Pool and facilities were great but the room was a little disappointing. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. Our room was also next to a stairwell which got used late and early and was very loud with the door and peoples steps being heard through the wall. Woke us all up in the morning. Overall very friendly service and a lovely resort.

Beautiful and Tranquil

Just an Ok spot in Osoyoos!

For a very nice resort we were fairly disappointed. The check-in was handled poorly as our room was not ready but they said once it was they’d call. We never got a call so we had to go back down to the desk and inquire if our room was ready. It was and had been for a little bit. Then they placed us away from the rest of our group, which wasn’t a major issue but we did ask to be close and they assured us we would be. The adult pool was closed even though it was spring break and the family pool was over-run with unsupervised kids. If the adult pool had been advertised as closed we might have thought of another resort in Osoyoos. The meal we had at the restaurant was ok, nothing spectacular for a “5” star resort but the service was great. Finally, the condition of the rooms and hallways was dated and in need of a serious overhaul. Overall we would likely book somewhere else in Osoyoos had we known all of the above.

Great hotel. The room was immaculate, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the bed was comfortable. Love the robes and the big bathroom. Two thumbs up!

Getaway Osoyoos

A very comfortable stay and great value for the location and facilities.

Spirit Ridge is so relaxing and soul filling, I highly recommend it if you need a getaway to fill your cup. The year round heated pool, hot tub and steam room make it an awesome getaway!

New Years

Our stay at the hotel was great, we were there for the New Years Party, are check-in with Andrea was amazing, it was quick and she gave us great information about the property. A security guard came and said he got a noise complaint but soon realized that it wasn't our room as us girls were a sleep and the 3 guys were just visiting. Beware of a lady with glasses and short hair in the pool area she is very nasty, she lives there and thinks that she owns the place.

The spa ans restaurant were amazing.

Love staying here to enjoy the food, the pool, and the amazing views, whether it’s winter or summer.

Fantastic resort

I would highly recommend this resort. Beautiful location and rooms were awesome. Very large with all the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were great. Pool and hot tub also looked great, but we did not use. Plenty of parking options, close to your room.

Lovely get-away!

This is a wonderful spot to stay. Meals are sumptuous and the environment is spectacular. We will definitely go back - this is our third time!

The rooms and grounds we lovely. The pool, hottub and steam room were so nice. The only complaint I have is the lack of clarity of the hours of the gift shop/ cultural center.

The property expected our expectations. The room was fully equipped with full kitchen that had everything we needed. The bath was deep and luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurant served delicious food. I loved that the outdoor pool and hot tub were open even in December.

The whole experience from check in till our departure was amazing

We had a one bedroom with a kitchen and fireplace facing the lake, was clean and cozy. We had wine tasting at NP’Mip which was really fun, beautiful wines, then had dinner in the restaurant, which in my opinion a 5 star, food was delicious, very different menu, service great. I highly recommend a get away, we only live 45 minutes away, but it was a great night away with friends.

Great resort! Nice pool and hot tub.

We stayed one night in October. We chose a one bedroom condo that was well equipped and met our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not avail ourselves of all the amenities, but the fitness facility was also well equipped and was available 24/7. It might be crowded in peak Season but was not busy when we were there. Overall a very good stay.

Great

Overall nice experience. Areas that needed improvement was simple maintenance. Hot tub jets were broken a pool area, our kitchen table light wasn't working, a lot sand on and debris by edges of the pool. Basic maintenance is needed and things would be 5 star.

Scooters and e-bikes are a great addition to the property.

We changed rooms from a parking lot view to a lake view. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating. We loved the restaurant and had great service and delicious food. The pool area is lovely both suites were beautiful.

Great place to get away in

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean & quiet property with friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant is very good - had an exceptional dinner and breakfasts were really good too. The cultural centre is a very interesting and educational glimpse into the Okanagan First Nations culture. Everyone who lives or travels through this part of Canada should experience it.

Had a wonderful time. Restaurant a little slow but worth the wait Michelin star quality food!

I liked alot , but the fact that our stroller tires were ruined from the puncture vines , ruined our experience. The zero compensation for our tires all flattened, and absolutely no warning regarding this issue .I find disrespectful and lacking personal responsibility.

