so that’s a plus.

Very nice Hotel

We were welcomed by Hilda the man was smiling took the time to explained everything it was perfect. The hotel is clean the food is good nearby Disney with the shuttle but I do recommend taking your car to have more time at Disney. The gym is clean and basic The people at the breakfast spot was kind and polite. I helped them with the cleaning after each breakfast it's a minimum for me as a thanks for their hard work. Little negative but will not change my mine because I will go back for sure. The pool could be heated. Thanks to everyone Happy New year again

Location is great. Close to Disney and the Vineland outlet. The free breakfast was good and the dining area was very clean. I would definitely book again.

The property looked so new. May it’s a new construction. The room was so spacious & very clean. Drive to universal Orlando resort was so easy. Chipotle, aldi, Walmart were close by spot X. But one discomfort I found was the height of the bed.. not in this hotel particularly, in many hotels I’ve felt this discomfort. It’s like a climbing a wall.. 😆😆 Otherwise our stay was extremely comfortable. Thank you.

Wish they would have offered orange juice for breakfast and coffee all day. Need more room for sitting for breakfast and more room for food prep. Everyone was so close together and had to wait. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Ok hotel

Half size pillows are ridiculous. Somewhat of a language barrier. Too much of an overbearing cleaning smell throughout the hotel. Good location and no carpet in the rooms which is always appreciated.

easy check in. breakfast was less than good. we stayed on the 3rd floor and were annoyed by late night stomping from the floor above. shuttle service was not what we expected- we used uber to get to & from parks.

Great place to stay. Comfortable room and nice amenities

We were on a 3-day trip, Monday - Wednesday, to Orlando. First, there was no hot water for showers in the evening. It was only lukewarm and then went down to cold. We reported this to the front desk on Monday evening, but did not receive any response. On Tuesday morning, the water was hot, so we assumed the issue had been resolved. However, when we returned that evening, the water was ice cold. I reported this again to the front desk and requested that the issue be escalated. We waited in our room for the staff person to "see" how cold it was, but he didn't show up. So, I went down to the front desk and asked again. He said he spoke to his supervisor, and he then informed us that nothing would be done until Wednesday morning, which was the day we were leaving. As a result, my wife was unable to take a shower on both Monday and Tuesday evenings, which caused her significant discomfort. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were not suitable for those with sugar, salt, or other dietary restrictions, adding to our dissatisfaction. And it appears the floors above us had no carpeting, as we heard someone running back and forth all evening, every day. They apparently do not want to contact us about this as I have attempted 3 times with no answer.

Very economic 5 day trip this time for me so I needed something with walkable distance to shopping, free parking and good restaurants around. I read the reviews before booking so I was aware that they don't clean rooms unless you ask them but after 5 days nothing was cleaned/changed although they said that on the 4th day they would. Normal breakfast, no microwave in the room, only a fridge. Bed very comfortable. Walls or doors are thin, everytime someone walked in the hallway, we could hear everything. Overall, great place to stay if you're on a budget, the essentials are there. Staff is nice too.

What I didn’t like they do not fix the bed daily , even when you leave a good tip. They said that is their policy. Only every 4 days for people staying longer than 4. So you have to fix your bed yourself . I find that ridiculous . You’re stuck with the daily trash and dirty towels until you call for service and they only pick up your request . Other than that , the hotel very clean .and the breakfast is good .

We stayed 5 nights from Nov 30-Dec 5th.This is a good property.easy access to everything-will definitely stay here again when we visit Orlando again

The property was clean & very close to all amenities

Budget friendly hotel offered nice amenities. Parking was great, the shuttle and breakfast were added bonuses. Vehicle charging station BIG plus! Hotel location was conveniently located with nice options like a grocery store within walking distance and several eateries (fast food and sit down restaurants). Unfortunately, noise retention was awful. All noise from elevator, ice machine, others talking in the hallway, room doors opening and shutting, guests above walking sounded like stomping ricocheted making it an uneventful sleepless stay. Noise level just felt amplified during the stay. The building is well kept. Cleanliness in bathroom could use some attention (wiping down walls etc). Would I stay here again? Sure, I would just ask for a room on the 3rd floor and furthest from elevator and heavy foot traffic.

The hotel seems brand new, it is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. The price was great compared to all of the hotels right next door. With free parking and free breakfast and free WiFi, it’s a great value. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room because the coffee in the lobby was not drinkable. Also, weirdly small and uncomfortable pillows. But I’d stay here again for the price. It is walkable to a Starbucks and an outlet shopping center. 15 minute drive to WDW and 5 minute drive to Sea World.