It a very quiet and relaxing property

This is our second time booking this place and as usual it did not disappoint. Ever since we booked this place before, it set a standard to places we booked after. The place is huge, pretty, convenient to the lake front and amazing staff. There are tons of activities to do as well. We did water activities, spa, and walk our dog to the dog park. I was especially impressed to the ability to text directly to the guest services which I used to request for a late check in which they generously extended for free. Although I suggest some improvement to the dog park as it needs a little bit of attention. It did not have any available water, empty dog poop bag, and gate not fully enclosed. It should be noted however that the parking lot has a lot of fully stocked poop bag free to used. Overall, this experience has been amazing. All the staff had been great and quick to respond to request especially since we were staying at a villa.

Beautiful location. The hotel common space and rooms weren’t overly clean. My sisters room didn’t receive any housekeeping the entire 4 night stay. The pool was very very cloudy, you couldn’t really even see the bottom. We didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it. Staff was friendly.

Everything is great except for the quality of the bed. It keeps squeezing whenever there is a tiny bit of movement. We are a family of 5 and we can't sleep well at night because the beds keep squeezing

Lovely resort, onsite dining is exceptional at The Bear, the root, the fish, the berry. Stunning location, excellent beds, and Osoyoos is wonderful.

I like its location, away from all the noise and busyness of the main beach. Located on the other side of the lake and perched on its ridge. The view from the pool and restaurant above the pool area is breathtaking. The private beach is great, equipped with lounge chairs and boat, canoes, etc. rental. Also, a fast-food shop right on the beach. Had a great lunch there. The facilities are clean and well kept. The kitchen well equipped with all the basics. Just one dissatisfaction, the sound proof between floors is not the best. The people on the suite above us, where so uncaring about how much noise they made. It sounded like they were dragging a table -though out the suite for hours. Luckily it was in the morning 8-11:00AM. Thankful they left the day after we arrived. Perhaps it will be wise to ask people to be aware and kind not making excessive noise for the floors below. I didn’t report this right away as I didn’t want any retaliation

Beautiful place. We loved the property and the Indigenous art and theme of the place. Our meal was fantastic in the hotel restaurant, and the views were stunning.

Penthouse is a stretch. These are time share properties that didn't sell. The entire property is geared around families with young kids, not necessarily couples that are looking for a getaway. For families, this seems too expensive! The winery on-site isn't bad, but the winery on the way in (Adega) doesn't charge for tasting and had better wine. The restaurant was sub-par for the area and the price point. While the view is nice, a picnic at one of the lookouts is a better view and food. Definitely would not stay here again.

Location and amenities

Loved everything about this hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only disappointments were that the cushions on the lounge chairs by the adult pool needed cleaning and the leaf blower in the morning was an unpleasant awakening.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and nice. Easy out of the sun parking. I would highly recommend your resort and come again.

The location and beautiful view from our villa is what made this place amazing! That and our dinner at the restaurant - food was outstanding (service was meh). The furnishings, at least in our villa, were cheap and outdated. Could use a freshen up to feel as classy as the price would lead you to believe it’s going to be! Pools were excellent, fitness rooms are small and the adult one only has 4 cardio machines and zero mats or weights. Pretty disappointing. Nk’Mip Cultural Centre and Winery were excellent and great highlights to have on the site.

Awesome spot. Rooms are essentially a full condo with kitchen and a balcony patio which has a bbq. Only two kinks in the resort is that the pools, especially the adult one aren’t big enough for when it gets busy. And the gym simply doesn’t cut it (cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 40lbs). But beyond that it’s an awesome spot and we will return.

We came back because we loved it last year we were here and this time we brought our family who’s visiting from new zealand. Our trip was going great until we visited Nkimp Winery, had wine tasting and bought a bottle of wine. We stepped out and saw the nice view, we took some photos and had the kids sit on the tables provided, were about to order food but was turned off by the menu so we decided to go somewhere else to eat. As we were about to step out, the young lady told us we have to be mindful next time because now they have to sanitize the table again. It’s too bad because I really fell in love with this place that I told my husband we have to come every year but with this experience, Im not very sure anymore.

Great stay

Beautiful resort! Very clean and check in and out was a breeze. The pools were beautiful and my grandkids loved the waterslide. The narket was convenient and our meal at the restaurant was deicious. Having the N'kimp winery onsite was fabulous. We definitely will go back and my daughter is considering it for her wedding.