Beds very uncomfortable, repairs needed

The hotel was clean and close to attractions. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was excellent. The room was small as well as counter space in the bathroom. We were also able to hear the upstairs people walking around and banging things at all hours. For any who speak Spanish, this is an excellent place to stay as it seemed to be the main language spoken. Whenever we needed something, it was provided for us. The area was quiet. There needs to be a light at the end of the driveway as it was hard to see the entrance. The price was good

Property is clean and very well kept, however my issues were the breakfast times, it could have been atleast one hour earlier, breakfast starts at 7am most days which prevents you from having an early start, the breakfast options and seating are very limited and can be improved secondly after 2 days i asked the cleaning person to exchange my dirty towels which she refered me to to the front desk

Every day and every night I asked for room service, in 4 nights they didn't come even once, and every time I complained they told me they were going to come, they even asked me what time I was leaving. I complained directly to a housekeeping lady and she said that they weren't allowed because they went over working hours and that the hotel didn't like to pay more hours for workers. Regarding food and beverage, I have never seen such a large level of waste of disposables, and the food is not like it looks in the photos that the hotel puts up, it is really disgusting. The public areas such as hallways are deficient. I do not recommend coming to this hotel. It is worth spending a little more and going to something less destructive to the environment and with better customer service.

We stayed here because of the reviews that it had gotten. Honestly the place is a new build been and was very clean. the rooms where small, only for sleeping. No dresser just 2 night tables, a chair, a bed, and a desk. No closet just 4 hangers, so you live out of your suitcase. Best thing is that you are close to all Disney and Universal attractions. (15mins by car) You have food places within walking distance and the outlet mall is within walking distance. The only thing why i did not give a 4star over all is the Ants. Ants in the bathroom, on the walls, the sink and by the air conditioner on the desk, and on the floor by the desk. If you just looking for a place to rest your head then this is the place for you. If you are looking for more than look somewhere else.

I called the property 2 times days prior to check in to have a room on the highest floor because I do not like footsteps over my head and I do not want any smells in my room. So I arrived. I get a 2nd floor room with a bleach smell. The 4th floor was the highest. So I get many footsteps and noise which seems to be everywhere not just upstairs. I did finally get my room changed after the unfriendly lady at the front desk says all the rooms smell the same after cleaning. The windows do not open either. I insisted on having another one and she gave me one that didn't have smell. Also, closing doors were noisy and the clients were too. It also helps to hire people who speak English. We are in America. The front desk people are just so unfriendly but I like the lady in the Orange Marketplace but I wish she speaks English. The good thing is that the breakfast is pretty good (not much room in the eating area) and the hotel is clean except when someone dropped cookies in the hall and the guests just left them there all night.

Very good location, clean and nice rooms

Usually when I arrive early to a hotel and they have rooms availble they usually let you do check in at no extra cost. Here they charge 25$. The property details in expedia appeared as if they have a bar, not true, not even food available to buy except in vending machines. Outside conversations could be heard inside the rooms. Cheaper option for a price.

Overall it’s a great place to stay. I would recommend it for the price and convenience to all the parks. My biggest problem was the beds, you try and sit down and it’s sagging so bad you can’t sit on it. You have to climb into it and lay in the middle so you don’t feel like you are going to fall out. The bathroom needs a place to hang your hand towel especially because they do not clean the room very often. Also a place to hang your towels would be great. Overall I would stay again but the beds really need to be replaced and lowered. Thank you

Great basic hotel. Nothing fancy but clean, lots of parking, location is great with lots around and close to the parks. Shuttle to the park was a nice touch but times are slightly inconvenient so you may have to Uber at least one way. Biggest complaint is that breakfast sucks. Would stay again!

The staff member allowed us to have a room in the first floor because we traveled with our two road bikes and gave us a bigger room to accommodate them.

Perfectly fine hotel.

This property was clean, quiet and had great parking. The room was clean, modern and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and convenient. The staff was friendly and even gave us a goody bag upon check-in. I would definitely stay here again.

They don't clean the room if you don't stay for 4 nights! They don't even take out the trash, they are a fraud!

Overpriced, very basic hotel. Smelled like weed. Breakfast included was abysmal: low quality, very few options, disorganized. Plates and cups were all styrofoam, not eco-friendly at all. Check out had long lines, unable to check out via phone, although hotel was pre-paid and had no further charges.

This is a convenient midrange hotel. No complaint's. Will probably always be my choice when doing overnights in Orlando. I didn’t see ants or anything like in the reviews on here so either I’m lucky or that problem has been resolved. I recommend this establishment if you are on a budget.

We stayed here for one night and as soon as we entered the hotel, we could smell phenyl cleaning solution used for mopping. The room size is decent and clean bed. The breakfast is average decent. Pros is free parking and close to outlet mall and great restaurants nearby. Cons - we could smell phenyl used for mopping the floor all the time when we entered or exited the hotel. Average breakfast.

Staff and hotel great! I know there are microwaves in the lobby, would have enjoyed one in my room (just because I was already in my pj’s). More exterior lighting would have been great!

Took a short trip to Orlando and this hotel was perfect for it. Comfy and affordable, nice breakfast and no more than 20 mins away from the parks and other places like medieval times, etc. 10/10, would recommend.

We stayed here a few times, this last time, the property deteriorated in year. It was our go-to hotel as its close to the outlet mall, free parking, etc. Shoe marks all over the floor including the bathroom. Hand marks on bedside tables. Hallway smells.

Hurricane Milton

I didnt stay due to hurricane closed all flights and rental cars. I’m guessing there was no staff at hotel but I couldn’t cancel or get my money back - horrible customer service, even after I requested.

Not a good value. Rates are too high for what is offered.

Window leaking during hurricane, staff never apologized for us being having a safety risk as we went to the hotel for a mandatory evacuation!