Not the best location to access beaches but there is a nice view and a shuttle. Some of the rooms are starting to look a little tired. Checking into this place is always a nightmare!! Expect long waits, extra nonsense charges, etc.. Will stay at the Watermark next time.

Kids friendly, nice pool with great mountain view

The rooms were comfortable; staff attended promptly if there was a request for room supplies. Once upgraded, we had a lovely view looking down towards Osoyoos.

Nice experience

Very nice experience. The resort is on a vineyard with a lot of information on the heritage of the Osoyoos nation. Very comfortable room, we had a king. Full kitchen and table with chairs and two tvs. Would have liked to be able to cast on the tvs. The restaurant was also nice for Diner.

Had a couple of problems with room pass keys. Problems addressed promptly.

Love the property and walking around. The sculptures are beautiful. This time we had a oddly laid out condo. Comfortable overall but the bathroom was weird with doors all overlapping. The shower was horrible because the spray was VERY strong but unmovable. Couldn't get away from it.

Very Nice

Overall a good experience. A mishap by its Housekeeping dept kind of ruined the trip for us but a good learning experience for the hotel team.

Very pleasant stay overall. Decor is dated and the bed mattresses were too soft and creaky. Needs two room turnovers per day not just one at these room rates. Sound insulation between floors is very poor. Hotel complex is very well laid out and the view from our suite was excellent. Service throughout the property was Excellent too. The on property winery is a nice bonus.

Weekend trip

We were in the area for wine tasting and found this beautiful resort. Great service. Great food - they have three food venues. You can walk through the vineyards to the beach. They have an onsite winery and cultural center. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at Spirit Ridge. The amenities were great. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant on-site. We visited three awesome wineries within a short drive from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Spirit Ridge.

Quiet, comfortable, all amenities, excellent view as well

We have been staying anually at Spirit Ridge for the last 5 years, my husband and I, however this was the first time we brought our 2.5 year old daughter. Our stay was still nothing less than excellent and everyone was very accomodating. We usually only use the adult pool, but seeing as we had our little with us, we did use the main pool a couple of times. Lots of other families with children there, but the only downside was that there were a lot of people putting towels on chairs to reserve them and there was no one coming back there for hours. This issue could be easily addressed and avoided if there were extra staff around the pool area. Loved the golf cart transportation to Footprints Bar & Grill on the beach. The food there was good and so were the drinks. We will come back again in October, just hubby and I- looking forward to another beautiful stay!

Loved the resort fantastic amenities. The only complaint I have is the noise from the floor above us. We were in the building next to the lobby one the first floor. The room above us had a small child and the child was up at 5:30am running jumping and banging on the floor. I finally got fed up at 7am and called the front desk and there was nothing they could do since quiet hours were over. If I were to stay here again, I’m gonna make sure to note that I need a quiet room on the top floor.

The staff was not exceptional. Our one bedroom condo was ideal for a couple night stays. Had fantastic, relaxing pedicures given by two lovely ladies. The spa was beautiful. Very convenient for our planned wine tours also.

Great first stay.

Our first visit to Spirit Ridge, and we brought our 2 dogs. Check in was great with an informative desk clerk. Our pups also received gifts on check in. Our room was amazing. Everything you could possibly need. A separate living/dining area. Full kitchen. A bedroom with comfortable king bed. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower stall. A suite rather than just a room, more than expected for our 2 night stay. The restaurant was amazing; we tried both lunch and dinner menus. Food was fantastic with lovely staff. Our only complaint was in reference to the dog park. A little small, especially for our 2 boys and we would recommend the fencing being higher than 3 feet. A suggestion would be to extend the fencing to 5 feet perhaps. Unfortunately some owners hadn’t cleaned up after their dogs which isn’t the resorts issue, though the dog park was less inviting.

Everyone should visit the cultural center. It was very informative and well laid out

Facility in general ok, we had an iron ore problem with the bath tub ( brown water and flakes) , a float problem with the toilet and our restaurant reservation found us in the lobby waiting 45 minutes past our reservation. When charging a premium people expect premium service and facilities. Not certain it will be a top pick going forward.
